Dr. Russell Alterman was/is a 10: Professional, courteous, warm, caring and concerned with my medical needs. A gem! And funny! His assistant, a Persian gentlemen, did the warm-up with proficiency and care. Excellent attitude. Icing on the cake: Kaili who attended to all my early needs and then this morning at 8:03 AM returned my call to track my Rx through the CVS electronic morass. I shall return and will also make a big effort to direct those I know who seek quality of care to Marque Medical.

Have been several times for different reasons. Always feel getting best help and all are friendly and professional. Easy to get into as well

It was first time to go Marque Urgent Care in Aliso Viejo. Even it was my first time to take my kid to urgent care, so I was very nervous to bring him because of bad reputation of other places or ERs. HOWEVER, this location was completely different!! First, it was my peace in mind that I could make a reservation by online. Even they show the current waiting time. Second, they send me text message to confirm that I need to come by 10 min. Only difficulty was the location. This place is located at very huge mall, so hard to find it.The place is on the second floor of Bank of America, facing to Aliso Creek Rd. When I arrived, the front desk person was very kind as well as a nurse. There were no waiting at ALL! The process was very smooth and quick. The most I appreciate was a quality of doctors and nurses. The nurse who took care of us was very sweet and kind. She even speaks Japanese. Anyway, the reason why I took my son was I thought his wrist was sprained or maybe broken because I mistakenly pulled his hand quickly to stand him up after bath. Since then my son was crying all night, and could not move his hand. After listen my story, Dr. Alterman was carefully examined my son's wrist, elbow and shoulder. I though my son would need to take X-ray, but Dr. Alterman manually fixed it. He found that my son's elbow was dislocated. Eventually my son started using his elbow, and he said there was no pain at all. I amazed by Dr. Alterman's hand technique, because he is MD, not chiropractors, yet Dr. Altherman has excellent manual hand skills. Overall, I truly appreciated everything about this location. I hope this place stays longer and be a heart of our community.

My Dr is out of town & I didn't know where to go. My daughter in law googled & came up with your facility. She called & set up an appointment for me. The soonest was 2 hours which worked perfect for me. The receptionist & staffwas very nice. Dr. Alderman was wonderful & knowledgeable. I have a complex medical history. He knew just how I felt & took the right action to prescribe what I need. I will go back Friday for follow up. The waiting room was clean & neat, as was the restroom & patient room. I give them a 10!!!!

This is my third trip to Margue Urgent Care. Each time I'm so pleased with the staff beginning with the front desk, nurses and of course, the Doctors. I always feel a sense of comfort when I leave knowing I've received an accurate diagnosis. I would highly recommend Marque to family & friends.

The office lobby presented very well. The room was neat, well organized, and clean. It had basic essentials for patients like tissues, hand sanitizer, and trash cans readily available in multiple locations, which displayed a commitment to customer service and a clean and healthy environment. The staff were very polite and helpful and went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The digital display board offered easy to read status updates to keep clients up to date and help reduce wasted staff time devoted to constantly answering follow up questions. This helped free the staff up to perform their normal duties and assist clients with their documents and other quality of care type issues. The triage area and exam rooms were neat and clean and well organized. The nursing staff and doctor were very welcoming, helpful and polite. It was obvious that this company cares about customer service and trains its staff accordingly. Overall, I had an excellent experience (when I did not feel well) and that says a lot.

I was very impressed with the decor, professionalism, ans super friendly staff. The experience was stress free and timely. I have already told several friends about our new find! Love Dr. Cumberland. She's the best.The Computerized system that is used is extremely efficient and saves a lot of time. My New go to urgent care!

I recently visited this urgent care with a gaping wound above my eye. The staff was so helpful & courteous. Dr. Maloveaux was amazing. He was extremely professional, compassionate & knowledgeable. He did a great job stitching me up- very minimal pain and very thorough. 22 stitches in all! I would highly recommend this office. Top notch care. I know I will definitely come back if needed. Thank you so much for a positive experience.

Super happy with office. Been there twice in a month- first time for my 22 year old son after we picked him up from LAX returning from Spring Break in Cabo & he had Montazuma's! 10:30 PM and they were still OPEN. Clean facility, nice staff and they take my insurance. The CVS pharmacy in same parking lot is open until Midnight! This was so easy and son felt better within hours of taking RX and learned his lesson...Don't Drink the Water! Second visit... I had major pain in abdomen and low back. Ends up I had an UTI! What 52 year old gets those...reminiscent of my college days- yikes! Made appointment via phone and was seen within 10 mins of appointment. Dr was great and relief was immediate, once on the antibiotics. I will definitely come back here, hopefully later than sooner though.

Satisfied with attention I got

I walked in the waiting room at 8:50am (the sign in tablet said there was a 25-35 minute wait) and was finally seen, finished and out the door at 11:15. It seemed like a really long time waiting! But everyone was friendly (front desk, nurse, dr) and the Dr was very helpful with my issue. I was thankful that I wasn't there because I was sick because I don't think I could've waited that long.

My first time. Walked in. Very efficient check in process. Nice front desk girls. Not a long wait. Doctor was very nice. Place was very clean. Very good experience.
