We have always had a great experience with your company. Staff has always been polite and hard working. We had Jake and Taylor over at my home today and they couldn’t have been nicer and so professional. I even went to check upstairs and they cleaned the area even though they didn’t need to. Junk Smiths responded to my inquiry immediately and I had an appointment the next day. I was contacted when the truck was on its way with arrival time. The two guys were on time and knowledgeable about my “junk”. They were very personable and hard working. They made every effort to put me at ease and did not stop until job completed, even providing extra cleanup. I cannot rate this company high enough and recommend them for whatever the need. I felt the price was reasonable for the amount of work and will use them again.

Alex and Ryan helped me clear an apartment in Buena Park. The tenant had lived in the unit for over 30 years and recently passed away. Her family left most of her things behind in the unit. It was a lot to clean up. Alex and Ryan were prompt and respectful of the property. Alex, in particular, was communicative and super polite. A real precessional.

I can’t address the rates as I was charged $34 for a quarter truck while I had another quote of $175 that could pick up tomorrow but didn’t exude the same confidence. Crew was friendly and efficient and was junk was gone by 1 PM on a Sunday. Done!

They came on time, they provided a fair estimate compared to my research and one other in-person estimate. With my consent, they began the work right away. Junk Smiths’ employees arrived early in the 2 hours appointment time block. They were extremely courteous and friendly and promptly provided, with no pressure, a great estimate for the removal of a piano and treadmill. The removal was done quickly and efficiently (no mess or damage) and they were gone within what seemed like minutes. We would not hesitate to use Junk Smiths again.
