Probably on the high side cost wise but a very dependable honest company with well trained techs. After extensive experience with them at my home over years and having interacted with the office and 10 to 12 different techs I give them high praise for their services.

Very timely.., in fact, 5 min early. Price was very fair and he attempted in every way possible to make sure he was here the least amount of time. Quality was excellent. I'm very pleased with the lighting fixtures installed by Joe!

Andy was extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

The bidding process was quick and clear with a lot of attention to all the large and small details. A complete new plumbing of the property was completed in a quick and clean way. I will call again for all my plumbing needs for all my properties.

Called on a Monday, got a next day appointment. Was told they would call when technician was on the way, and they did call. Mike was very friendly, knowledgable, thorough, and honest. He explained to me what was needed and what didn't need to be done for my situation. Am very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use Hoffman Brothers again.

Tony was very professional, had cool tools (camera), took the time to inspect the inside of the pipe with me by camera. Made some great recommendations, walked me through the repair process, and explained everything thoughly. You have a great employee working for you. You should pay him more...haha. Overall, this was a pleasant expietence. The installers were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their field of work. They completed the work in a timely manner, under bid. The quality of their work was "second to none" and I would ask for Mike and Kevin, by name, if I were planning another job.

My pilot light would not light on my water heater after many tries. I called Hoffmann Brothers and was able to get a same day appointment for the afternoon to come evaluate it. The tech called when he was on his way, introduced himself and got right to work. He unfortunately did not have the part needed to replace the assembly on his truck or at shop, but it turns out, the air intake needed a thorough cleaning and the safety sensor needed to be reset. Even though they ordered the part, they didn't charge me for it and they kept it for their stock. My tech's name was Andy and he was very helpful and courtesy. Will definitely call them again with any issues.

We have a 65-year old Webster Groves home. We decided to use Hoffmann Brothers when our sewer line backed up on Christmas 2014 relying on an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. They took good care of the problem. We decided based on their work to pay for a service agreement. It backed up again two months, some called Hoffmann Bothers again. We got a 15 percent discount because of the service agreement. They were the only plumber who will get on your roof to cable out your line that I could find! We decided to replace our toilet in the master bath. We ordered a toilet through a Big Box store, paying for installation. But the plumber that the Big Box store sent was unable to shut off the water to the toilet due to a damaged shut off valve. Realizing that our 65-year old house needed experts, we called Hoffmann Brothers. They arranged with the Missouri American Water to locate the Water Main in our yard. Then Hoffmann came out with two plumbers. They replaced the damaged water shut off in our home and replaced the toilet! They did great work!
