I always go to MED7 when I need quick, efficient medical care. One of the reasons I received my initial diagnosis of my rare lung diseases is due to the radiologist working with MED7 who called me on a Sunday to suggest a f/u CT scan because he saw abnormalities on my x-ray. The doctors and staff are always quick, helpful and provide good follow-up services.

They got me in quickly and they're always very kind and helpful.

Have taken various members of my family to Med7. First time here as a patient though. Have always had the best of care from the whole staff. Even with a waiting room full, they take their time with you and you never feel like they are rushing through.

Very pleasant. The waiting room was very cold and the medical receptionist took the time to correct it. The doctor on call for that day had a great sense of humor, much needed for patients.

Joseph who helped me into X-ray was wonderful I so appreciated his help walking down the hall and back, he was very paitient. clean prompt and curtious.

I have been here twice now. Both times the wait was about 45 minutes, but I've waited longer for scheduled doctors appointments elsewhere, so I feel like for a drop-in service that isn't too bad. I like the pager option so that I can wait in my car and not chance getting others sick or catching something else myself. The office staff and assistants have been warm and friendly. My only complaint is that the doctors are brisk and seem rushed to move on to the next patient.

Short waiting time and kind team

Return visit for an eye infection. Although they were very busy, I was seen within a reasonable time. While I waited in the lobby a very elderly and mentally altered woman in a wheelchair was brought in by her caregivers. She repeatedly complained that she was very cold. The staff explained that the lobby has to be kept cold to reduce the spread of germs but they provided the caregivers with a gown to warm her. I felt that was compassionate and thoughtful.

Had to come here for a work related injury the staff was very friendly and waiting room was clean. I was expecting to be waiting for a long time but was seen after only waiting a few minutes Dr. Kim is the best.

Took my husband in for a torn calf muscle three weeks ago. Saw Dr Kim. Excellent support staff and Dr. i broke my shoulder last week and with no hesitation went to Med7 again. Saw Dr. Kraft. Got in fast.Took blood work and gave me a pain killer for what i suspect was a bad case of gout.still have to get the results back for the blood work.
