Had an issue with my ear. As always the staff was courteous and helpful. I was seen quickly and the doctor and staff diagnosed and treated the issue. Their facility and staff was great as always and great hours, even on the weekend.

I have returned to Marque Urgent Care facility time and time again for my medical needs, because I trust that these doctors, nurses, and facility members truly care about their customers/patients. The facility is impeccably clean, the wait time is little to none, and the staff is direct and courteous. I have and will continue to see them regardless of them accepting my insurance (they offer reasonable cash pay prices), because the quality of care here is quite a rarity (especially in Southern California). My only regret is that I didn't come to Marque Urgent Care sooner.

My experience about the Urgent care recently during a weekend was very positive. I was in pain and I had real attention both times! In the past regarding two accidents i had a bad experience and long time waiting in Emergency rooms. I am glad my recent experience was different.

Love the online appointment setup and the text notifications. Makes it easy to know when to arrive and reduce the wait times. Great staff. Love that they have X-Ray on site for emergencies.

I was amazed at the quality of the doctors at Marque. I had a case shingles which a doctor at a non-urgent care site did not catch. Anyone who knows about Shingles knows that every day wasted without medicine will give you paine for a longer period of time. The doctor on site at Marque was a Godsend. I am truly appreciative.

I have visited this facility in the past and was extremely satisfied. Very friendly and professional staff from the front desk to the back office staff. The facility is close to my home which makes it very convenient and the office is very clean and organized. Highly recommend.

First time to this Marque Urgent Care but have used other Marques before and have always been happy with their services. Aliso Viejo is no exception...very pleased with the staff from reception to Dr. Porzio. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Porzio was caring and his examination and explanation was thorough Wait time was minimal and the waiting room/exam room are comfortable. I will use again and recommend to others.

I've only been to Marque once with my daughter, and we had a good experience, so I thought I would try it again for myself when I had some eye trouble. I hate going on weekends, especialy because urgent care costs more, but it was worth it. Appt online was honored in a timely matter. Front office was helpful and organized.Marque has a welcoming waitroom, with a modern touch. Physician and staff in general were informative, quick and answered my questions without trying to escape to the next patient. I will be back, and suggest you do the same if you can afford to.

The front desk person, 30 mins from closing time was so pleasant and kind. The nurse was efficient and easy going with my 11 yo and the dr as very compassionate. We were in and out in 1 hour. What took the Longest was the paperwork! But, we won’t have to fill all of that out again!

Receptionist staff was welcoming. New Patient questionnaire flowed smoothly on iPad. Offices were new, clean, and organized. This was a night visit (8:30 p.m. Hours are until 10:00 p.m.) Low patient load. Nurse Practitioner was supportive and asked good questions. Doctor was friendly, reassuring, with quick diagnosis. Antibiotics/meds were available in-office and prices are competitive. All in All a very good experience.

Hi When i got there i Didn’t know what to expect for an urgent care facility. I came in because I had glass in my foot and couldn’t get it out and it was swollen. I had Dr. Helen and Kaili work on me together. They were both so kind and helpful and talked to mw as she gave me a shot in my foot. Ouch! I got to know both ladies and have to say they are both in the perfect field dor themselves. Very conpassionate ladies with a loving heart for helping other's. You are in great hands coming to this urgent care and i would fo there again. Big mahalo to the team and im grateful Lisa marie

I actually just submitted a review on google yesterday after my appointment! Best urgent care experience I have ever had! We drove 20 minutes out of the way because closer urgent care offices were rated way lower. It was worth the trip. The nurses and doctor were very friendly and engaging. I felt like death going in but still they managed to get me smiling! I recommend this office even if it’s out of the way! I hate I dont live here. None of my urgent care experiences back home have been this nice!

I have been to the AV Marque Urgent Care a few times before and each time I have had excellent service. The front and back office staff smile and are very friendly with small talk which helps lessen the stress of visiting the Doctor office. Thank you for your care!!

Office staff was very friendly and so was the doctor. Only thing that is difficult is that the doctor won’t be back for a week and not sure how long i have to wear the boot on my foot. But overall great!

Opened early/earlier than other urgent care clinics which was fantastic. Staff was professional and I was seen earlier than the stated time which was also great. I felt like they listened to me, answered my questions and did not dismiss my concerns.

I set my appointment online the night before and was seen first thing in the morning. The staff was polite, professional, and caring. The doctor diagnosed my problem quickly and correctly! He said I would get better in 3 days...and I did! I also love how everything is electronic. Thank you Marque! The staff are excellent , every one of them ! What could have been an horrific experience turned into the highlight of my day for several weeks. I returned daily to get my dressing changed. Every day I was greeted with a friendly smile, encouraging reassuring words, and they actually “seemed” happy to see me. The.facility was impeccable and the professionalism was very impressive.
