Thank you for taking care of my mom tonight with her uti. She is an elderly woman with Alzheimer's and a weak bladder. But your polite staff was very sweet to her frequent restroom stops before getting in to see Dr. Molynuaux. All is good now with the melds. Thx much! Cheri Ryan

Called in early to see how busy you were. You were very busy so They had to take my number and call back. They were very prompt with the return phone call. When I got in you were still busy. The girls in the front, while taking phone calls, answering questions and entering new patients in the computer, met everyone with professionalism and a smile. They made the visit plesent!

Everyone was very polite. From the appointment process to the Check in and updates on times was great. The process was efficient. All the people at the front desk were friendly, helpful and informative. The nurse and doctor were great, I did not feel rushed and I felt they they really cared.

Today is was not very good. Booked an appointment and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. Front desk wasn't that friendly, Medical assistant wasn't that good. Doctor said she would give me one refill on my prescription and when I picked it up there was zero refill. Very disappointing and I don't know if I'll go back.

This was my first visit to Marque Medical. Front desk was pleasant and check in was quick and easy. Wait time was alot quicker than other UC I have gone to in the past. The first thing I noticed was how clean and nicely furnished it was.The staff was professional and really understanding. The Provider I saw asked alot of questions and took her time even though they were busy. I will definitely continue to use Marque Medical in the future.

The front office staff was helpful in accommodating me when I was late to for my check in time due to a delay in my babysitter arriving at home. I was very appreciative of that.

Friendly prompt service, with good competent medical advice. The facility is super clean. The tech who saw me first was quick, and also offered and obtained a cup of tea for me. I would go back.

Had to take my son to Marque Medical for flu/cold-like symptoms. Dr Wade was great. My son was diagnosed with bronchitis and sinusitis and received antibiotics. The facility is beautiful and up to date. I would recommend this Urgent Care and actually just did today.

Over the years whilst on vacation in lots of different parts in the states I have have unfortunately found myself in need of medical car. I can honestly say that this waiting room is one of the brightest and most comfortable of any that I have been to. Also the staff offer bottled water. The wait time was 90 minutes so instead of waiting I made an appointment to come back later on and got taken straight away. The nurse and doctor were wonderfully friendly and knowledgable and shared all the information I needed to know. Within minutes I had a prescription waiting for me in CVS. This was a wonderful experience. I wish they would come over to the UK and teach them this system!!

The reception staff is very courteous and professional. My physician and his assistant were very thorough and very caring. The waiting and patient rooms were very clean and modern and I would highly recommend Marque-Aliso Viejo.

Called and made an appointment this morning for a cough and sore throat. Text reminders for the appointment time and updates were really helpful. Front desk and nurse staff were very friendly and efficient. I was able to see a doctor within 30 minutes and his exam was thorough, not rushed. Got some great advice on treatment options, got my RX and was on my way. I'm never a fan of going to the doctor but this experience was as good as it gets.

Quality of care exceeded my expectations and the clean environment and friendly front/back office and doctor's care was more than appreciated. Doctor/nurses bedside manners, knowledge and care for my daughter was beyond exceptional. Thanks to all of you for your help today. I was in so much pain and Dr. Kiskila was amazing, explained everything to me and was genuinely caring. Medhat, the X Ray technician was equally caring and gentle, explaining everything to me and knowing how much pain I was in. Wanda and Doris were very kind and professional to me, making me feel like what I was experiencing was important to them. I would recommend this urgent care on the highest level. They allow for appointments, the facility is pristine and everybody is amazing! Thanks so much to all of you for the many times you have provided me with such amazing care :)

Everytime I have had the need to come to urgent care, it has been a calming and reassuring experience. The doctors take a genuine interest in me. On this visit I learned something about an antibiotic that I thought was the one that usually takes care of my situation, but I was informed by the doctor that it was not the best choice. I, as well as my family will continue to come to this facility when needed. Thank you for your great care.
