I recently had the privilege of using Med7 in Carmichael for my ailments and I call it a privilege because I was treated with such respectful Immediate Care and professionalism from the moment I got there. the process was fast all my questions were answered It's my personal feeling it's staff weather bub and Beyond what was expected of them and I know the next time I have an Urgent Care matter so go back there again the highly recommend them thank you Randy Stokes

I’ve been using Med7 services for 30 yrs and as recent as 10/19/19 on Saturday at noon. I observed the clinic was clean with lots of reading material and tv to watch. Staff Meereen quick and efficient to process the many patients that all arrived at once. I waited about an hour before being seen. Once in examine room the medical staff promptly took my vitals and asked pertinent questions and Dr examined me with in 10 minutes of Being in examine room. Dr listened well and made further inquiries about my health that helped make the decision to prescribe a strong antibiotic to knock out my lingering symptoms. Thankfully I felt better after 12 hours of starting the antibiotic. I recommend MED7 highly for urgent medical needs. Thank you MED7 for being in our Carmichel community and meeting so many medical needs over the many years!

We have been using Med 7 for non-emergency urgent care medical needs ever since we moved to Citrus Heights 19 years ago.

Med 7 in Carmichael ALWAYS treats us well, and even if busy, we never feel like we are rushed. This time, my daughter had an injured knee, and was anxious and in a lot of pain. The staff did exam and x-rays, reassuring her the whole time and letting her know what they were doing. I also love that x-rays are on-site!

Everyone at Med7 were very friendly and helpful, very informative. I recommend people to come here. If u dont have insurance, trust me is not that expensive compare to other clinics. The wait wasnt long either.

I was happy with my experience and the doctors ability to actually listen to me & make me feel heard. The only issue was the wait time at the end while I was waiting on discharge documents. Other than that, the convenience of being able to get pain pills from them directly vs having to go to the pharmacy was also pretty awesome. Thanks again!

Med 7 is great! I'm seen quickly and the medical staff is always friendly. The doctors are easy to talk to and never seem rushed. My issues are met with concern. It meets my needs because it's friendly, wait times are good and the visit is timely, no waiting around and feeling like you've been forgotten. I appreciate that!

I've been to Med 7 several times, and have always received excellent care. I also like being able to wait in my car, which is comfortable and germ free:) This time, along with a prescription, Dr. Kim took the time to suggest two over-the-counter medications I could try first. I really appreciated that.

My experience with Med 7 was very positive in all aspects, from reception to check out. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The quality of care was excellent. The waiting area waa very comfortable and the wait time was reasonable.

I went in with a pain in my side and the doctor was able to quickly diagnose what my problem was and what I needed to do to make the pain go away. The staff was great, polite and efficient.

I c.Came in to see Dr. Kim for some breathing difficulties during sports exertion. Dr. Kim has been following some of my health issues the past year (heart murmur, knee injury). Some of my fears have been alleviated, and we are taking a short term approach to see if my breathing symptoms can be lessened. All in all, a great visit. Great! Yesterday was my first time going to your clinic. When I called on Sunday afternoon, a human being answered the phone, and told me how late you are open and if you accepted the insurance I have for my son, which you do. Everyone was polite, professional, thorough. Paperwork I had to fill out was not excessive, neither was co-pay. Facility was clean and the prescription was written out on paper that I could take wherever I wanted. Thank you.

This was my first time here. I don't have medical unfortunately and I ended up coming down with a uti that couldn't wait to be treated. So I googled this location and went to be treated there. It's a very clean location and everyone was super friendly. I was also in and out within half an hr. I would definitely recommend this place if need be. Thank you everyone

I have been treated at this facility in the past and feel that it is a good alternative for common problems that would take me several days to get an appt. with my personal physician. It is close to my home and I like the walk-in availability. The facility has always been clean and the staff friendly. It was easy to check-in and not necessary to check-out. Makes the whole process easy!! I feel comfortable and confident with the medical stall that treated me. Keep up the good work!

The receptionists at the windows were very rude. They went overboard regarding standing behind the sign. I always understood that you stood behind the sign when another patient was in front of you to protect their privacy. They snapped at myself and others who were out of bounds. That didn’t feel good and was not welcoming, In fact, they didn’t take the time to say to courteously say, “please stand back in front of the sign and we’ll be right with you”. Or “if you’d like to take a seat well call you when we’re ready” I don’t appreciate being treated and talked down to like I was a lost sheep. But, thankfully the nurse who checked me in taking my vital signs was extremely thoughtful and kind. AND Dr Kraft was very professional and caring. He took the time to explain all the things I needed to know about my visit. Very kind and compassionate. I just wish the girls up front could follow the same behaviors and standards as the nurse and the doctor. Thankfully, it wasn’t the other way around.
