I was impressed when I called, both individuals that I spoke to were upfront and straightforward in providing me costs, comparisons and recommendations. No sales tactics or pressure. Brian came that very afternoon to look at the old heater and confirm that the new one would go in easily. Very amiable, thorough and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Originally there was no one to install the heater until Monday (this was Friday) but before leaving, someone at the office had continued to check schedules and Tony was able to come the following morning (good thing, cause showers at the YMCA were going to get old quick!). Tony arrived promptly at 8am, got directly to work and was done in less than 4 hours. He was friendly and insured I understood how the controls worked before leaving. Considering that I called on a Friday morning and had hot water again on Saturday morning, I was delighted with the swift service by all the Hoffman representatives!

Home Depot's plumber could not do the job, he recommended HBrothers, someone came out the day after the initial call to bid the job, installation took place 2 days later. Not only was it quick, but every thing was cleaned up afterwards with no damage to the walls nor floors. My husband was very happy when the price tag actually came in under the initial bid. We have already referred HBrothers to other neighbors. Thank you for the great service.

John was extremely helpful. He explained the possible causes for our plumbing issue and suggested a reasonable, measured approach to addressing it. He explained things clearly without being confusing or condescending. Which I know can be difficult. I had a great experience.

We Have had Hoffmann Brothers for many years taking care of our furnace and AC needs. Our success with them during this period made it an easy decision when we were faced with replacing our old furnace. We went with their recommendation and chose an energy efficient unit that was capable of being installed in the existing yet limited space of our basement. They installed a modern and efficient system, at a fair price and within a few hours. This was especially paramount as the installation was needed in February, the coldest month of the year. We immediately noticed a pleasant difference in the temperature of our home and the ease of control, quietness, and costs associated with the new equipment was obvious and well worth the expense. As long as we continue to live in our home, we will be counting on Hoffmann Brothers to continue to meet our heating and air conditioning maintenance needs.

Mike Barth saved us last night! Our sump pump failed, our basement was flooding, and I was completely panicked when I did an internet search to find a plumbing company that offered emergency, after hours service. Mike came quickly and diligently worked late into the night to fix our problem, and did he ever fix it. I couldn't believe it when I woke up to a nearly dry basement. Mike was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very courteous. I will use Hoffman Bros again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Hoffman Brothers charges slightly more than the company we left in 2013 but they are absolutely worth it. We trust this company because we know they will do things right the first time. They usually are on time but if they are running late they always call us. We have used the plumbing services three times recently and can't say enough good things about Andy Egan. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met, always wears booties to protect our carpets, very efficient and knows what he's doing! We will continue to ask for him.

Andy came and replaced a laundry faucet for us and explained what the problem was and said he would try the lesser expensive one first to see if it would work. It did not, but we appreciated him trying. He arrived on time and the repair was done quickly and neatly. Working great now.

I always contact Hoffman Brothers for heating/ Cooling and Plumbing. Their service department always os helpful on phone and the technicians are always polite, timely and knowledgeable.

I have been a decade-long customer of Hoffmann Brothers since they won the competitive bid for a replacement HVAC system for my 30 year old house. Being impressed with the initial instillation, I've chosen to retain their annual service contract for peace of mind and to protect my initial investment. Concerning this recent service call, I could not be happier that Hoffmann Brothers wants to keep me for their customer.

Comes when they say they will; professional and courteous staff and technicians; they are careful to keep your house clean while working. They only recommend services that you need and always answer all my questions

Last week Dave came out for my fall check and I have very positive feedback. Overall, he did an oustanding job. He is very professional, courteous, knowledgable and thorough.
