Thank you so much! We had hired another company to help us and they were such a pain to deal with and missed our appointment multiple times and then we called Junk Smiths and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute! They made it so easy! They were easy to contact, showed up on time, gave the quote and had our couch out of there so fast! They were nice and professional as well! We will definitely use them again and tell our friends :)

We were so happy with Junksmiths! They returned our call immediately. They came out that day. They were ready to go that day!!! The guys were so polite! They gave us an estimate for maximum amount it would cost. They demolished and took out the jacuzzi in no time at all!! They cleaned everything up. When it came time to pay, they revised the estimate for a significantly lower number. That never happens!!! 7 stars, 110%, 12 out of 10. Highly recommend this company!!!

I had 3 estimates on a full truckload to clean out my garage and old furniture and Junk Smiths made the cut! Setting up an appointment for a free estimate was a breeze with speedy response time. Eric and Albert came on Friday for the estimate and we’re very informative and forthright with the assessment. I made the appointment to get it done on Sunday the same weekend. Jake and Taylor were the gentlemen that came and they got the job done!!! I’d like to give all 4 of these gentlemen a big thumbs up!! Job well done! I called Junk Smith today after getting their phone number from Google to inquire about picking up 2 tv's and I was able to schedule a pickup for today and the price quoted was fair. Taylor and Jake called to let me know when they would arrive. Both were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. Now with the old tv's gone I can learn about and enjoy my new tv's. Always on time and excellent communication! Very fair quotes. I have used this company 3 times now. Nothing is better than having a fresh start being rid of clutter such as old yard tools, stacks of wood. Cardboard ETC. The most important to me is their personable customer service. Completely willing to listen and help. This is a lost Art these days. It’s a big relief to have the clutter gone. I can breathe again!

We have always had a great experience with your company. Staff has always been polite and hard working. Junk Smiths responded to my inquiry immediately and I had an appointment the next day. I was contacted when the truck was on its way with arrival time. The two guys were on time and knowledgeable about my “junk”. They were very personable and hard working. They made every effort to put me at ease and did not stop until job completed, even providing extra cleanup. I cannot rate this company high enough and recommend them for whatever the need. I felt the price was reasonable for the amount of work and will use them again.
