Visited on Saturday 22 August for poison ivy. The experience at Better Faster Urgent Care was fabulous. Little to no waiting, prompt and attentive care was given. Felling much better today as a result of this visit. Staff was awesome!!!!! Great experience. Thanks

Better Faster got me right in and had a concern for my emergency. The staff greeted me and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after I saw the physician. She was very knowledgeable and took time with me. The entire place was so clean and there was a TV playing all kinds of neat animal movies to help distract my kids. It was a great experience!

Yes, hidden in the town of Southlake there is a superior Urgent Care Facility that delivers prompt, quality care. The staff is efficient and friendly and gets right to business. The facility is new, modern and comfortable. Glad I found it.

The paperwork and process was straight forward, the assistants were pleasant and efficient and we really felt comfortable with the doctor. Visited this facility several times now, for both myself and my 2 year old son. Staff is always friendly and helpful and service is always fast! Great option when you need to be seen quickly during the week or on the weekend! Highly recommend!

Lots of good info on follow up care, what to look for, etc. Just very helpful. Facility is super clean and comfortable. I would return with no hesitation!
