I flew into Dallas Sunday Evening for a business trip, the day before I had a procedure done at my local Urgent Care in Florida. I had a wicking drain and a large bandage over it. It was right in the middle of my back, so I basically couldn't even change the dressing without help. I did an internet search and found Better Faster Urgent Care with a rating of 5 stars, so I decided that I would go see them to have the drain removed and dressing changed. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, the insurance verification and everything was professional, fast and I didn't have to wait long at all to see the doctor, which I appreciated being on a compressed work schedule and on lunch break. Keith was very thorough and quick to examine and assess the situation, explaining the entire process to me during the procedure. He also took the time to address my concerns, and answer every question I had. The nurses were quick and very helpful as well. I was patched up quickly and went back to work. After working the remaining part of the day, I got back to my hotel around 7:15 PM, when removing my shirt, I pulled the bandage off that was put on earlier. I immediately called and was put on the phone with Stephanie, the office manger, who told me to come in before 8 and they would re-apply it for me. After fixing the bandage, she told me that if I needed it changed the next day before getting on an airplane, that I could come back. I absolutely did that, and can't thank them enough. I also have to give a special shout out to Stephanie, she went out of her way to help ensure that I had the correct bandage on, and that everything was progressing the way it should. Long story short, the staff is second to none, they are all consummate professionals who care about the clientele, this extended from the doctors to the nurses and receptionist. I would not expect this level of care from most urgent cares, but this one surprised me. They didn't have to help me, but knew the situation I was in travelling alone for business. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in need. If I'm ever in the Dallas area again and need medical attention, I would not hesitate to see the folks at this location. From the front desk to the first person to take me to a room (Amy) to the PA (Keith) to the person giving me a shot I was met with friendly faces and warm smiles. There was minimal paperwork and no waiting. Yeas, zero waiting. Wonderful place to get urgent care.

I am new to the area and needed medical attention quickly. I was warmly greeted over the phone and encouraged to come right over. The same kindness was given to me throughout my office visit. I was very impressed with Keith Mcinnerney, PA-C. He was thorough and diagnosed me with excellent solutions to address my illness. I was very confident in his knowledge. If he was connected with a private practice I would consider that practice for my PCP.

Care was very prompt, no waiting, and very thorough. I will definitely use again if I need to see a doctor for other than routine care.

The staff at Better Faster Urgent Care are excellent. There was no wait time when I arrived and was being seen by the Doctor in less than 15 minutes. All staff members were very professional and took their time when answering any questions that I had. During my consultation with the Doctor, both the Doctor and Nurse took time to explain to me how they planned to treat me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the time I was there. I highly recommend Better Faster Urgent Care, although I would love to keep them my own little secret! .

Just quickly because I generally don't do these things. I thought the receptionist was special. She was personable and pleasant but in a very understated way. Ijoked with her coming in--something somebody more tender could have taken the wrong way. She didn't; she was perfectly comfortable, then and in all the other things have to do with check-in afterwards. Not a small thing because the person you meet at the door tell you a lot about what you're going to find inside and so many receptionists are impersonal and machine-like. She wasn't. Not much to say about the ps: he was pleasant and brief--I came in to see if I had pink-eye--and his recommendation, that I take a written prescription home but wait to see if anything developed. If I had pink eye, I could get the prescription; if I didn't, I shouldn't waste the money. Careful and prudent; I have only good things to say about people like that. The staff was very courteous and professional. Without a doubt one of the best experiences ever. The provider was very attentive and compassionate. The front desk receptionist greeted me upon arrival and when i departed the office. Today I received a follow up call to see how I was doing and for lab results. Again great experience overall.
