Staff was very nice and helpful..

Stopped in on an Saturday afternoon after seeing an hour wait at CVS. Walked , filled out paperwork, and taken into a room within 5 minutes. Staff was very professional and friendly, had xrays, and was out within 1 hour.

Pleasant staff. Quick service. Made me feel comfortable.

I had contacted another Urgent Care facility and was told near a 3 hour wait time. I went to Better Faster Urgent Care and was seen within 2 minutes of filling out the registration forms. Staff was quick, efficient and empathetic. In and out and on my way to pharmacy to start feeling better in far less than what I would have waited at the other facility.

Angie, my PA, was very personable and very expert and thorough, in diagnosing my condition (cellulitis) and testing for possible complications which fortunately were absent. My wound was then disinfected and expertly bandaged by a young man whose name I don't remember. I was very pleased that you didn't ask for immediate payment in full, but took my Medicare info and said you'd bill me for what my insurance didn't cover. Your written post-operative instructions were very complete and helpful. Your office was pleasant and comfortable, and everyone there was helpful and friendly. I called your office at 7:00 in the evening after my visit with a question of how to deal with prescribed antibiotic pills which were too big for me to swallow easily, and the person I talked to called me back promptly to say it was okay for me to break the capsules open and swallow the powder mixed with some liquid. As a suggestion, you might ask patients, especially older folks like me, if they had experienced difficulty swallowing pills, and if they say yes, prescribe the medicine in liquid form if it is available in liquid form. Thank you again!

I had a chest cold come on in that was going on the fifth day I realized I couldn't beat it by myself I needed medical help so I went to the center knowing kind of what I wanted I wanted a shot to get immediate relief I wanted antibiotics and I wanted the cough syrup that could help me sleep at night till I got over this cold . I came in and filled out the new patient paperwork they brought me in almost immediately diagnosed my condition prescribe exactly what I knew I needed because I had had it before and I am the happiest patient in Southlake, obviously I highly recommend this facility it's clean they are professional and very nice you will not be disappointed

The facility was nice, clean, and not crowded. I was able to receive care very fast (within 15 minutes of arriving). Good experience overall.

This is the second time I have been here. I love it. Best kept secret in Southlake. Friendly, quick, knowledgable. In and out, when your sick you just want to be seen. This is a great place to have right in our back yard.

It is most important for a place to accept medicare at this age. I was pleased that this place accepted medicare and my trip to, during my exam was flawless. I appreciate the friendly staff but more important the professionalism with which they approached my illness. I appreciated knowing about the allergy testing which I will probably do. I did not have to wait and I felt cared for and valued by the treatment of everyone in the office. Thank you for a positive experience.

This was my 2nd time here, I live in Trophy club but haven't been impressed with the ones around me. This clinic is always very friendly. I never wait longer than 5min. Today I think I waited about 30seconds!! Ha! That's fast service!! I have no complaints! I will be using them from now on. :)

This facility has most professional group of health care providers I've ever had the pleasure to be treated by! The service is quick and extremely thorough. The facility is equipped with so much in house that most test can be performed immediately! I can't express how much I appreciate having Better Faster Urgent Care right in my neighborhood! It is a true blessing!

Seemed good. Will know in the next few days. Staff was friendly and seemed efficient. Environment was clean and attractive. Service was quick and to the point. No hassle. Reasonable number of froms, not excessive.

I have used your facility several times not only for myself but for my children. It is very difficult getting in to see our Primary physicians so we can come here and been seen right away. Everyone is always very nice and truly cares. Thank you for all the good patient care you deliver.

All three of the above concerns were accomplished on my first visit. Their was virtually no wait time, only that of completing my health history. The level of care I received rivaled any Doctors office or emergency room that I have ever been in, except for the fact it was accomplished in about 1/3 of the time. The fact that Better Faster Urgent Care is in my neighborhood and accepts both of my Insurance plans was just an added bonus.

This place was great! Fast friendly care. The NP we saw was very thorough. Will definitely return.

I came in for a laceration on my leg. I was very impressed with the prompt genuine concern for my injury. Angie Ezell was extremely professional and gentle. I appreciated her recommendation to wait before suturin due to infection. When I returned to have the sutures removed, Dr. Dennington checked my wound to make sure it was healing properly. I definitely will re-visit if necessary.

Saw a Nurse practitioner, but understand there was a doctor on standby. Very Professional, no wait time. Very thorough.

I've now visited this location 3 times. Once with my husband once with my child & for myself. I've never waited. The facility is extremely clean! The staff is very friendly & very competent. You are in and out! This is my new favorite walk in clinic. Also they have longer hours on Sunday than other places & that came in handy to me. Thank you !!!

Amazing staff and doctors. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. Angie Ezell, PA was excellent and caring and made me feel so much better. I had to bring my two kids with me and had to have a x ray done, someone from the front desk came back to wait with my kids so I could have it done. The staff and care are excellent. I highly recommend better faster urgent care and will be back in the future if any problem arises.

We were promptly escorted into a room where kind staff members attended to my 9 year old son. Sadly due to a sporting injury my child had painfully dislocated his shoulder. It was diagnosed and with calm direction his shoulder was popped back into place. X-rays before and after confirmed the diagnosis and it's return. After receiving a referral, sling and thorough instructions and we were out the door before an hour. The staff was exceptional and while we hope never to need urgent care services again (not realistic when everything happens after hours and on the weekend) we know that Better FastER Urgent care is where we will seek care for our entire family. Our only wish was that they were open later.

Prompt- curtiouse- professional- very much like the way my daughter and I were handled and cared for . We will be back again if so happens we are in need . Fingers crossed we won't be , but things do happen.
