I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm making an exception in this case. I was very sick and in comfortable, so I was really hoping that this place was indeed "better and faster". It was. First of all, the facility is beautiful – not your typical urgent care facility. Next, they truly are faster. I filled out what seemed to be a reasonable amount of paperwork and then they took me back to the room almost immediately. At that point, I would typically expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see the doctor. Instead, she appeared with in the minute. She correctly diagnosed my problem ( I know this because this was five days ago and I got better even earlier than she said I would) I have never had a healthcare provider be so interested and concerned. She listened very well, and then gave me excellent instructions, taking time to reiterate the things she felt were most important for my recovery. She invited me to come back before my trip the next day if I was still experiencing discomfort in order to try to help me further. This is my new go-to urgent care facility.

Everyone was very friendly and very efficient. From the staff at the front desk to the physician's assistant everyone was very professional and friendly. I especially was appreciative of Angie the PA who was very detailed in checking my son and making sure he was diagnosed correctly. She called and left a message for me soon after we left to give me results on a test. Highly recommend coming here!

I came for s surgical clearance exam for cataract surgery. Also needed current blood work and EKG. All was done efficiently by friendly staff. Got reports at end to mail to the ophthalmologist. All went well!

My experience this morning with this facility was great.Everyone from the receptionist to the physician was kind and friendly with a welcoming attitude. I had confidence in the doctor's evaluation and assessment. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about my condition. I appreciate the professional yet caring concern shown to me. Better Faster got me right in and had a concern for my emergency. The staff greeted me and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after I saw the physician. She was very knowledgeable and took time with me. The entire place was so clean and there was a TV playing all kinds of neat animal movies to help distract my kids. It was a great experience!

Yes, hidden in the town of Southlake there is a superior Urgent Care Facility that delivers prompt, quality care. The staff is efficient and friendly and gets right to business. The facility is new, modern and comfortable. Glad I found it.

Visited this facility several times now, for both myself and my 2 year old son. Staff is always friendly and helpful and service is always fast! Great option when you need to be seen quickly during the week or on the weekend! Highly recommend!
