I love Med7! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, great with my kids too. Very speedy service and I appreciate the pagers so I can wait outside if necessary.

Very quick and efficient, arrived and left within an hour. Friendly staff. Very comfy leather chairs in waiting room. Clean and decorative environment even though one toilet was down.

Quality care comfortable and convenient. Physicians assistant and physician were both personable and efficient, however, the intake receptionist was snarky and borderline rude. Actually, indifferent is a better description. Zero customer service skills.

Got in super fast the medical assistant helping me had excellent customer service and brightened my day with her smile. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Nurse was friendly and kind and my experience was pleasant and quick.

I went to Med 7 with a cough and was treated very efficiently by Alex and petite Asian woman, name unknown. They were both very nice and explained things well. I felt I received excellent treatment. I received a chest x-ray to eliminate the possibility of pneumonia or other infection and was diagnosed with bronchitis. I was prescribed 3 meds which were mainly for comfort. thank you, and great job!!

The quality of care was amazing and well as the staff, medical assistant nurse and doctors. Thank you so much for attending to my needs.

I posted this review to google as well. I checked reviews for all urgent cares in my network and this Med-7 has the best reviews for wait time and patient care. It was a bit busy but l only had to wait ~20 minutes (other places had 2+ hour wait times). My nurse was so kind, professional, and not judgmental at all. At first l was nervous the Dr was just going to refer me to the ER or somewhere else without really seeing me or hearing me out (from previous med-7 experience, different location) and he was a bit brash right off the bat but when he came back in to exam my issues he was relaxed and funny, put me at ease, and seemingly thorough on the exam. Also he was not judgement, not embarrassed and was professional with his questions. He prescribed me medication that would fix my multiple issues in one throw much to my relief and gave me advice and thorough aftercare instructions. I was very skeptical that I’d be wasting my money and time but l was incredibly pleasantly surprised!

Staff is courteous. The clinic is clean and we'll maintained. They provide great care.

Quality of care was great They were very helpful

Staff was great. Service was reasonably fast and staff was polite and efficient, especially considering the number of people waiting and how rude and impatient they were. I am constantly amazed at how inconsiderate people are in the waiting room. They cough all over everyone, get angry over a short waiting time, expect immediate service and take up chairs with all the junk they bring with them.

I was very grateful for the prompt attention I received last evening at the Carmichael Med 7. All the staff especially Dr. Kim were very responsive to my distress. I DID SEND A REVIEW OF MY 4/16/18 VISIT TO MED7 IN Carmichael. I was so grateful for your prompt response to my health distress that evening just before your closing time. Everyone was so attentive and thorough, especially Dr. Kim. I left feeling so much better and with the resolve to follow-up with my primary physician. I have received two follow-up calls from the clinic as to how I have been feeling which is more that I have every received even from my primary care. Thank you! Margaret

Very fast service. Polite nurses and very informative. Was able to get in and out quickly and get what I needed to get better

Waiting time was short, dr was courteous and did the assesment quick, explain and clarify all my queations

The front staff were curtious and very professional. We didn’t come in as an emergency, but didn’t have to wait long too be seen. Our Dr. was thorough and listened to everything we said. She was informative and extremely helpful. It was a good experience. Thank you!

I have been to Med7 a few times and as always received excellent care, Dr Kim , is the best and the rest of the staff are very kind and caring.

I know all the patients hate the wait. But compared to getting a Dr. appt. right away from your own physician, it's great. The Dr.s have always taken good care of me. Once I had a knee infection that was so bad The Dr's took a syringe to my knee five times in 7 days. They healed me up as well as any hospital good do. I'm glad that the ER is close to my home. I will definitely come again when my body decides to act up again. Thanks again, Richard Bach (78 yrs. old)
