I had 3 estimates on a full truckload to clean out my garage and old furniture and Junk Smiths made the cut! Setting up an appointment for a free estimate was a breeze with speedy response time. Eric and Albert came on Friday for the estimate and we’re very informative and forthright with the assessment. I made the appointment to get it done on Sunday the same weekend. Jake and Taylor were the gentlemen that came and they got the job done!!! I’d like to give all 4 of these gentlemen a big thumbs up!! Job well done! I called Junk Smith today after getting their phone number from Google to inquire about picking up 2 tv's and I was able to schedule a pickup for today and the price quoted was fair. Taylor and Jake called to let me know when they would arrive. Both were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. Now with the old tv's gone I can learn about and enjoy my new tv's. Junk Smiths made it easy to have an affordable and safe disposal of my large items. Taylor, Josh, and Alessio were very helpful and helped lift a weight off of my chest (almost literally) with a friendly, quick, and hard working disposition. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Junk Smiths responded to my inquiry immediately and I had an appointment the next day. I was contacted when the truck was on its way with arrival time. The two guys were on time and knowledgeable about my “junk”. They were very personable and hard working. They made every effort to put me at ease and did not stop until job completed, even providing extra cleanup. I cannot rate this company high enough and recommend them for whatever the need. I felt the price was reasonable for the amount of work and will use them again.

Alex and Ryan helped me clear an apartment in Buena Park. The tenant had lived in the unit for over 30 years and recently passed away. Her family left most of her things behind in the unit. It was a lot to clean up. Alex and Ryan were prompt and respectful of the property. Alex, in particular, was communicative and super polite. A real precessional.

On time, Taylor and Brian were courteous and explained everything the process of cleaning and hauling. Cost was very reasonable. Did exactly what they said they would do.

I can’t address the rates as I was charged $34 for a quarter truck while I had another quote of $175 that could pick up tomorrow but didn’t exude the same confidence. Crew was friendly and efficient and was junk was gone by 1 PM on a Sunday. Done!
