I had a very good experience at the urgent care center. The staff was knowledgeable and professional.

I was on vacation in Texas from California and was sick the entire time. Not a fun vacation. I had no idea how I was going to get back home being so nauseous and having to get on a plane the next day. I got a shot and some anti-nausea medication, along with some reassuring, great advice, and I don't think I would have made it home without the prompt and efficient service that I received here. Beautiful facility--I wish they were like this in upscale Orange County, California. Thank you very much.

It is true that this care center is Better and Faster. I found it one the web. I had hurt my hand in a fall a few weeks ago and it continued to bother me so I went in to have it checked. Checking in was easy and the receptionist was kind. The facilities are clean and up to date with the right equipment. They checked my hand with an x-ray right there and found it was just a bruise. The PA on staff was very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this place.

Prompt check-in, somewhat reasonable paperwork (new patient), very reasonable wait time, prompt, courteous, friendly professional nursing care after moving to treatment room, friendly professional medical exam, prompt testing and clinical analysis by physician (or physician's assistant), prompt treatment, and friendly dispatch. Good show!

I was very happy with the quality of service. From when we walked in to when we left was quick. They were super friendly. The front waiting area was extremely large. Everywhere I went was clean. I am extremely happy I stopped here. I will definitely be a returning patient. Keep up the good work. I would recommend Better Faster Urgent Care to everyone I know.

Very easy to get in and get out. My son's diagnosis was completely different than what we thought was going on. The doctor was very knowledgeable. The staff was helpful and nice.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent. They made sure I was comfortable while I waited. However, The wait was extremely short. The staff was professional but extremely friendly. The physicians assistant that saw me even called the next day to see if I was OK

The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I was seen quickly and given time to explain my concerns thoroughly. Each procedure was explained. I was given options and shown compassion. I had never received an injection in the backside and felt comfortable enough to do so. I am not from the area and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in helping make sure I selected the one convenient to me. I was told I would receive a call regarding my X-ray and I did so. A follow-up appointment was set up for me with directions given. This is by far the fastest and best urgent care I e ever attended.

I flew into Dallas Sunday Evening for a business trip, the day before I had a procedure done at my local Urgent Care in Florida. I had a wicking drain and a large bandage over it. It was right in the middle of my back, so I basically couldn't even change the dressing without help. I did an internet search and found Better Faster Urgent Care with a rating of 5 stars, so I decided that I would go see them to have the drain removed and dressing changed. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, the insurance verification and everything was professional, fast and I didn't have to wait long at all to see the doctor, which I appreciated being on a compressed work schedule and on lunch break. Keith was very thorough and quick to examine and assess the situation, explaining the entire process to me during the procedure. He also took the time to address my concerns, and answer every question I had. The nurses were quick and very helpful as well. I was patched up quickly and went back to work. After working the remaining part of the day, I got back to my hotel around 7:15 PM, when removing my shirt, I pulled the bandage off that was put on earlier. I immediately called and was put on the phone with Stephanie, the office manger, who told me to come in before 8 and they would re-apply it for me. After fixing the bandage, she told me that if I needed it changed the next day before getting on an airplane, that I could come back. I absolutely did that, and can't thank them enough. I also have to give a special shout out to Stephanie, she went out of her way to help ensure that I had the correct bandage on, and that everything was progressing the way it should. Long story short, the staff is second to none, they are all consummate professionals who care about the clientele, this extended from the doctors to the nurses and receptionist. I would not expect this level of care from most urgent cares, but this one surprised me. They didn't have to help me, but knew the situation I was in travelling alone for business. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need. If I'm ever in the Dallas area again and need medical attention, I would not hesitate to see the folks at this location.
