After I saw your vans around town I decided to give your company a call as I needed to have some furniture removed. Within minutes of contacting you I received a text and arranged for a free quote. Jules and Nick arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable rate for removal of the furniture. They were very professional and 30 minutes later the job was completed. I highly recommend this company as they were true to their word. I definitely will use them again. Thanks for a job well done!

Outstanding! I contacted Junk Smith's at 11 a.m. this morning to schedule a pick up between 4 and 6 p.m. today. Five minutes later Sean called and said that someone could be here in 30 minutes! And they were! The guys were pleasant and polite and professional and were in and out in ten minutes. i was charged a fair price for excellent service.

The guys were great this morning! Showed up on time and were flexible with our team to help determine what we could toss. We look forward to keep working with you all over the next couple weeks as we continue cleaning!

Amazing is an understatement. I was waiting on a different company to show up and to no surprise they didn't. In a panic I called Junk Smiths and they assured me they could get the job done and be TO MY HOUSE within the hour. About 45 minutes later, TAYLOR, PAT, and ROBERT arrived, three very professional and clean looking men. They asked me what needed to be done, I told them and they started working. Throughout, I would find things here and there for them to take and they took them happily, even offered to take out the trash for me. I'm in Brea and was just really thankful that they were so kind and able to turn my whole day around. Robert, Pat, Taylor, thank you so very much for your hard work and kindness. Wonderful people! Responsiveness was our greatest concern. We had a lift chair with a failed motor. The chair was located in a senior living facility. We called on Friday and the Junk Smith team was able to arrive on the following Monday at 10am. The ease of removing the chair was a huge relief for my family. Quick, efficient and professional. I will definitely be calling the Junk Smiths for our next cleanup!

The team came on time, asked about removal details and provided quote onsite with very reasonable rate. After I gave them go ahead, the crew went to work immediately and they did great job of cleaning all the items need to be removed. At the end, with their hardwork of stuffing the items into the truck, it turned out they were able to fill up space less than their initial estimation and they reduce their final price accordingly. Wow, they are amazing called in the morning, made an appointment for same day. Called me earlier because they had a spot sooner then my original appointment. Showed got the job done. Very friendly and personable. Fun to talk to while my junk was being hauled away. I’ll be calling them back.

I have used Junk Smith several times over the past 3 years. They are always on time, very efficient, and no-nonsense about getting the job done. The rates are fair, and the Junk Smiths' team is always friendly and hardworking. This time I had the pleasure of working with Nick, Eric, Albert and Samer who had to load some fireproof filing cabinets that were very heavy. They got the job done in no time without complaint. The quality of its employees speaks to the quality of this company's excellent management. I wouldn't use anyone else.
