From the front desk to the first person to take me to a room (Amy) to the PA (Keith) to the person giving me a shot I was met with friendly faces and warm smiles. There was minimal paperwork and no waiting. Yeas, zero waiting. Wonderful place to get urgent care.

Clean, friendly staff. No wait time. Saw NP who was thorough and explained everything well. Will definitely go again when need arises.

I am new to the area and needed medical attention quickly. I was warmly greeted over the phone and encouraged to come right over. The same kindness was given to me throughout my office visit. I was very impressed with Keith Mcinnerney, PA-C. He was thorough and diagnosed me with excellent solutions to address my illness. I was very confident in his knowledge. If he was connected with a private practice I would consider that practice for my PCP.

Care was very prompt, no waiting, and very thorough. I will definitely use again if I need to see a doctor for other than routine care.

The staff at Better Faster Urgent Care are excellent. There was no wait time when I arrived and was being seen by the Doctor in less than 15 minutes. All staff members were very professional and took their time when answering any questions that I had. During my consultation with the Doctor, both the Doctor and Nurse took time to explain to me how they planned to treat me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the time I was there. I highly recommend Better Faster Urgent Care, although I would love to keep them my own little secret! .

Just quickly because I generally don't do these things. I thought the receptionist was special. She was personable and pleasant but in a very understated way. Ijoked with her coming in--something somebody more tender could have taken the wrong way. She didn't; she was perfectly comfortable, then and in all the other things have to do with check-in afterwards. Not a small thing because the person you meet at the door tell you a lot about what you're going to find inside and so many receptionists are impersonal and machine-like. She wasn't. Not much to say about the ps: he was pleasant and brief--I came in to see if I had pink-eye--and his recommendation, that I take a written prescription home but wait to see if anything developed. If I had pink eye, I could get the prescription; if I didn't, I shouldn't waste the money. Careful and prudent; I have only good things to say about people like that. Had a great experience with Better Faster Urgent Care. I was seen immediately and everyone I saw was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely use them again!

The staff was very courteous and professional. Without a doubt one of the best experiences ever. The provider was very attentive and compassionate. The front desk receptionist greeted me upon arrival and when i departed the office. Today I received a follow up call to see how I was doing and for lab results. Again great experience overall.

Fantestic experience

Very friendly staff who made us feel comfortable. No rush checking in so all questions were answered. The Dr listened to us and gave us options for treatment.

I chose Better Faster Urgent Care based on their online reviews. I was impressed they took me right away, They even had xray diagnostic equipment to determine I have pneumonia. The shots, the breathing treatment and prescriptions have quickly gotten me feeling better. They kept me out of the hospital - I was hospitalized 10 days last year with pneumonia so I am very grateful.

Fast, friendly, and great care. Very clean and very efficient. My 14-year-old was the patient today. When we left, she said: "I like that place. They're super chill" (that's a good thing).

We were quickly seen and received excellent care and attention. The staff were friendly and eased my daughter's anxiety. Her diagnosis was a broken arm and they carefully wrapped her arm in a sling, explaining everything they were doing as they went. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Called to see how busy. Receptionist said she'd call when the last two patients were leaving. directed me to fill out online paperwork. She called a short time later and I drove over. There was no wait time. She was very pleasant. Met Mike and Josh who evaluated and treated. Was wanting to rule out pneumonia. Gave me script and steroid injection. Three hours later I was feeling better. Would recommend for sure.

I love coming here when I need to see a doctor quickly. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They even called to check up on me the next day. Would recommend!

Outstanding!

I avoid coming to urgent care clinics bc they are normally terrible. I hate going to the Doctor but I have heard great things about this Clinic and I was super sick. It was fast, everyone was very professional and helpful.
