MED7 Urgent Care Centers have served the Greater Sacramento communities for over 30 years providing a walk-in environment for illness, injury, and examinations for all ages. There is a physician on duty, just walk in 9:00 am – 9:00 pm seven days a week.

Came in over concerns over pain and discomfort in my ear. Wait time to be brought into an exam room was about 40 min.--completely reasonable. Doctor arrived within 10 min. After exam doctor was unsure of any infection, but recommended that ear wax be cleared before reexamining. Ear wax removal ended up being the solution. No infection found--no meds needed. Attention was reasonably prompt and very friendly.

Staff was very kind and helpful. I didn't have to wait around too long for an appointment and the appointment itself was quick and and painless.

Expected a long wait, however it was less than one hour! Once we got in a room, we were met with prompt, thorough, and caring service! Waiting room was cold, but overall a pleasant visit.

It was a long wait but I had to use the restroom extremely bad. I could not go however because they needed a urine sample for my physical. Joseph noticed I was doing the potty dance and called me back and had me give my sample and then go back out to the lobby. I could have easily been overlooked and made to wait due to how busy it was but Joseph went out of his way to insure my visit was as comfortable as possible. Human empathy is rare nowadays but he happened to make my day!

Everything went quite smoothly from check-in to seeing the physician. The nurse was very quick and efficient when collecting vitals. The wait time was minimal.

Med7 Urgent Care is a very friendly business. They make you feel welcome for whatever reasons being seen for. I love how the medical assistants and doctors treats us. What's very convenient is that they get us called in to be seen in and out.

I'm in the process of getting a new job so I needed to go to Med7 for my PPD test, physical, and drug test. The wait was kind of long, but once I was seen the staff was super nice (the staff who checked me in were nice as well!) and the visit itself was quick and everyone was very professional. Thank you!!!

My Dr. (Dr. Kim) was compassionate and knowledgable. The phlebotomist was professional. The only bad thing about my experience was the waiting room temperature, - it was very cold.

LOVE, Love, love Dr. Kim!!! I was SO disappointed to hear he doesn't practice outside of Med7 because I'd make him my primary care physician. I felt like he had ALL the time in the world to spend with me. It was an odd feeling because I know how busy doctors are especially in an urgent care environment. I always want to rapid fire my symptoms so the doctor can make a quick diagnosis and move on to the next patient. Not Dr. Kim's protocol at all. Also, the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well as the medical assistants.

I was in a lot of pain cause I had a kidney infection. I was seen right away and given a prescription for my infection. I was treated very well. And the Dr. was great.

My visit to the Doc., was unlike any other experience with "other" doctor visits, in a very long time. My wait-time in the office was very short. The nurse[?] that brought me into the inner office was very nice, more than nice, "pleasant" is a good word to use. The doctor, Dr. Kim, was, surprisingly, extremely friendly and professional, without being the typical "stuffy," serious "professional" and was just like talking to, how do I explain it, oh ya, "someone like me." Now, I'm looking for an excuse to pay another visit. However, that is one thing that was missing, a sandwich and a cup of coffee. Oh well, maybe next time. Now to be very serious, I was very comfortable and pleases with the professionalism and kindness show to me.

I had 2 recent visits and each was a very good experience - both with the front office staff and with Dr. Kim. The wait was reasonable as well. Dr. Kim was great - I did not feel rushed, he was knowledgable, very nice, and gave me good information as to what to expect with my situation. Thank you!

I came into Med 7,Manzanita Ave clinic on Mon Aug 28, 2017 to do a mandatory Pre hire drug screen test and TB test..Although it was an hour wait, there was a lot of patients waiting to be seen, and once I was seen, Ms Tiffany Baker took my vitals and was very thorough and professional. Being in the medical field myself, I was impressed. Good job

Since I arrived only about 2 hours before closing time, I was able to get in very quickly with my 1 year old daughter. The MA was very thorough with her taking of my daughter's vitals, and was very concerned that she didn't feel well. She definitely made me feel comfortable with the care she was taking with my daughter, and through her questions she was able to give the doctor enough information that a quick peek in my daughter's ears confirmed what she'd found also with my daughter's fussiness and fever. The MA and doctor both had excellent bedside manners.

I am always impressed with the quality of the doctors and the staff at Med 7 in Carmichael on Manzanita. They are friendly, efficient, and caring. I have been to other Urgent Care Centers that do not have the high standard of doctors that Med 7 on Manzanita does. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I ARRIVED AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME.e VERYONE WAS SO NICE, NOT RUSHING TO GET ME OUT. tHE DOCTOR WAS FABULOUS. i HAD A FOREFINGER INJURY.i GOT XRAYED AND STITCHED AND SENT ON MY WAY. i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR PLACE.

Convenience - was fine as the location is close to home. Parking was easy and no problem. Comfort was fine for my wife but I had to go outside a couple of times to warm up and I observed a couple of patients putting on jackets. I failed to bring a sweater because I had forgotten it was August. Quality of care was great!!!!! Although I was only there to have one of my ears cleaned out I saw two caretakers. One took my vital signs, a necessary process since I am 93 year of age, and the other squirted water in my ear. Both young ladies were friendly and competent. Then, lastly, I saw the doctor and renewed our acquaintance. I can't wait to go back!!

Let me tell you folks something, the staff at Med7 in Carmichael were very nice and cared about my well being. I went to another urgent care first and they would not see me unless I left my credit card number on a piece of paper. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone that I met was concerned about how I was. This is close to home and very easy to get in and out of. I would recommend Med7 if you need urgent care. Wayne.

I received quality health care at Med7. The office is clean and well organized. Their employees are courteous and pleasant. My needs were quickly taken care of in an efficient and professional manner. They are conveniently located in Carmichael with great office hours.
