I had a chest cold come on in that was going on the fifth day I realized I couldn't beat it by myself I needed medical help so I went to the center knowing kind of what I wanted I wanted a shot to get immediate relief I wanted antibiotics and I wanted the cough syrup that could help me sleep at night till I got over this cold . I came in and filled out the new patient paperwork they brought me in almost immediately diagnosed my condition prescribe exactly what I knew I needed because I had had it before and I am the happiest patient in Southlake, obviously I highly recommend this facility it's clean they are professional and very nice you will not be disappointed

Had a great epereince here - the staff were friendly and efficient. The practicioner I saw was knowledgable and gave me clear options. Wait time was not long at all. Will go back!

This is the second time I have been here. I love it. Best kept secret in Southlake. Friendly, quick, knowledgable. In and out, when your sick you just want to be seen. This is a great place to have right in our back yard.

It is most important for a place to accept medicare at this age. I was pleased that this place accepted medicare and my trip to, during my exam was flawless. I appreciate the friendly staff but more important the professionalism with which they approached my illness. I appreciated knowing about the allergy testing which I will probably do. I did not have to wait and I felt cared for and valued by the treatment of everyone in the office. Thank you for a positive experience.

This was my 2nd time here, I live in Trophy club but haven't been impressed with the ones around me. This clinic is always very friendly. I never wait longer than 5min. Today I think I waited about 30seconds!! Ha! That's fast service!! I have no complaints! I will be using them from now on. :)

Everyone was very friendly and wanted to help me as quickly as they could. I had a sinus infection and would be flying on a long flight the next day. I was very pleased with my treatment and would recommend Better Faster Urgent Care to my friends and family. Today was my 2nd or 3rd time to go there.

This facility has most professional group of health care providers I've ever had the pleasure to be treated by! The service is quick and extremely thorough. The facility is equipped with so much in house that most test can be performed immediately! I can't express how much I appreciate having Better Faster Urgent Care right in my neighborhood! It is a true blessing!

This was my first visit. I needed help for a sinus infection. Staff was excellent. Got signed in, treated, and out in about 30 minutes. Very impressive.

I have used your facility several times not only for myself but for my children. It is very difficult getting in to see our Primary physicians so we can come here and been seen right away. Everyone is always very nice and truly cares. Thank you for all the good patient care you deliver.

I had a wonderful experience today. My son hurt his wrist and was very nervous to come get x-rays. Everyone was so nice and made him feel comfortable. We found out he did have a fracture and so he had to have it splinted. We were still in and out in less than an hour which was great. This was my best urgent care experience ever. Thank you!

All three of the above concerns were accomplished on my first visit. Their was virtually no wait time, only that of completing my health history. The level of care I received rivaled any Doctors office or emergency room that I have ever been in, except for the fact it was accomplished in about 1/3 of the time. The fact that Better Faster Urgent Care is in my neighborhood and accepts both of my Insurance plans was just an added bonus.

I came in for a laceration on my leg. I was very impressed with the prompt genuine concern for my injury. Angie Ezell was extremely professional and gentle. I appreciated her recommendation to wait before suturin due to infection. When I returned to have the sutures removed, Dr. Dennington checked my wound to make sure it was healing properly. I definitely will re-visit if necessary.

I've now visited this location 3 times. Once with my husband once with my child & for myself. I've never waited. The facility is extremely clean! The staff is very friendly & very competent. You are in and out! This is my new favorite walk in clinic. Also they have longer hours on Sunday than other places & that came in handy to me. Thank you !!!

Amazing staff and doctors. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. Angie Ezell, PA was excellent and caring and made me feel so much better. I had to bring my two kids with me and had to have a x ray done, someone from the front desk came back to wait with my kids so I could have it done. The staff and care are excellent. I highly recommend better faster urgent care and will be back in the future if any problem arises.

We were promptly escorted into a room where kind staff members attended to my 9 year old son. Sadly due to a sporting injury my child had painfully dislocated his shoulder. It was diagnosed and with calm direction his shoulder was popped back into place. X-rays before and after confirmed the diagnosis and it's return. After receiving a referral, sling and thorough instructions and we were out the door before an hour. The staff was exceptional and while we hope never to need urgent care services again (not realistic when everything happens after hours and on the weekend) we know that Better FastER Urgent care is where we will seek care for our entire family. Our only wish was that they were open later.

I went to urgent care after waking up with lower back pain that quickly went from a mild throb to me almost unable to walk. Words cannot accurately express how grateful I am for this center. From the moment I hobbled in and was greeted with a smiling, calm face all the way until hours after I left and got a phone call just to check in. The staff here is PHENOMENAL! The provider was kind and gentle with a rarely seen amazing bedside manner. She expressed concern, listened to me, and I felt immediately confident in her expertise. I was in so much pain and the staff made sure to address it immediately. I could go on and on about the staff, and the fabulous quality of care I recived, but will summarize it in one sentence. I live near Hillsboro, Southlake is two hours away. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to make the drive again to obtain care from The staff here.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm making an exception in this case. I was very sick and in comfortable, so I was really hoping that this place was indeed "better and faster". It was. First of all, the facility is beautiful – not your typical urgent care facility. Next, they truly are faster. I filled out what seemed to be a reasonable amount of paperwork and then they took me back to the room almost immediately. At that point, I would typically expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see the doctor. Instead, she appeared with in the minute. She correctly diagnosed my problem ( I know this because this was five days ago and I got better even earlier than she said I would) I have never had a healthcare provider be so interested and concerned. She listened very well, and then gave me excellent instructions, taking time to reiterate the things she felt were most important for my recovery. She invited me to come back before my trip the next day if I was still experiencing discomfort in order to try to help me further. This is my new go-to urgent care facility.

Everyone was very friendly and very efficient. From the staff at the front desk to the physician's assistant everyone was very professional and friendly. I especially was appreciative of Angie the PA who was very detailed in checking my son and making sure he was diagnosed correctly. She called and left a message for me soon after we left to give me results on a test. Highly recommend coming here!

I came for s surgical clearance exam for cataract surgery. Also needed current blood work and EKG. All was done efficiently by friendly staff. Got reports at end to mail to the ophthalmologist. All went well!
