I choose to only take my kids to Marque. The staff is extremely kind and the doctors have a great bed side manner. The doctors have always diagnosed and treated my children accurately. I will continue to refer friends and family to Marque!

Marque Urgent Care has always been clean, quick and incredibly helpful. The doctors take the time needed to diagnose and treat the problem. The staff is very friendly and empathetic. My family has used Marque for ear infections, staples (instead of stitches), sore throats and fevers. They have antibiotics on hand, saving a secondary trip to the pharmacy and will also give you a coupon for a "free scoop" at Baskin Robbins if that makes you smile. Overall, a great facility with happy, helpful and attentive staff and doctors!

The staff was great, the doctor was interested and made me feel at ease. I was seen with in 15 minutes of walking in the door, which was surprising. I was prepared for a few hour visit.

Very through and called surgeon who was on call and got his recommendations, gave me the shots and sent me to the ER, love Marquee, doctors and all the office people!!!

The bottom line is that Marque is always there for you when you need them. The extended hours are fantastic. No waiting 5 or 6 days to get into the doctor, just go and get taken care of immediately with little wait time for excellent urgent care, no matter what doctor happens to be there that day. All around excellent. Our 2nd visit and both times had good experience. I even forgot my insurance card and your staff helped me go online to retreive it. Doctor was friendly and efficient. Great team! Only suggestion on my original call they referred you to "mark" medical website. I couldnt find it. Then i learned after it was marque. Spell it in your message.

It was my first visit to Marque urgent care. And it turn out to be a very good experience. The service was excellent and professional very caring physician and staff. The facility was very clean and pleasant. As I was in a lot of pain at the time of my visit it was comforting to have a minimum time waiting. I will definitely come back and recommend this clinic to my friends, family and coworkers.

By far the best office I've been to in a long time if not ever.. Almost wish it could be my primary office. The doctor was amazing took time to listen and talk about everything. Didn't feel rushed, felt he truly cared about my health which hasn't always been the case I've always felt these type office are turn and burn but not here he actually took time to listen and discuss a plan of action and even though it wasn't necessary for a test being he ruled it out, he stated better safe then sorry and it wasn't a feeling like he was doing this to collect money but because he cared about my issues and health. The office staff was great as well. Super friendly and even able to have a good laugh. The office is all digital which is nice as it's not pages and pages of things to full out. Great office.

As soon I arrived I was immediately assisted in a most warmly and gently way ,that caught me by surprise. Even thought it took a bit longer than I'd like to be done and out, I am absolutely sure it was the fastest they could have done since they were quite busy. Marilee, the sweetest nurse I've ever met was efficient and supportive. Doctor Faraj was very careful and did a great job on my stitches. I left a lot calmer than I arrived and happy for choosing going there. My thanks for the whole staff, they were outstanding from the minute I arrived until I left.

I've left a review on Yelp sometime ago, so I am sending this review directly to you. Dr. Eaves is our absolute favorite!!! Caring, SO knowledgeable, great personality, always smiling, takes time to listen & always has the correct answer to your problem. This is why my husband & I prefer to see her over our own MD. Her quality of care exceeds all others & would rate her a 10+! Staff are all wonderful as well & work very hard in all aspects of their jobs. Timeliness of service was great. Waited no longer than approximately 15 minutes. My arrival time was close to 5pm with an appointment. If I had to rate the 'Look & cleanliness' of your RSM facility, it would most certainly be a 5 star! I have referred friends to this facility & many have come out of their way to come to your U/C verses one closer to them. They have all been very impressed!

This is the best Urgent Care facility I have ever experienced, the staff, the cleanliness, the service and especially Dr. Dorcas Eaves. She is absolutely the best M.D. we have been to in the past 8 years, and my husband has been to 10 Drs. in the area, due to very poor health.We have even been to Mayo Clinic in Minneapolis, and we both fell she is superior to any of them we have worked with.

My office referred me to you, and I am so happy that they did. I felt like I was treated like Royalty. Your staff is very professional and friendly. They kept me updated when there were periods of time when I waited, and I really appreciated that. The doctor explained everything well and let me know what I could expect with my injury. Your office staff is terrific, and although they were very busy, they kept things rolling. I was very happy with the Doctor, and the follow-up. Thank you!

The facility is wonderful. I was greeted wonderfully. Paperwork was easy and paperless. The wait was minimal. I appreciated how informative the doctor was, he did not make me feel rushed, and everything was done at one location. I was very impressed overall!

