Dr. Buda was great, Chris the nurse was great the experience was very satisfing and follow up was excellent. Couldn't be happier and will come again if I need to faster results than my primary Dr. Thank you so much.

Terrific experience. My 3 year old son was the patient. The staff made him feel comfortable and loved as soon as we walked in the door. They offered him water and a picture and crayons to color while they treated him. They were very gentle and we received very quick care.

The folks at Marque are very nice and professional. While it takes a little bit of time to wait to see a Doctor (even with an appointment) the overall experience was very good. The Doctor that took care of me was very helpful and informative as were the technician and nurse that attended to me. Thank you for taking care of me. Nice to have you so close to my office.

I came almost crawling into Marque Aliso Viejo with what apparently was my first (and hopefully my last) kidney stone. I did a bit of Internet research when my side started hurting, so that was my guess in advance, but it was ridiculously painful and pretty much freaked me out, as I couldn't be sure what the heck was going on and I certainly wasn't thinking completely clearly with the pain. As bad as the pain was, I was OK driving, just was really, really uncomfortable, so I called Marque, they set up a same day appointment. I figured if it turned out to be super-serious they would figure out what to do with me. Everyone was efficient, highly professional yet empathetic. They saw me surprisingly quickly considering how many other patients in pain or not feeling well showed up at the same time. This means that they were definitely sufficiently staffed, which seems rare these days for almost everywhere. They figured out the issue right away, for once the Internet was correct and it was a kidney stone, and they gave me a strategy and some medication to try to pass the stone through the plumbing as quickly as possible. They were also very ready to work with me on pain management, and reviewed my options, including, if I wanted it, an immediate pain shot. I went with no shot and a pretty low-level non-narcotic prescription painkiller selection, but it was reassuring to know that if I just couldn't handle the pain, they were there for me, just needed to come back in. As the saying goes, this too shall pass, and I drank a lot of water and took the meds and tried to relax and almost exactly 7 days to the minute that all the pain started the sharp pains suddenly subsided and I was just left with a dull ache. Needless-to-say, I hope I never have to go back because who wants to have to need an urgent care clinic, but if I do need help and my primary care doctor can't see me, I'll be at their door, even if it means driving by other urgent care clinics to get there.

Prompt check-in process, friendly, attentive service from the receptionist to the exam room assistants. Doctor listened to my symptoms, prescribed a logical approach and also made sure to ask if I had any questions.

Physician and staff was great! Person that was seen before me took over an hour, seems like they should have gone to their primary doctor not an urgent care. Really sucked to wait over an hour once in th room when told I was next and it would be between 10-15 min.

I have always have a kind experience here. I having a head injury andbnever I do feel shame of my deficits at Marque. Nursing staff always do giid intake and then doctor comes in and kind understand if my cognitive issues. I have be here several of times and ALWAYS great comfort experience! Tammy

Quick service, good looking office, and kind doctors and staff

Everyone was so nice and polite. The wait time was quick. The doctor I saw was very nice and friendly. I was able to even get my prescription there. I will definitely be back. Thank you for your help!

My 4 yr old grandson swallowed a large life saver and started choking inn muy garage. I did a Heimlich but he still told me his throat was painful I was seen quickly at Marque and will continue to be a patient, hopefully boot to soon!!!

It was great because the wait time was minimal. The doctor recommended an antibiotic that I was afraid I might be allergic to, however it worked so far and hoping to continue my improvement. The facility was large and seemed clean enough especially for a weekend. The rooms were definitively clean.
