Also, their rates are fair! Jacob and his associate provided us with excellent customer service, today. They were cordial and managed removing our Junk in an orderly fashion! I was really pleased with the quick response rate—I was able to book pick up services the night before. Patrick and Jonathan were great to work with and super communicative! I appreciate their help! The minimum pick up/removal price that was quoted to me when they arrived was $125 which I think is reasonable if you have a decent amount of things that you need removed, but it did hurt my wallet having to pay that amount just to have one full sized mattress removed from my apartment. Ultimately I’m happy with the service I received, the only thing I would have appreciated a bit more would have been more upfront transparency on the minimum pick up cost out the gate.

The service withJunk Smiths was outstanding. They helped us remove years- actually decades of clutter from our parent’s garage in about 30 minutes. They were kind and polite, and only removed exactly what we told them to take. On a side note, a tiny lizard was discovered under a couch cushion that was outside, and one of the men gently placed it in his hand and let is go safely into the shrubs. This small gesture makes me want to recommend this business to all. Thank you Junk Smiths! The garage is clean and it looks great.

My daughter did a major clean out and had bags of stuff plus an old couch and a large rug to get rid of in Laguna Hills. Jacob and Robert gave us a heads up call and were on time and highly efficient! They couldn’t have been better to work with in hauling away all of her stuff and we’re so nice on top of it! The 2 gentlemen were very polite and efficient. They walked around, took pictures of what needed to be removed, then gave me a quote. They worked quickly and were even able to remove a huge hutch that was attached to the wall. Once done, the price ended up being less than their original quote. I was very happy with the work they did.