I went in on Thursday night (of course it was my Birthday) about 30 minutes before they were closing. I called ahead of time to make sure that I would still be able to come in. When my sister and I walked in the office is very clean and Jessica the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I took a seat and was told there was wait time (expected because I didn't have an appointment; freak accident) took a seat a no less than 20 minutes was put in a room. Marilee, my nurse came in and did the necessary medical exam, blood pressure, pulse, etc. Was talking to my sister and I reassuring us about the process and procedures that would be happening. I tend to get nervous so It was nice and welcomed for her to let me know the process I was taken back for my X-rays. Came back in my Room and less than 10-15 minutes Dr. Eaves came in and examined my foot and The xrays, told me what to do and want not do. Overall my experience with Marque Urgent Care is Outstanding!! I have been going back for other reasons. On Sunday, I dropped a thank you cake for the care that I recieved.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and decor of the office. The staff was extremely pleasant and understanding. More than anywhere I've been medically or otherwise in a very long time. My wait was very short and the doctor and nurse were both outstanding in knowledge and bedside manner! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I had developed a muscle spasm in my back during my workout and was suffering some pain for the past few days. Went to the Marque urgent care over the weekend and the experience i had was wonderful. My kids were busy in the kids room while i had peace of mind to concentrate on my issue. The doctor was wonderful. She did a detailed check and gave me couple of shots and asked me to wait there to monitor how the injection would react on me and based on that she prescribed with some medication.The issue seems to be have half gone and just working on her advise on applying hot patches etc and taking the medication. I am sure it will be get resolved in next couple of days. Thanks again and it was a great experience.

Dr. Eaves was so nice and answered all of my questions and made me feel better in minutes. Also her MA sorry I don't remember his name is amazing too. He was great with me but I brought my son in a few months ago and he taught him how he needed to wrap his thumb that he had sprained. Everyone there is so nice. They make you feel comfortable and take the time to a answer your questions.

Clean facility. Great friendly people up front and doctors who care in the exam rooms. Minimal wait time and responsive people caring for me when I was in pain. They were motivated to help me thoroughly and efficiently, while also being sensitive to my time. A truly pleasant experience at Marque Medical today!

My second visit here to Marque. Have had a positive experience both times. My reason for commenting though is because of your front-desk staff, Stephanie. She is exceptional, in her professional but friendly manner. She puts the patients at ease and is very kind too. Thank You! One question. I am a retired RN ...and it seems so odd to me that they are using a "touch screen" to check people in these days. What stops the transfer from one patient to the next....bacteria, viruses, etc. There may be protection somehow built into the screen....but I am not aware of it. ( ---Sorry, just a born worry-wart!) Thanks for letting me comment! ** Dr Moran was also very helpful and kind!--- and I will be referring my neighbors to your facility.

My third visit due to a hand laceration. Everyone was wonderful. The facility is pristine and offers easy access. The only thing I might mention is that with each visit, my blood pressure was never taken. Perhaps of small matter, yet this has been an ongoing health issue for which I take 2 daily medications! The facility and waiting room was very clean and modern with a lot of room to sit. The nurses behind the desk were very friendly and quick to help me, they even let me bring a box of tissues with me to my seat while I waited which was very nice! The nurse who brought me in was very friendly and caring! She offered to go get me tea or water. Everyone made me feel like I was important to them. I was helped very quickly even going in on a Saturday night. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others!

I needed surgical clearance for a surgery scheduled 5 days later. My own doctor would not fit me into his schedule so I went on line to Marque where I was able to book my appointment on line, choose what time I wanted to come in and was able to get in that day, within hours. I received an automated text to confirm my appointment along with a link to change it. I realized I was running late so used the link and was able to change it in about 1 minute with absolutely no hassle. The check in process was also high tech. Instead of filling in laborious paperwork by hand, they give you an IPAD where you supply everything they need electronically. While I was doing that, they checked my insurance and had me confirmed by the time I got done with registration. The staff was friendly and the whole experience was extremely efficient. Best of all, they were able to get me in immediately where my own doctor would not. Thank you for such a positive experience. I intend to bring my entire family here for all urgent care.

As always we had a very positive 5 star experience! The staff is always welcoming, kind and professional and discreet! Dr. Porzio was awesome. My 17 yr old daughter was in a lot of pain with back spasms and he gave her the appropriate treatment and she was on her way to feeling better! We are so happy to have Marque in our community. We recommend it to out friends all the time!
