We've had to visit several times for injuries. The staff is always very nice and professional. The wait time is usually just a few minutes. All of the nurses and doctors are always friendly, patient and informative. We've seen many of the rooms and the facility is always very clean. Thanks for taking such great care of my son! Appreciate having a facility like this so close to home.

I have been to Marque Medical in Aliso Viejo twice now. I had become irritated by the one I used to go to with increasingly long wait times and rude staff. The ease in reserving a time online with Marque was a big selling point. I was able to be seen promptly both times upon arrival. They text updates to confirm the time and both times it was accurate.Very new looking place and very clean. Both doctors and the staff were great both times. Took care of my needs and this will be my urgent care choice from now on.

The staff was extremely friendly and very warm. They made me feel calm and relaxed. My appointment was on time, and it was very easy to fill out the paperwork on the Ipad. The office was very clean and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend Marque Medical to my friends and family. It was my first time at the facility, and they treated me like I was a member of the family.

If I were to rate the service I have received tonight and the other times I have used Marque medical care I would give it 10 stars. I would rather visit Marque before an emergency room and I even come to Marque instead of my primary doctor. Friendly staff clean facility and good doctors. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes as a drop in and I have the flexibility to make same day appointments. I have brought my 90 yr old mother to Marque and she also loves the service she has received and how kind and respectful the doctors and staff treat her. Thank you Marque medical glad you are in my neighborhood.

I've visited Marque Medical twice and saw Dr. Mohtadi both times. My experiences have been wonderful! Friendly receptionists, friendly nurses, caring doctor, and the facility is very clean and inviting. My grandmother grew up with and is close friends with Dr. Kiskila's mother. Small world!

We have always had a very positive experience when visiting Marque Urgent Care Aliso Viejo. Not only is every member of the staff friendly, courteous, & professional, our wait time has been minimal regardless if we walked in or had an appt. All our kids from the 2 year old to the 20 year old feel comfortable and well treated on their visits. We are very greattful for the office in our neighborhood. I highly recommend Marque Medical to my friends.

My experience was great given my circumstances. Everyone at Marque was professional, friendly and courteous. The service provided was very expeditious and the entire staff was 1st Class just like the facility they represent. I'm glad we have the Marque Medical care facility in our community. My daughter came in with a pretty severe cut that had to be seen. The receptionist, nurse and doctor took great care of her and were extremely nice and professional. I hope I don't have to visit an Urgent Care again but if I do, I will come back to Marque Urgent Care. Bob R.

Checked in efficiently, was seen quickly. Doctor was understanding and thorough. I had hoped you had xray or ultrasound eqpt on site to diagnose my rib pain, but was instead referred to the Saddleback ER. While I appreciated the concern, I spent almost 6 hours there and received a CT scan determining I only have a fractured rib and a UTI. I was in a lot of pain but felt like I was much lower on the list of ER patients priority. As urgent care, I think you offer a great service but really should have the abilities for xray or ultrasound on-site for patients with minor accident/physical trauma. I would probably return for urgent care/sickness needs though and appreciate your professionalism.
