I have made two visits to Med7. The first visit was on Friday at which time I was diagnosed with an ingrown toenail. Linda took care of the procedure at which time she explained to me what she needed to do and was very kind and friendly in her manner. My next visit was today this Sunday and three people helped me. Paige, Navpreet, and Mike. All three of them were very nice and communicated well with me on what they needed to do and what I needed to do to continue the healing process . I am happy to tell others about the really good experience I had when being in pain it could have been very different. Iwill gladly recommend this Med7 to anyone in need of excellent, gentle care.

I was in a rush to get a sports medical and I got it within 45 minutes. It was fast and convenient. The staff were friendly and professional.

I had a great experience at Med7. After checking in, I only had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, which is a plus! I really enjoyed the staff, they made me feel at ease during my treatment. I would say their customer service is top notch! If I ever have another emergency, I will defiantly be back to this location again. Thank you again for everything! :)

Wonderful...In and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. Dr. Kim was superb. Everyone was kind, showed real concern,professional. For me a convenient location.

It is a very convenient way to get treatment for minor things given that my doctor always schedules 6-8 weeks out for an appointment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the wait is rarely more than an hour.

Love Dr.Kim. the nurse who took my vitals was very sweet. I'm glad that Dr kim took the time to actually explain to me why he was choosing his course of treatment as opposed to leaving me in the dark or with questions. The staff was nice and he sit wasn't too bad at all. You guys do a great job and that why this is the only urgent care I trust!

MY VISIT TO MED 7 WAS EXCELLENT. I WAS SEEN BY DR. KIM WHOM I DID NOT THINK HE EVEN WORKED THERE ANYMORE. HIS BEDSIDE OR PATIENT MANNER IS ALWAYS WARM AND CARING. HE IS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND GETS RIGHT TO THE REASON WHY I AM THERE. THE QUALITY OF CARE IS BETTER THAN MY OWN PRIMARY CARE PROVIDES ME WITH. IT IS CONVENIENT FOR ME TO BE SEEN THERE AND I WAIT LESS TIME THAN I DO WITH MY OWN PRIMARY CARE, WHICH I WOULD HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITH. I CAN GET THE NECESSARY MEDICATIONS TO CURE MY ALIMENTS AND BE ON MY WAY. YES, I LOVE MED 7

I am extremely happy with your services at MED 7. The staff has been pleasant (although the front desk could smile a little more) They weren't rude just preoccupied. The medical staff were great! Helpful, kind, caring and professional. We were fortunate enough that when we came (different times of the day for four different appointments) We never had to wait more then 30 minutes. Thanks

Having only been to an urgent care once — this one — (in 2012 right after we moved to Carmichael and didn’t have a doctor yet) we hoped our visit would be as easy as that last time. We were very impressed both times! Before our experiences here, we were very cynical that an urgent care center could deliver. Pleasantly surprised! The doctor, the staff — overall professional and caring. And, the allergic reaction I had cleared after three doses of medication, as the physician expected would likely be the outcome!

I was doubled over in pain, and when I told the gal behind the desk she was quick and compassionate getting me through. The doctor was also compassionate and sypathetic to my description of level of pain. I went in the front door at 5:15 and left at 6pm. I highly recommend if you are in need of help and care.

Today I had to go in to the clinic for a work-related injury. My weight was only 10 minutes in the lobby and 5 minutes in a waiting room. I absolutely loved our medical assistant who was the young man he was very thorough find and helpful. The doctor I have was very sweet and I could tell she wanted to help me get better as quick as I could. Thank you for providing an excellent experience

I love the employees over here at this med 7 I'm never unsatisfied it's not like I visit the doctor a whole bunch but when I do they're efficient they're very professional, and I don't feel the need to be worried when I'm there and that's very important to me.Keep up the good work!!

Very happy, my anxiety level was Rising until arriving here at Med 7. My primary care physician retired and very happy that they were available on my day off from work. Excellent care friendly staff. Full recovery:)

This is my 3rd visit on a i jury at work and everyone was wonderful Courtney took my temp and blood pressure. I was very nervous (who likes medical visits?) and she really calmed me down. Linda gave me options to manage my pain and really took the time to find out what is wrong. Joseph administered the anti inflammatory shot to help reduce my pain, I genuinely didn't evem feel it, Im such a pansy I was getting ready for thr pinch and he was already bandaging me. Thanks for the freat care guys. I really appreciate it!!

I've been in twice and always been treated extremely well. Everyone is so nice and I got to chat about Star Wars this last visit which makes me more comfortable in sometimes an anxious situation for me. It's nice to have people that genuinely seem to care in an urgent care setting.
