You guys came through yet again. Yozo was my technician this time and he arrived promptly, acted professionally, explained all the issues that were going on, went over all options available to me, and completed the inspection/repairs very quickly. A/C was working like normal again as soon as he was finished. I will continue to use Hoffmann for all my HVAC & Plumbing needs.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of Hoffmann Bros. They helped me through a bad installation of a good American Standard top of the line air and heating unit. Due to the service provided my unit is working in top condition even during this heat wave. Price was reasonable and quality was suburb. Thanks Hoffmann Bros.

I had been getting the run around with using another company through my home warranty contract. Over a month had gone by and I wasn't getting any resolution. Finally the home warranty agreed that I could use my own contractor and I called Hoffmann Brothers. I called Hoffmann Brothers on a Wednesday, they were able to fit me in that Saturday. The technician worked tirelessly for over 6 hours to get my AC fixed in 95 degree weather and I am beyond satisfied. The service technicians are always very professional, friendly and timely. For any future AC/Heating needs I will hesitate to call Hoffmann Brothers!!

Two Calls to different properties, Technicians were skilled and explained problems in terms I could understand. Each gave options with no pressure in purchasing options I really didn't need. Bart was old school with a lot of knowledge and customer savey skills. Steve was is young and technical, with a great attitude. I've been a customer of Hoffmann Brothers since 8/10/2005 when Tom Hoffmann supervised the installation of my existing unit. Being impressed by the professional skilled crew, I requested an ongoing maintenance contract to protect my investment and to keep it optimally operational. I have not been disappointed having lived the past 10+years without interruption in my climate controlled system. Special thanks to Tom Hoffmann and Mike Stockhausen.

My experience with Hoffmann has been extremely satisfying. As you may know (you can check the records) I have been a customer since your company has been in business. Had that glitch with Lennox last year but I think you worked it out okay. I also have to say that your service people always have been extremely helpful and courteous. I have come to rely on you for any service that I need for heating, cooling and now plumbing. Wish I could say that about all companies.

Jozo spent a substantial amount of time checking out all of the heating and cooling systems in the house. I had two projects completed the same day. There had been an earlier visit to set an estimate for my project. That first visit cost $70, but I was informed of that beforehand. That visit was useful because I wanted to get my own parts, and I was informed exactly what to purchase so the installation went smoothly. John was precisely on time for the installation and explained, step by step, what he was doing. He explained why the process ran long - four hours for three sink faucets and a repair to a shower - but it was clear at all times what he was doing and what challenged our old equipment was giving him. He cleaned up afterwards and everything's working well. He was friendly and professional at all times, and he did what I needed him to do. This was an excellent experience.

Yozo was extremely helpful, honest, and took his time to walk me through everything that he was doing so I understood the issues that my AC unit was having. He was very polite and very informative. I had a great experience.
