The nurse was amazing at getting me back fast and treated by the doctor. I'm sorry, I can't remember her name, but she deserves high recognition. I also believe she was the only one on staff that morning. The doctor was also great, and gave me good care!

Great experience. We were greeted very nicely and set up to fill out paperwork on ipad which was very quick. then within a few minutes brought back and helped quickly as well. I would highly recommend to friends and family and already have. Thank you!

Our visit was quick and thorough. I appreciated how helpful the front desk, nurse and doctor were this morning. My little one was feeling bad and thankfully she got the help she needed in a very timely manner.

Dr Pollei was amazing and had an incredible bedside Manet. He truly cares about his patients and wants to help. He seemed very empathetic and is very knowledgeable as well, commiserated with my pain and was not condescending or aloof like some urgent care doctors that have treated me. He's also the first doctor that has given me a fist bump upon my successfully leaving a grime sample, which was pretty funny and also helped me not focus so much on the pain I was having. Dr. Ali was awesome at the Aliso Viejo center. All staff was great. Probably due to the fact that there was hardly no one there so they really focused on me and it was great.

Quality of care was excellent and exceedied my expectations. The look and cleanliness of the facility was modern, immaculate, and welcoming. The staff was helpful, engaging, compassionate, and very professional.

This is the second time I've been to marque urgent care in the last three years and I must say they are amazing! The place was so clean! The staff is super nice as soon as you walk through the door. Considering I was a walk in as I'm sure most are. They gave me a time frame as to when I would be seen by a Dr. I was actually seen sooner. Forgive me as I don't remember the Dr's name?? He walked in with a smile, shook my hand keep in mind I had walking pneumonia and it was 9:45 pm. They close at 10. I understand that people think they should be there all nite for sick patients. Unfortunately not. He took his time and did all necessary steps to arriving at walking pneumonia. My prescription was called in and ready when I arrived. We're human, I work with public and it could be trying, most days not. When we're sick it could be different. Were impatient and not feeling well. I would continue to choose marque in any such emergency. They did not make me feel rushed. They made me feel welcomed... Thank You Staff and Drs at Marque Urgent Care Aliso Viejo.

I love this place! The waiting area is clean and the front desk staff are always friendly! I usually make my appointment online, which is so convenient. Tonight the wait time online said 30 minutes so we took our chances and walked in without an appointment. We were checked in and with the doctor in less than 15 minutes! I especially love the on-site x ray availability since we've needed that a few times with sports injuries. They're open late and have offices all over south Orange County. Thank you and keep up the great service!

Marque turned my awful urgent care experiences in the past into a quick, easy and actually pleasant visit. Both the front desk staff and doctors that I had have were extremely attentive and efficient. I was also impressed by how fast I was able to be seen and how beautiful and clean the facility was. I will be only using Marque for my urgent care needs from now on

The woman at the front office was extremely nice and welcoming! She had a very positive attitude. The man that took my vitals was very nice and gentle! The Doctor that checked my injury was very knowledgeable and took care of me in a timely manner.The office was clean and air conditioned. My overall experience was perfect! %100 A+

Great service and in short order

I just love this Urgent care due to the Staff and Physician Dr. Wade makes an amazing team from the check in to check out and attending Nurse/MA with their delivery of comfort, care and friendliness during your time there, expertise and cleanliness. I would recommend this the BEST Urgent care in Aliso Viejo and surrounding areas hands down!!! 5 STARS here for certain!!!

They have the most outstanding ethics, professional standards of patient care, sanitary and hygienic office, and very compassionate and knowledgeable Physicians and Staff Members. I am so impressed with Marque Urgent Care, I wish they were my Primary Care Providers. Truly grateful to be able to access their Medical Services!

When my primary Physician can not see me as soon as possiple Marque is my source for immediate care. Professional staff, clean and comfortable surondingss.

I made my appt online the night before. Arrived 10 minutes early and was seen right on time. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Loved the doctor and that he knew my medication history so he wouldn't prescribe the wrong meds. Asked lots of questions and had an overall excellent experience. Love my Marque Urgent Care!

Dr Coleen Kraft listened to my explanation of my ailments and was able to treat my symptoms right away. Felt better iwithin a day!! Receptionists are front desk were super friendly. Fast service at check in. Time with doctors visit is appropriate as my ailments were heard and taken care of without being rush through.

Good service

We loved Dr. Alderman. He was so good with my daughter and I hope we can ee him every time we go back. The front staff was also extremely friendly and playful. I found it very helpful they had TV’s in the procedure room too! We are very very very happy with Marque Urgent Care in Aliso Viejo..
