Fast, friendly, helpful.

My whole family uses Marque, but this was my first trip. the wait time was manageable and the office visit was thorough and the DR explained everything well while providing options for care. vary happy w/the experience.

I was very grateful to get in to see the doctor. The doctor I saw was great..I knew i needed antibiotics! Feeling much better now :)

Thanks to the team at Marque I am feeling so much better. Had a relapse and needed to come back in. Dr Porzio was great. He asked a lot of questions and was able to diagnose me quickly. The medication was spot on and I appreciated him making sure that I wouldn't have to return again. Love the office staff at the front desk and Marilee was there again to make sure I was good to go.

Polite and professional staff. The Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them with patience and care.

Marque is the only urgent care that I will go to. I'm so happy to have a professional, reliable urgent care in town. Your office staff is caring and professional. Your Doctors are wonderful. The wait time was minimal. Andrew took good care of me and was friendly and efficient. The doctor who examined me was also very nice and very quickly diagnosed strep throat. Prescription was called in to my pharmacy immediately. I was in and out in less than an hour and that's perfect when you are not feeling well.

We had a great experience at your facility. I brought my son in following an accident during wrestling practice that caused a cut in his eyelid under left brow. Everyone was helpful and friendly and managed to keep him calm (even though he hates needles!)The Dr kept him conversing while doing the stitches and he got through the whole experience with flying colors. Thank you very much. We'll be back Monday to remove the stitches.

Everyone was kind, and definitely interested in helping me to feel better, and the Doctor was the best! The best experience I've ever had from an Urgent Clinic, or Doctors Office !

The team at Marque in Rancho Santa Margarita is amazing! I was greeted by Marilee who remembered me from my visit 6 months earlier and she was so wonderful. I was stunned that she would remember me with all the patients you have but its one of the many reasons I continue to come back to your facility. She got me all set and then I was quickly seen by Dr. Cupic and out the door in under 30 minutes. They found a pharmacy that was opened early so I could get on my way to work. Thank you for providing excellent doctors and especially Marilee at your RSM office. I tell everyone I know how much I love the care and service I receive at Marque.

This was by far THE BEST urgent care experience I have ever had!! I am extremely pleased with all of the staff and the service that was provided for me! I asked the nurse if this place could function as my PCP!! She said they get that a lot. I was truly impressed! Thank you so very much and I will be back again when the need arises.

I recently became suddenly very ill with what appear to be a bad case of bronchitis that then became pneumonia. Dr. Eaves immediately suspected something more and ordered a blood test to determine whether or not I had whooping cough (pertussis), EVEN THOUGH I had had the booster vaccine as an adult a few years prior. I was POSITIVE! She was excellent in that she treated my condition aggressively and asked me to return several times so that she could follow up to see how I was. I also went in to receive injections of antibiotics for the pneumonia. I have a long way to go before I am healthy, but Dr. Eaves and the staff at Marque (Marilee and Andrew) ensured that I didn't have to be hospitalized, and they were all caring and supportive. Thank you all!

Dear Marque Medical Team: Thank you for taking care of my daughter who was visiting from Texas. This was the second time my family has used Marque Medical and it is by far one of the best urgent clinics in the US! The minute you enter you feel better. Front staff is very nice, helpful and makes you feel at ease right away. Waiting room is very clean. Nurses are knowledgeable, helpful, warm and everyone is so nice - no one rushes and yet the wait time was minimal. The physician who treated my daughter was wonderful. The professionalism of the physicians at Marque is at the highest level. Thank you so much again Marque Team!

This is the first time I visited Marque Medical. It was a positive experience; the wait time was minimal; the staff friendly and the doctor very informative and accommodating!

I have been so sick the past 5 weeks. I've had to come in numerous times. Today was wonderful. Marilee is such a joy and so helpful. I was so happy to see her at the desk when I walked in. She remembered who I was which is nice. She is very professional and most of all helpful. When your not feeling well, this is a must. I didn't have to wait,where the last time I was there I waited 1 hour and 1/2. The last time there was not pleasant. Dr Eaves is by far the best MD. She really listens and knows her stuff and especially, explains in detail what is going on. I will make sure they are both there when I need to go back.

The Physicians are great and highly talented, we met Dr Eaves and she is very knowledgable and she takes good time to explain you everything about what's going on. The front desk is again very friendly and polite, we have two small kids so imagine taking them both to urgent care and getting a treatment is always a big task for us, but Marque RSM made things easy for us, they are very friendly and they have a kids room to entertain my kids. More than anything the trust they are building with us is great, whenever we have a problem with any health issue the first place we think is Marque RSM because of two things 1) The confidence we have on their staffs 2) The flexibility timing they operate.
