Bill Day did an excellent job of troubleshooting our air conditioning system in a 1982 MCI Motorcoach (think Greyhound bus converted for high end entertaining). I tried to find someone around town that would work on it. Almost impossible to do. I found one mechanical repair shop, but they clearly were out of their element. I called Robert Hoffman and he put the right man on the job. Bill clearly knows how to troubleshoot. Bill worked on it in our parking lot on the hottest day of the year. The heat index was 112 degrees. Most service techs would have fled the scene as soon as they could, fixed or not. Bill stuck with it and didn't complain once about the working conditions. By the time he left, our pride and joy motorcoach was feeling very comfortable inside! John Schott President EPIC Systems, Inc.

Andy performed a complete inspection. He identified issues, explained those issues and the solutions, and made the repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, friendly, and reassuring. We are very pleased with Andy's work and with Hoffman Brothers.

We were lucky enough to have Sam come out to our house recently to help us with the choice and purchase of our new AC and furnace units. Sam is one of those people who you instantly "connect" with...and one of the most warm, personable people we have ever dealt with. It was such a pleasure, not only to do business once again with Hoffmann, but with Sam "walking us through" the entire process. What an awesome guy! Thanks for all the great help and guidance, Sam! You rock! Sam and Hoffmann are SO HIGHLY recommended!

I would like to highly commend our "Hoffmann team" of Chad, Kyle and Joe who worked so very hard yesterday to install our AC and furnace units. They worked all day, doing a truly outstanding job...so friendly, helpful, and professional. They were absolutely a JOY to have here in our home, and we'll highly recommend them (Hoffmann) to everyone we know! Kudos to this team...they were the BEST ever! Thanks, gentlemen!

I called Hoffmann's for a plumbing issue after seeing their service van at a neighbor's home. I got an appointment that worked with my schedule right away. John arrived on time and quickly addressed the problem. What's more, John informed me that the part for the plumbing issue was covered under the manufacturer's warrantee, saving us a bundle! John was friendly, knowledgable and professional. I won't hesitate to call Hoffmann's again for any of the services they provide.

Tom is a beast. He figured out the problem, fixed it, the problem happened AGAIN after about 30 seconds, and then he went outside (in the rain) and found the problem that caused the problem, and fixed that problem too. After all that, he wouldn't even accept the $20 I tried to give him when he left. Kudos, bro, you're a beast.

My experience started with a failed AC unit. I submitted a request from the website to get a bid on a new system. I submitted this request on a Friday around 8pm on a Friday night and received a call by 8am on a Saturday. The lady from the office was very nice and polite (can't remember her name). Brian who came out to prepare a bid for a new system was very through. He is the only person who actually measured the house to make sure that a properly sized system was installed in the home. He also gave me an option for a high efficient system. Also, they were able to start the install sooner than expected! Regarding install, Luke and his team were great. They were on time and looked very professional. I liked that face that they took their time, meaning they were efficient but gentle with my home. I liked the face that I felt like everyone was listening when I would ask a question or make a comment. Luke took time to show myself and the tenant how to operate the thermostat and the whole system. Another gentleman took time to explain the importance of maintenance for the whole system. Their pricing was about in line with other companies for similar units. I also like the face that I was able to receive the invoice instantly via e-mail from Luke's ipad! All in all, it was a wonderful experience and Hoffman Brothers operate like a well oiled machine.

I usually do not write a review but my question to Hoffmann Bros is this.... Can you hire more nicer employees? From my first call when Sarah answered to when Sam came out to fix my unit, on the same day. I never felt pressured to pay for your service. Sam seemed to know what he was doing and explained everything. Will definately call when the weather starts to cool down for my winter check-up. Plus enroll in the Service Club. Over the past 3 years. this Compnay has not let me down. Thank you

The service was excellent. The technician came within hours of the call, was very professional and friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me what was causing the problem, fixed it,and made suggestions on how to more efficiently use the air conditioning system. My experience with this company has always been great. Their employees know what they are doing and everyone from the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to your door is polite and helpful,

John was on time and very professional. Took care of my garbage disposal and clogged sink in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Because I have the yearly contract with Hoffman, I saved almost $200 off of what would have been the regular charge. I have always been pleased with Hoffman. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I've always heard good things about them and that was what brought me to them in the first place. Thank you, Hoffman Brothers.

My first time using Hoffmann Bros and I couldn't be more impressesd. From the friendliness of the office staff, the emails and calls to let me know when Andy would be at my home and Andy was very knowledgeable and professional.

Our technician was great. He was quick and extremely informative. He was very polite and I felt that he explained thing to me in a very informative, yet easy to understand way. I think that employees are a great representation of a company, therefore, I would definitely recommend your company.

On a Thursday, as a HVAC customer of Hoffmann Brothers I contacted them for a plumbing issue. They came out that day, reviewed the work I envisioned, gave me different choices to accomplish what I wanted and provided an written quote the next day. I signed the quote and faxed it to them on Saturday. On Monday the completed the job doing outstanding work in a shorter time frame that my wife and I envisioned. Christian made the quote and John did the work. Two outstanding people who performed quality work and service. Project was completed quicker then my wife and I thought possible and the work area was as clean if not cleaner than when the started.

Expensive on time have not seen a picture of the work. When can the repair be scheduled? I have multiple air conditioners in rental property. Need a proposal to maintain, update and clean or replace units. Some need a/c added. call re an appointment.

John from Hoffman Brothers did a wonderful job taking care of our water leak issue. He replaced and repaired everything with our water heater and explained everything in detail. I am very pleased with the response and the workmanship that Hoffman Brothers provided for us. I still need someone to come back for inspection of the work. But I haven't had any problem. Andy was very professional and thorough.

John was very prompt and courteous. Used shoe covers. Came prepared. Did a great job. Explained the problem. I think the charges for the service call and hourly rate were a bit high.
