I love Marque Urgent Care. The front desk staff and medical assistants are polite and professional. The facility is very clean and well organized. Even that you spend very short time waiting, it matters how nice and modern it is. It’s always very fast and easy to get help there and start the treatment right away. Marque Urgent Care physicians are precise and knowledgeable. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and even offered a cup of coffee (it was early). I was blown away by the service and so grateful because I was stressed about having to take my daughter in. They assured us they would swiftly process our patient information and THEY DID. I was put at ease by the great service, exceptionally clean office and impeccable staff. The doctor we saw was patient, took time to listen and was so gracious about explaining what we needed to know! I don’t recommend that anyone try to be sick or injured, but if that is your case, THIS is the place!

The staff was superb. Right when we walked in we were treated so well and they were especially great with my son. The nurse was the best....she was kind and thorough and was even a little silly with him. Which means a lot because he’s 6 and was afraid he needed a shot. She made him relaxed and at ease. Doctor came in right away and was very attentive to us. Could rave about them all day.

We were able to see a physician on a Sunday specifically for my daughter's head injury in a soccer game. We received prompt and thorough service and were told whether or not she needed a CAT scan. We were seen at a follow-up appointment so that she could be retested with specific concussion testing equipment and she was seen by a concussion specialist via Skype. All staff were great and the service was very specialized and very thorough.

The office is a bit hard to find, need larger, better signage coming from the west side. This is too bad as this Urgent Care is well worth going to as the need arises. Waiting room very clean, well decorated, inviting. Staff very accommodating and nice. Doctor was professional, listened well and took care of my concerns.

First of all, the receptionist was unbelievably sweet and kind. I had bad vertigo, so she brought everything to me so I could stay sitting down. What a sweetheart. The doctor was excellent. Knew exactly what I had and explained it to me well. Everybody there was nice and professional.

Very pleased with my visit. I haven't always had the best experience in the past between insurance issues and doctor's I didn't care for...but today, there was hardly a wait, all the staff was accommodating and friendly, and I really enjoyed the doctor. Thanks, Marque!

Each member of the staff was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. Even without an appointment my wait was relatively short. The physician listened carefully to my story and asked pertinent questions. Prior to getting the results of my x-rays, she suggested upping my calcium dosage and adding strontium to my daily regimen.. at age 77, caring for my skeletal structure is important. The x-ray showed a fracture just below my right elbow. I will be seeing an orthopedist recommended by the doctor. I found the facility welcoming and orderly.

Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable! Diagnosis was fast and a heavy duty antibiotic shot was given. Because they have a pharmacy on site we were able to avoid an additional stop at a local pharmacy.
