-Good quality of service -Ponctuality -Smiely face and gentele technician -A pricey service but I had the opportunity to use coupons,...the price went down for 25%.

The service was timely and the price was reasonable. If I had one suggestion it would involve the scheduling. Rather than saying "after noon" (which I confused with "at noon") I would recommend saying "between noon and 5." However overall I was very pleased and will use Hoffman brothers again.

After discovering that mice had eaten through most of the wires in our AC unit outside, it had to have those wires replaced. The technician did the rewiring and then wrapped those wires thoroughly to keep this from happening again.

In all the years I have been a customer, I only had one time when I was not satisfied. I talked to Robert and all is well! I love that you have Sat. hours so I dont have to take off work to get repairs etc.

We called Hoffmann, and your people were there the same day. The last worker arrived at 3:30 on Friday afternoon and stayed until 6:30 to make sure the job was done and done right. Prompt, even 10 minutes early. Pleasant, respected our house by covering shoes when comes in the house. Worked quickly and explained everything as he went did the work. Great experience.

We are very stingy with 5-star reviews but Hoffman Bros. earned their stars fair & square. We upgraded an air conditioning system in a 90-year old house. New duct work & structural changes were required. Normally, we like the employee a company sends to spec and bid a job, but those who actually perform the work are less conscientious. Not the case with Hoffman. Every employee was as knowledgeable, capable and thorough as the 'salesman' we met first. Most important to us, every one communicated well with us. They answered our questions and concerns and they seemed genuinely committed to ensuring that we understood what was going on in our house at every stage. They predicted their schedule 100% accurately. In an installation like ours there are bound to be unanticipated hang-ups and Hoffman dealt with these with impressive integrity. Insofar as we could assess the quality of their work, they never cut a single corner and ensured that every detail met or exceeded local building code. We feel certain that the work they did was significantly superior to what the other contractors were proposing. They may not have been the low bid, but we are confident that they were the best value.

I am a commercial General Contractor and work with Subcontractors all the time. Everyone I came in contact with at Hoffmann Brothers was friendly, courteous, knowledable and extremely professional.

Our plumber was excellent & top notch. He discussed our options and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly including contacting your electrician to assure everything was to code. I am very pleased with the outcome. I only wish it was done correctly the first visit, but no harm done. Better communication initially would have avoided the 2nd trip to undo the first visit's work. Great job!

As always you did a great job. You left and got the part that was needed. Got the job done on the day I set aside for the work to be done. Didn't have to come back on a second day.

Hoffmann Brothers has always come thru for us whenever we've needed them. And they provide emergency service when others say they do, only they don't. Hoffmann Brothers is now our go-to business - we know they'll always get the job done and done correctly. We've used them for plumbing, heating and electrical and will again. I trust them completely.

My priority is quality..thus far your service has been most satisfactory. Price is also important, and the more expensive it gets, the more concerned we get. With fixed income, between all the insurances, maintenance, and food, it leaves less for welfare and savings for the future. Timeliness is certainly important, however, as long as appointments are made within 14 days of request, I would consider this being timely. I had just one experience with emergency service...it was not helpful. It was Jan/Feb a few years back and the furnace went out. The emergency contact told me he could not be at the house until later than night and suggested I wait till the next day. He also stated that the charges would reflect the "emergency" nature of the call. Needless to say, I was held off till the next day, and $8,000 on a new unit. Of course, the technician stated that our old furnace was not repairable, but he'd give us a 10% off on a new system as a reliable customer. To me, this is not being any different had I called the next guy on the telephone listing who says the same thing as a new customer...nothing special about it. Thank you for being the honest and trustworthy company that I call for the maintenance of systems in my home. For example,Bill Day worked on the Generac for over a year until finally it is self testing once a week as it should. And I appreciate the yearly maintenance on the A/C and Furnace knowing that problems will be discovered early. Whenever anyone asks who to call I always recommend Hoffmann Bros bc they are the Best!! I am very happy with the price, timeliness, and quality of the work and the people who come to the house.

Tony arrived early. He explained everything he would be doing. He repaired some other work not done to code. He was very polite and very engaging. Hoffman provides great service as always!
