Excellent care from the front desk to the physician, Dr. Kim. I was too sick to drive to my regular dr. It took awhile to see Dr. Kim, but I got the help I needed.

It was very quick from walking in to setting up being seen by a doctor. The nurses are all very nice and helped me through questions for the doctor. They all made sure I was comfortable and not nervous. The doctor took time to explain what was going on clearly and made sure I understood what I needed to do

I went to Med7 Urgent Care as my PCP office was closed. This was on 11/26/2018 about 6 pm. The waiting room was busy but I was seen within 25-30 minutes after checking in. I was treated with respect and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. I recommend Med7 if you are not able to be seen by your regular primary care physician. They also followed up with me to be sure I was doing okay and if I had any questions or issues which I really appreciated. Thank you!

first time I have been. wait was reasonable considering how many people were there. paperwork (not unexpected). Dr. was thorough and explained in layman's term what I had. and how to "fix" it. Got prescription and was on my way.

This was an incredibly quick and easy visit, I came in expecting to wait hours and barely had to wait 30 minutes. I barely had to wait to see a doctor and he was able to quickly take care of me. Overall, an excellent experience. I'd also never encountered a facility that offered pagers so that I could wait my turn from my car, that was fantastic.

The staff at Med7 are very thorough and diligent. I have visited multiple times, and they are more thorough in many respects than other urgent care centers I have been to. With several locations in the Sacramento and surrounding area, I find the drive is comparable to going to my regular doctor. They diagnose, provide treatment and write prescriptions. The doctors, nurses, physician assistants are all conscientious about evaluating, treating, and writing prescriptions where needed.

I came in and was seen very quick. The Nurse took my vitals and the doctor followed soon. Was barely in the room for long...super quick!

It's really nice & clean even the bathrooms plus foodnetwork on tv which I like. Staff is friendly & professional. It's close to my house & I've been here many times not just for myself but other family members. Great choice when u can't get into see your own dr cause he's 3 months out.

Thank you for thoroughly explaining everything to me and following up. They are friendly,professional and very helpful! I didn't know what was going on with me and what my options were. I have a clearer picture now. A special thank you to Dr. Jack Kraft, Jolissa and Myra. I have a much better experience here, than I do with my own primary care doctor and it's a lot easier to be seen. Great experience from start to finish. Both times!

Thank you med 7 staff for making us feel confortable when we come in feeling so down and sick. Living close to the med is such a convenience along with the hours of operation. The quality of care you provide is how it should be. With such a clean and well taken care of facility and friendly and kind professional staff members all around. My family and i will definitely continue to come to this med 7 location for as long as we reside in Carmichael.

I walked in completely stressed and miserable. The staff was great the med assistant and NP were great and listened and were very knowledgeable. Im feeling much better 2 days later. I've gone in with friends prior to this and they were always great. 5 stars.

Drs are thorough and curtious along with staff. Suggest u get there 1/2 hr before the open. The wait can be long but not because of the service level.

I came in with possible broken Ribs, check in was quick and easy the nurse and the doctor were exceptional. The x-ray tech was very professional. Overall great experience. Except for my bruised ribs! No break thank God
