Hello, I am pleased to say I had a verry professional and comfortable expirience at your location. The wait time was not bad at all and the young man who helped me take my PFT was awesome! He is so cool and super caring. Keep up the good work.

While working at home on my pool filter, I had an accident that required immediate medical attention. I was debating on the emergency room at Sutter or stopping at Med 7 first. Fortunately, I chose to stop by Med 7 and see if they could help. They got me right in and that's where I met Tiffany Baker. She was very professional and did a great job getting me prepped for Dr. Kraft. Dr. Kraft assessed my leg and determined that he would be able to care of everything right there onsite. I ended up getting 15 stitches. I truly appreciate the job that they did and would recommend this Med 7 to anyone. Greg Howard Carmichael

Came in with a good laceration on my left hand. From the time i got up to the window from my first visit to all the supplementary visits, the staff was absolutely incredible. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everyone was easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions. I thoroughly appreciate the hard work and passion of each staff member i met. Though having the injury, it was a wonderful experience to be treated by an incredible group of people. So a thousand thanks to you all.

Staff was very attentive and polite. From the front desk receptionist down to the medical assistant I must say they were so sweet and kind. My son was very comfortable with the Doctor he saw. My only complaint is the wait time. The fee for a physical was $35 that's very reasonable and the cheapest I found. I left very satisfied.

I've been to your clinic half a dozen times over the last several years, for a variety of problems, and you have always been very thorough and efficient! It is so comforting knowing you are there when needed. My only complaint - your waiting room is freezing!! Thank You

I always get the appropriate care whenever I have had to go in for treatment. Staff is polite and friendly, Doctors are great. Sometimes you have to wait awhile, sometimes you're in and out in 20 minutes, just depends on how many people are sick that day. I have recommended this place to several friends, all of them have been pleased with their visits. So much better than the emergency room!!

I had to visit Med7 for a laceration on my leg. I was very pleased with the care and attention that I received from all of the staff(5 star). Although, I had to return a few hours later for more stitch's,I again received the same quality of care. On my followup visits (the wait time was normal) I especially appreciated the quality/comfort shown by the nursing staff. Thank You Very Much--- Will Babby

I usually get right in to see the doctor, usually it's no more than a 10 minute wait, I really appreciate it. Everyone is very polite and courteous. The doctor takes the time to listen to what I have to say.

I cut my finger with a dull chef's knife and the team at Med7 took care of me in less than 30 minutes. It took longer to fill out my paperwork. The staff ensured that I was comfortable, despite my current uncomfortable situation. This location is easy to get to and clearly visible with ample parking. Everyone from the front office to the medical staff was friendly and very accommodating.

I've been to your facility 2 times in the last week. I brought a friend in earlier who had cut herself badly. Anyway, the wait wasn't too long and I'm impressed with how clean it is. The staff is very nice and considerate.

I was seen almost immediately, in and out within 30 minutes. I was greeted and treated with the up most respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend Med7 for all urgent care needs.

The times I've gone to Urgent Care I've always been very satisfied with the doctors, the staff and the care I received. I appreciated being able to wait in my car with a remote. Recently, when I fell and broke my wrist on a Friday evening, my husband offered to take me to the hospital. Since I could breath and wasn't bleeding, I thought I would probably be in the waiting room for hours. He took me to Urgent Care instead, and I was taken into a room shortly after I arrived. Everyone was very considerate and I received excellent care. It's comforting to know that Urgent Care is there - just in case.

It was a short wait time even though it was fairly busy...about 20 minutes. Everyone was nice, courteous, and professional.

I am very pleased with all my experiences with Med7. The staff is very organized and professional. I like the fact that I can get a pager to wait in my car and avoid the germs from the other sick people in the waiting room. It is very convenient for me as I live only a few blocks away.

Med7 has been great for my urgent care needs. It is always a big ordeal when you need to be seen by a doctor but you aren't able to get an appointment or it is the weekend. The doctors and staff at Med7 are friendly and helpful. When I am seen by the doctor, he was attentive and listened to my concerns with care. I needed to get x-rays and they had one on site. Thank you to everyone at Med7 for their great care!
