I was a new patient to your facility and experienced professional and superb care. The staff & doctor was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. My wait time was minimal. The facilities were clean - I appreciated the good coffee.

No one wants to have to visit their medical provider. In fact, I spend a lot of time taking steps to ensure those trips are few and far between. That said, I discovered Better FastER Urgent Care shortly after they opened their doors for business. The weather was changing in early December and I felt awful, with a cough never before experienced in my life. There was zero wait and both clinicians (PA and Triage) were empathetic and thorough. Pneumonia was the call and they did everything in their power to make sure I got back on my feet in a timely manner. The front desk staff were pleasant, happy, and empathetic as well. They could tell I was not in the greatest of moods and did everything they could to keep things moving. Fast forward 3 years and 3 trips back (same month each year - same condition each time)and I found myself in their care again just last week. At this point, one thing stands out as exemplary. They actually read my chart prior to walking into the exam room. There was a thorough understanding of my history and a focus towards addressing my symptoms as opposed to the typical, "answer our questions and we'll tell you what you're feeling," indifference that's so common in many urgent care centers. They most definitely treated me like a human being while treating my sickness with concentrated focus. They continue to earn my business. Thanks to everyone at Better Faster Urgent Care. Felt sick and staff was very helpful answer my questions and explained what was being done Location is easily accessible and hours of operation are convenient Care was excellent prescriptions for medication were sent to my pharmacy and the medicines were ready when I arrived

I walked in and was waited on immediately. I filled out some paperwork (since it was my first time) and was in a room in around 20 minutes. I was seen promptly, and then was on my way. It was very quick and efficient. I choose this location for its 5 star rating. My experience was great!

What a great experience! We got in quick. The staff was fantastic, from the check-in desk, the nurse and doctor. This will definitely be our go to doctors office.

Have never needed an urgent care center before. Weekend and did not want to bug my primary care physician at home so rather than do the old fashioned emergency room thing I thought I would try this. An absolutely fantastic choice. The only wait I experienced was for me to fill out the paper work. Office staff was cheerful and efficient. The nurse was professional and personable. The nurse practitioner immediately diagnosed the problem and had my treatment plan, injection, and prescriptions done in a flash. I can't believe I left there so quickly AND with a smile on my face because of the kind, compassionate treatment I received.

I had a great experience with Better Faster Urgent Care. They saw me right away and were all very professional. The doctor asked several questions and really wanted to figure out what was wrong without having to run unnecessary tests, which I really appreciate. I would recommend Better Faster Urgent Care to anyone not feeling well or with a medical emergency. I also liked the fact that they were able to do x-rays on site as well as other tests. Again, I can't recommend this place enough!
