Prompt and friendly communication from the first phone inquiry to the guys that showed up! On time, lots of communication and accurate time frame. The boys were polite, fast, clean and easy to work with. The person on the phone setting the appointment time was super polite and friendly. I will always use them for junk removal and will recommend them to anyone that needs this service. Pricing seemed fair and reasonable as well.

I will recommend Junk Smiths to all my friends. We made an appointment for a quote to demolish and take away our pool shed. They arrived before the appointment time! The quote was very reasonable and they started the work right away. They were quick, efficient and friendly. They were able to collapse the shed without damaging the vegetable garden and the pool pump on three sides of the shed. We requested a magnet to pick up nails and the owner himself came out with a wide magnet and picked up many nails. They were very thorough and we were very pleased to have our old shed removed so quickly.

This was the best service to pick up my electronic items and junk I have ever experienced. The guys who showed up were amazing, they were fast, friendly and the price was so reasonable compared to other similar companies. I would highly recommend. What a great job AGAIN!! I was so happy with Junk Smiths when I used them last month that I booked them again. And again it was a great experience! Taylor and Omar were professional, courteous, helpful, and got a full truckload done in a very short time AND cleaned up! I have used other service companies but have never been happier than with Junk Smiths. They did a 30 minute call ahead so I didn't have to sit and wait for them, they were just AWESOME!!

Phenomenal! called on Wednesday afternoon, you guys where here at 8:15 on Thursday morning. Construction debris was gone in 1/2 hour and on top of it your crew swept the garage where we had piled up the wood and dry wall debris from renovating our kitchen. I had the pleasure of having Jacob, Miguel, and Alex to remove my belongings from my home on Sunday May 5th. White Glove service is best I could describe my experience. Professional.
