I came to Better Faster Urgent Care because of chest pains. They took me to the examination room quickly and gave me quality care. Because I am a self-pay patient they carefully explained each procedure and the cost so I was well informed. The staff was professional, caring and courteous. The rooms were clean, attractive, and calming. I would recommend this urgent care above all other urgent care facilities I have experienced. Better Faster Urgent Care gave me the best care at an affordable price. Five Stars!

I chose Better Faster Urgent Care based on their online reviews. I was impressed they took me right away, They even had xray diagnostic equipment to determine I have pneumonia. The shots, the breathing treatment and prescriptions have quickly gotten me feeling better. They kept me out of the hospital - I was hospitalized 10 days last year with pneumonia so I am very grateful.

We were quickly seen and received excellent care and attention. The staff were friendly and eased my daughter's anxiety. Her diagnosis was a broken arm and they carefully wrapped her arm in a sling, explaining everything they were doing as they went. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I have to acknowledge Brittany at the front desk. She is not only professional, she listens intently, problem solves, and is warm and caring. What a great combination to have as the first person to welcome patients. I came in and had to return unexpectedly a week later and she remembered me and was eager to assist me just as she was the first time I came in. I think she exhibits the character of Better Faster.

Called to see how busy. Receptionist said she'd call when the last two patients were leaving. directed me to fill out online paperwork. She called a short time later and I drove over. There was no wait time. She was very pleasant. Met Mike and Josh who evaluated and treated. Was wanting to rule out pneumonia. Gave me script and steroid injection. Three hours later I was feeling better. Would recommend for sure.

Hello, Frist, thank you for the help!! From walking in the door with the sign in for the first time and paperwork to fill out everyone was nice, sensitive and quick. The staff and doctor where there to diagnose with a friendly manner and I felt they understood my condition. I appreciated and follow the recommendations and felt better in a couple of days. I avoid coming to urgent care clinics bc they are normally terrible. I hate going to the Doctor but I have heard great things about this Clinic and I was super sick. It was fast, everyone was very professional and helpful.

the doctor that administered my care was hands down one of the best ... he hit the nail on the head with my diagnosis. I whish he worked for a private practice as I would love to see him regularly - great doctor and very easy going. staff ... awesome, super helpful, very very friendly and accommodated needs quickly and handled all of the insurance without any hesitation which was so easy for me due to how horrible I was feeling environment, for a medical facility was good, but all of the staff exceeded in doing their best to make it comfortable will always go to them if I can :o)

This was our first time in the clinic and we were very satisfied. The staff was great and very helpful. We had a longer wait time but was to be expected this time of the year. The PA spent time with us and answered any questions we had.

If you could be my PCP, I would sign up today! Your office and staff are personable, helpful, quick but thorough. I received quality care and convenient scheduling. The billing officer even helped by intervening with my healthcare insurance to make sure I was charged correctly! Very professional, but with the true heart of caring medics. I feel Better Faster Urgent Care cares about me, the patient, not all the red tape and how many patients they can run through during the day. In these days and times, this personal and quality care is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day!

The people were friendly, efficient and very helpful. The environment was clean, uncluttered, and bright. The doctor who saw me asked pertinent questions that helped direct him to the proper medication to prescribe for me. I did not have to wait to be seen, and I would use this center again when visiting Texas.

Dr Stoner was great. Service was fast and courteous. In and out within 30 to 45 minutes. I had a terrible ear ache and he prescribed medicine that relived the pain within 45 minutes of leaving. I will definitely return if I need medical attention again. Thank you Dr Stoner and staff.

I had such a great experience. I would recommend Better Faster to any friend or family member as they are truly "better and faster" than all other urgent care facilities I've visited. On New Year's Day, I made a call and spoke with the girl at the front desk who was very helpful in facilitating my needs. The Doctor I chatted with was genuine, very easy going, and easy to talk to. Such a nice guy. He spoke with me about my situation giving me his advice and truly helped me. From the phone call up until I left your facility my experience was amazing. Thank you guys for truly caring about your patients.

The office is spacious, pleasant, and clean. Ample parking. A small play area is available for children. Bathrooms are easily accessible. Complimentary coffee, which can make long waits more pleasant. We were immediately greeted and offered a wheelchair (I was in obvious pain). The receptionist made the paperwork an easy and swift procedure. The office was very busy that day, though the staff remained very friendly, patient, and took all the time needed for each patient. They took the time to LISTEN! I often feel rushed at the regular doctor's office. Not here. My situation was addressed successfully, and I was sent home with good advice. This will be our urgent care place of choice from now on. Thank you for your excellent care!

Better,Faster Urgent Care was as advertised! They were open late on Fri when most Dr offices are closed early. They delivered quick service- after filling out my patient paperwork I was called back within 10 minutes. They were very friendly, at least 2 people said "I hope you feel better soon". Both the nurse and the PA took their time to listen and ask appropriate questions regarding my health issues and illness. I was diagnosed and treated in the office instead of being sent somewhere else. They didn't email my prescriptions but actually called them in which meant they were ready within 30 minutes at the pharmacy. I am extremely pleased with my experience and will bring my family, refer my friends and neighbors, and be back myself. Thank you for being Better and Faster!
