I've been there 3-4 times in the last 3 years and all doctors and staff have been great. Quick, helpful and able to diagnose. I appreciate all the help and would highly recommend your office and doctors on staff.

I have 3 boys and unfortunately, I always end up at an urgent care. I have never been to an urgent care that has been this attentive and caring and clean all at tge same time! The service here is amazing and I am so glad I found this urgent care! The staff at urgent cares don't really show concern and wants you to get out of there but not here. I called and asked if it was busy bec me and my boys have been so sick and they suggested for me to make a resevation which saved me tons of waiting time. We got there and the place is new and wonderful and clean. Everyone from the front desk I did not get her name, and the nurses were all so nice and patient and caring. Not the usuall annoyed staff we get at urgent cares. They checked me in quickly, no long waiting time, the doctor, Dr. Cohen was absolutely amazing gave us tests and made sure we got out of there with the right medication. I couldnmt be more happy and satisfied with the quality of care I have received. I am so happy this is my urgent care. Thank you so much Dr. Cohen, Shawna and Kristi!

Great experience! The Aliso Viejo location is very new, clean, and up-to-date. Made an appointment easily, the front desk was super friendly, and the doctor was very nice and listened.

I had a good experience with Marque. I was a walk in and only had to wait a brief time. The staff was helpful, the facility is welcoming (read - clean) and the physician took the time to ask questions and educate me. I had a follow-up appt and the physician was able to see me at that time - prompt. Compared to other urgent care facilities I have had to visit, I would rate Marque as one of the better facilities in the Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel area.

Everything was professional, timely, clean. I am very happy with the care I received.

My Doctor seem to be very through , was given the name of this medical center because my own Doctor was booked and could not get me in. Yes if I need to I would go here again. You can not predict when you get sick, so it's nice to have a place where you can go and they don't pass you off . Thank You.

The reception staff were considerate and professional. Dr.Schulte is very reassuring and knowledgeable and as genuine a physician you will find!

Dr.Dorcas EAVES is a very competent and knowledgeable doctor and the treatment plan she recommended for my URI was very effective. She knew what I needed right away and ordered it for me. I started feeling better soon after starting my meds. I appreciated her insight and expertise. I hope she gets this feedback. Thank you, Christine S.

Love this place, better than a Dr office and definitely better than the emergency room. Get taken care of my issues with out the wait or hustle of a Dr appt and having to get there and then running you for tests at a different facility. Everything gets taken care of at Marque Urgent Care. So far so good!

Very positive experience. All staff very professional and compassionare. Wait time was minimal. The lobby and exam rooms were very clean as usual.

Excellent care and complete careful testing for symptoms. Clear discussion of results to tests and options for treatment and discussion with my hemotologest. The Doctors spoke and settled on a treatment and then reccomended further testing at Mission Hospital where I checked in for the day and did testing which concurred with previous Doctor reccomendations and I was released. I had an excellent experience at Marque Medical. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to make a reservation for my appointment on their website and was taken back immediately upon arrival. I would highly recommend this location the next time you need an Urgent Care facility.

Very pleasant staff and doctor very helpful

The wait time was quick. The medical staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The physician that saw me took the time to explain my condition and how he would treat it. I appreciated the care and attention Marque provided me with. Thank you!

Quality of care was superb. The nurse, Dr. Penwell, the X-Ray Technician and support staff were exemplary. The nurse, who talked with me to obtain the reason I was there, and took my medical history, was professional, but also, she really cared about me. Her kindness and humor helped to relieve my concern regarding the pain I was enduring. Then, when Dr. Penwell interacted and examined me, his genuine concern and with his demeanor, I knew that I was in great hands. After my X-Ray, he thoroughly explained the reason I was having such severe pain, and assured me that it would cease within the next few days, and that I could continue to take the Ibuprofen in the meantime to ease my pain. I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with Dr. Penwell, the nurse, and the support staff at Marque Urgent Care. I already have told others about my care, and how pleased I am with them. Bless them all!
