Alex and Ryan helped me clear an apartment in Buena Park. The tenant had lived in the unit for over 30 years and recently passed away. Her family left most of her things behind in the unit. It was a lot to clean up. Alex and Ryan were prompt and respectful of the property. Alex, in particular, was communicative and super polite. A real precessional.

responsive. A truck and crew arrived ahead of their scheduled time. I can’t address the rates as I was charged $34 for a quarter truck while I had another quote of $175 that could pick up tomorrow but didn’t exude the same confidence. Crew was friendly and efficient and was junk was gone by 1 PM on a Sunday. Done!

I had a tight schedule to get several items removed. I called Junk Smiths and was able to speak with a LIVE person right away. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. They came on time, they provided a fair estimate compared to my research and one other in-person estimate. With my consent, they began the work right away. Junk Smiths helped me with a very difficult move today. My 98 year old dad has been placed in hospice and we needed furniture moved and disposed of in order to make room for a hospital bed. They came out quickly and did the job immediately. I was very happy with their work!

Junk Smiths’ employees arrived early in the 2 hours appointment time block. They were extremely courteous and friendly and promptly provided, with no pressure, a great estimate for the removal of a piano and treadmill. The removal was done quickly and efficiently (no mess or damage) and they were gone within what seemed like minutes. We would not hesitate to use Junk Smiths again.
