I'm really liking the service package. It takes away having to remember to call for service. I get an email, make the call for an appointment and it's done. I've already paid through my monthly subscription so no surprise invoice after service. You've made getting my heating and a/c serviced easy!

I was impressed with Ken's professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. He seemed very knowledgeable (and well-trained) about the technological particulars of my Lennox high efficiency furnace. My appt was between 9-12p. Received a call @830 advising Jozo (tech) was on the way and he was here at 850A. Fantastic service! Polite, knowledgable, helpful information. I appreciate the service your team provides. I even called right after the tech had completed the work to say thank you.

Ken was very nice and professional. He was able to come an hour early after finishing a job which was great! He identified the problem quickly and helped explain everything to me. I was without heat on very cold days and he had the necessary part to replace in his truck and did it same day. Though no one wants to pay $500 on a little part for a furnace, it's necessary. Ken also advised me to start saving for a whole new unit as I will need one within the year. I appreciated the heads up and his thoroughness.

I have had Hoffmann Brothers for a number of years, & have never had an issue. He says I need a new thermostat and quoted me a price of $208.00. I am surprised it is so expensive, especially having the maintenance service plan. I thought with that, you were also given discount when repairs are needed. Is there another thermostat available? Jozo Barac was excellent! We have an old furnace and he checked everything and made sure our system was safe. He took the time to explain everything to us and even checked with the technician who serviced our unit last year. We are very pleased with Hoffmann Brothers.
