Thanks for the great service and early arrival! Great customer service in the office which I have found to be uncommon with HVAC contractors. I also loved that the price the office gave me was the price I was charged. It seems like every time I have a service done the price goes up by the end of the day. Thanks again for your service. You are helping the entire HVAC industry by being the way you are:)

Your service workers are always knowledgeable and on time and solve any problems I have had. The yearly checkups give me great confidence that my systems are in good working order and that if I have a problem I don't have to wait very long for service. You guys are doing a great job. Office staff is great too.

We are so happy with the service we received from Hoffmann Brothers. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, and we had a technician at our door by the next afternoon. He was polite, friendly, and even wore shoe covers every time he entered the house! He quickly identified the problem with the unit, quickly replaced the part, and even showed me how to clean the unit. It was a very smooth process, and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Great experience from start to finish: the customer service rep was polite, helpful and personable when I scheduled the appointment, I really appreciated the email with the name of photo of the service rep (received before the service call), and the service rep was extraordinarily patient and helpful in diagnosing the problem and answering all of my questions. It's clear that Hoffman Brothers has an outstanding team!

Everyone was very helpful - from the ladies who answered my phone calls, to Darren, the technician. I appreciated the email with Darren's photo, and the call to let me know when he would be coming. Darren was very helpful in explaining the cause of the issue we were having, as well as resolving said issue.

They did a great job and got it done within 48 hours of giving the estimate. They also gave us an upgraded unit for the same price. Now we have cooling and heat in our garage. Technicians were timely, friendly and got the job done in our 100 degree garage!! Quality job for a fair price. Thanks Hoffmann!!

Dave has taken over since our previous service expert Perry retired. We have been always impressed with the professional image and communication from Hoffman. Once again they hit the ball out of the park with Dave!!! He is extremely time sensitive and devoted to his contract Hoffman service clients. We have had over four personal properties under Hoffmann HVAC service and the reason is consistency in quality. We would immediately endorse the Hoffman team. The staff in the phone normally recognize us and define what type of response we should expect. Best company to work with if you want professional service and reliable people. My a/c was freezing up... again. They were able to fit me in for an emergency evening service/repair. However, when I arrived at the house, the tech had already left because I took a little longer than expected. At first, when I called them, I was told I'd have to wait until the next day --- in a house that was 81 degrees at the time. After a brief discussion with the original tech, then Luke F., and then the after-hours customer service team, they were able to work some magic and schedule a tech (Luke F.) to come back to our house immediately. Luke arrived within about 30 min, looked over our whole system, gave me details on everything (good and bad), provided me with all our options, and was able to get the a/c running again. He also advised us on how to run the system and what temp to keep it on to prevent it from freezing up again. We need a whole new HVAC system and duct work... pretty much immediately. But he got us cooled down for now, at least until we can get a new system put in. He completed everything in about an hour, maybe 1.5 hours tops, and was very helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire job. To top it all off, it was very inexpensive... probably due to the miscommunication and/or misunderstanding (probably more my fault than theirs). Thanks again Luke F. and Hoffmann Bros. for taking care of our needs yet again. You guys are the best and I will continue to use & recommend your company.

Their service people are dependable, knowledgeable, and friendly. They leave the house clean when they leave. I use them for HVAC, and plumbing so far. I feel safe leaving them into my home.

Quality. This is my second year using Hoffman Brothers for my commercial account. The first year we spent most of our time fixing other vendors attempts to make repairs. Also during the first year I worked very closely with my sales rep and the serve department team to help develop service programs that would meet each of my three sites needs. They were fantastic to work with. I cannot say enough about the level of service I get from Hoffman Bothers. Our service technician Dave Johnson is outstanding. His attention to details and quality of work is amazing. He always goes well above and beyond to make sure all of our equipment is running at peak performance. I believe his attention to details and ongoing recommendations and adjustments to our equipment has contribute to a 15% savings on our monthly utility bills. We've been customers for at least 20 years and have been extremely happy with our annual air conditioning and heating checks. The technicians are always thorough and explain if they find any problematic issues.

I had a very good experience with Hoffmann Brothers. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and all of my questions were answered honestly. Unfortunately I could not afford the repair. I think the quote was very high and do not understand why a cheaper part could not be found. I found one. Do you guy's go with the first price you find and go with it? I think that you can still provide a great service and put a little more effort into researching parts while trying to save your customers money. Now I will probably have to get the part myself and find someone to install it.

Craig was our technician. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. He was quick but did great work. The price was fair.
