I would like the thank the Junk Smiths Team for all they did! We had an impossible deadline to clear out our large company storage room (which had not be touched in years). A 2 man crew came and got 4 truck loads out in just a few hours. I was absolutely floored by the whole process. Quick responses and great work! I am very pleased with the service provided by Junk Smiths. They arrived at the scheduled time and gave me a price quote before starting work. They were very professional, efficient, and helpful. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing junk removal services.

I was really pleased with the quick response rate—I was able to book pick up services the night before. Patrick and Jonathan were great to work with and super communicative! I appreciate their help! The minimum pick up/removal price that was quoted to me when they arrived was $125 which I think is reasonable if you have a decent amount of things that you need removed, but it did hurt my wallet having to pay that amount just to have one full sized mattress removed from my apartment. Ultimately I’m happy with the service I received, the only thing I would have appreciated a bit more would have been more upfront transparency on the minimum pick up cost out the gate.

My daughter did a major clean out and had bags of stuff plus an old couch and a large rug to get rid of in Laguna Hills. Jacob and Robert gave us a heads up call and were on time and highly efficient! They couldn’t have been better to work with in hauling away all of her stuff and we’re so nice on top of it! Plus the price was amazing for everything they did! I highly recommend JunkSmiths and will definitely use them again!

We had a lot of boxes, trash, misc items that needed to go. I could not have been more impressed with the two JS employees. They were quick, thorough and even swept up after moving all the items. We will definitely use them again.

After I saw your vans around town I decided to give your company a call as I needed to have some furniture removed. Within minutes of contacting you I received a text and arranged for a free quote. Jules and Nick arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable rate for removal of the furniture. They were very professional and 30 minutes later the job was completed. Outstanding! I contacted Junk Smith's at 11 a.m. this morning to schedule a pick up between 4 and 6 p.m. today. Five minutes later Sean called and said that someone could be here in 30 minutes! And they were! The guys were pleasant and polite and professional and were in and out in ten minutes. i was charged a fair price for excellent service.

Amazing is an understatement. I was waiting on a different company to show up and to no surprise they didn't. In a panic I called Junk Smiths and they assured me they could get the job done and be TO MY HOUSE within the hour. About 45 minutes later, TAYLOR, PAT, and ROBERT arrived, three very professional and clean looking men. They asked me what needed to be done, I told them and they started working. Throughout, I would find things here and there for them to take and they took them happily, even offered to take out the trash for me. I'm in Brea and was just really thankful that they were so kind and able to turn my whole day around. Robert, Pat, Taylor, thank you so very much for your hard work and kindness. Wonderful people!
