I called on a Sunday because our hot water heater was leaking. The plumber on call talked to me on the phone, and we decided that I could wait until business hours on Monday so that I wouldn't have to pay the emergency fee. I think his name was Mike. He was extremely helpful. I received a call first thing Monday morning from you, and Anthony Z. was at my door by 7:50 a.m. He was polite, helpful, and did a great job fixing our problem. He was great, and we really appreciate Hoffmann's honesty and quality work. We will definitely use your services again.

This is the second time I've used Hoffmann Bros for work at my home. This time it was for a plumbing problem. I was very happy with the work done. I was quoted four hours for time and labor to get the job done and it took 3.5 and that's what I was then billed for. I really appreciate the honesty this company provides with their quality of service. I would trust and use them again.

I had a plumbing emergency on one of the coldest days of the year. And of course on a Sunday. Hoffman answered my call with a real person, not a recording, and the team member on call contacted me within 10 minutes. I cannot say enough positive things. I was very impressed with their service, their timeliness and their professonalism. I would gladly refer Hoffman Brothers.

Have been using Hoffman for HVAC work for nearly 20 years. When they started offering plumbing service a few years ago we have used those services as well. The professionals are always courteous, respectful of your home and efficient. I have never had a complaint with their service or their work. Their office staff are equally professional and always helpful in trying to arrange any scheduling issues one might have.

I was so pleasantly surprised. When I called the young lady set up an appointment within 2 days even though it was the holiday. When Ken came on Saturday, he explained everything and he even explained that your company also do sump pumps. Yes, it may have cost more than another company. I did call other companies, but they never returned my call. You get what you pay for, I got the best. It was a very trying time and everyone exceeded my expectations. I have told everyone what a wonderful experience I had with your company

My furnace quit working overnight on Sunday into Monday morning. I called Hoffmann Brothers and a service technician was at my home early that afternoon (I think his name was Luke). He took his time and did a thorough check of the system. He explained everything to me. My system was old and I have been putting bandaids on it for at least the last 3 years so my husband and I decided we would replace the whole system - heating and cooling. Hoffmann supplied me with 4 space heaters until my new system could be installed. The next day, the salesman was at the house and did a walk-through with me and asked questions about what I would like to see in a new system. We decided on the system that would work for my home, finalized payment information and the appointment was made for the installers to arrive on Wednesday morning. The installers were on time and had the full system installed by 2:00 that afternoon with very little interruption to my day. I love my new heating system and humidifier. My home hasn't felt this great since I moved in 8 years ago! Can't wait to see how the new A/C works this summer. Thank you Hoffmann Brothers for the excellent service and excellent equipment!

Although I was told the appointment would be about noon - it was closer to 5 p.m. before the tech could arrive. This would be my only complaint due to my work restraints - but the tech who arrived was extraordinarily kind and courteous. He was able to repair my hot water heater with parts he had on the truck. He also gave me his assessment of the hot water heater going forward and gave me a general knowledge of how it works. We had hot water again within 30 minutes after he left. Not the biggest problem in the world today - but I was so grateful. Price was not terrible ($405.00 with $95.00 diagnostic fee)but when you are getting same day service and repair on a cold December night the price seems reasonable.

You are always good to get right back to me and usually have someone there in a timely manner. All your technicans have been very helpful and informative. I feel that you are very honest.

Very impressed with technician who restored 50+ year old bolier to operating status. He 'was knowledgeable and practical in servicing this old unit. I thought the service charge and time required for start up was very reasonable. Since this was my first experience with start up of an old boiler, I was informed of what he was doing every step of other way. I am now more comfortable with my old boiler.
