From the minute I went through the front door I was greeted very politely. Front office check me in very polite and fast, no waiter. When I was called into the room the lady that did my blood pressure was extremely polite. She made me feel very comfortable and when she came in she too was very polite. You have a Great group of team work going on there!! Congratulations !! I will definitely come back if needed.

I had a great experience. For someone who typically gets a little anxious around medical places, the staff (everyone) was pleasant and made me feel comfortable I definitely felt a high quality of care and concern. Top notch service from start to finish from the check-in to the doctor and x-ray tech. Thank you!

My experience was awesome with MED7 the woman working out side was super nice and getting the job done. My nurse ruby was super fun and friendly as for the doctor was great as well went into the room and got the job done I love med7 been to other offices as well

June 11,20202. After a fall outside my home I visited the Med 7 Clinic in Carmichael CA. I was greeted at the door by an assistant, with a friendly smile under the mask, and answered a few questions, then went inside where I found a clean and modern waiting area. After some paper work and a brief wait, I was seen by a professional doctor and nurse with care. All came within a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Med 7 services in Carmichael to my friends and family. Thank You for all of your help. Robert Green

Except for your reception person, who made me feel like I was con man looking to cheat your firm, I had a very pleasant experience in your firm’s Carmichael office. I have had a long standing relationship with that office and whenever i’ve need of urgent medical assistance it is the resource I turn to.

Never going to MDStat again. Inexperienced doctor's that prescribed me wrong antibiotic dose. Thomas is very good and I will be driving a lil extra to one of the Med7 when myself of my fam members need care during off hours.

Despite having a bad start to my day by injuring my hand after an accident, I had a good experience at MED7 in Carmichael. The offices are clean and convenient, and everyone was very nice. Even though there were other patients coming and going, I really didn't have a very long wait after walking in. Dr. Kim was professional but with a good sense of humor. He explained things very well, and xrays revealed no fractures. I felt I received excellent urgent care here, and am glad we have them in our community.
