I would like to Thank all the Staff at Med 7 for being attentive to the patients needs. They take their time to give you the best care possibly. The office is well organized and professional. I was seen within a reasonable amount of time. Diagnosed quickly, with prescription in hand I was out of there and on my way. Thanks guys

All levels of staff were quite pleasant and welcomed me with smiles, as usual, during this visit. Each person performed their care for me in an expedicious and thorough manner. Dr. Kim and Dr. Kraft are always outstanding! My family and I have been going to this Carmichael MED7 for many years (since Dr. Kim started working there) and the care has always been superior. When one cannot get in to see their regular dr last minute or after hours, this is the place to go! One time my dad (age 99 yrs) passed out in the car and the staff was able to get him inside to a large private room and Dr Kim worked on my dad until an ambulance arrived. Dr Kim is awesome-quite a caring man!

The cold and flu season is in full roll at Med 7 Carmichael and the staff handles it with ease. From check-in to leaving the whole experience was calm and relaxed. Walking in the lobby was full with a short line to register. I misplaced my insurance card, but they were kind to look up my information - thank you. Once all the papers were completed, not many truly, I was seen by the nurse to take vitals. She was thorough and patient and professional. A very short wait and the PA (Thomas) came in with humor and smile (under his mask). The complete exam for my symptoms was professional, light-hearted with the feeling of being personable. PA - Thomas asked about any other concerns and listened as I realized all was addressed. We talked about how to manage my sinus infection and I was out to the lobby for a short wait with the follow-up papers. As busy and full the waiting area was, you could see that the people where being taken care of quickly - seeing new people in the waiting area. And when people are not feeling well, it's nice to know that the wait was short. People walk out with a look of relief and knowing they were treated well. Having a positive and professional manner says a great deal about the team who work at this location. Thank you.

Awsome staff Doc had no judgement towards me. Gave me an inhaler from samples wrote script fast. The breathing treatment worked, x-ray was scarey at first but the technition broke stuff down helped ease my brain. Thanks!!!

Med 7 on Manzanita Avenue has GREAT customer service and doctors. I've been to this location a number of times, and always happy with the service. Only bad thing is the long wait time.

I chose this Med 7 because it is close to my home. The staff was helpful, polite and prompt. My wait was about 15-20 minutes which was much faster than I expected given there were about 7-9 people ahead of me. The physician addressed my concerns and provided a prescription and follow up advice and care. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family. Thank you for providing excellent customer service during my visit today.

I have always had a good experience at med 7. Girls and doctors are very nice and are checked for what I am there for. I do wish it was a little faster to see the doctor. I am thankful I can get a pager so I can wait in the car va sit with all the other people that are ill.

I've been taking my son to Med 7 on Manzanita for years. They have watched him grow up breaking bones and doing what kids do. They are always attentive, thorough, respectful, and kind. They always introduce themselves to my son and myself before proceeding with care. That seems like a small thing but to me that is the beginning of the patient-care relationship and too often neglected. Thank you Med 7 Team.

We hv been going to Med 7 last couple of years. Today I (John lozano had to be checked again on my chest. I think the staff does a excellent job and the nurses extremely caring and nice. Had Dr Kim today who I think is the bested . He’s caring and honest besides bring super nice. This is one of the reason we keep returning back to Med 7. Everyone is super and nice and Dr Kim is great !!

I loved the quick friendly service. I was able to come in before work and get in and out quickly. It is also 5 minutes away from my house so I didn't have to go out of my way to find it. I will definitely return in the future.

I got to Med & at 8:00 and I was home by 8:30. I feel like I received the care I needed for the problem I was exhibiting. People there are friendly and helpful.

They saw me right away and I was able to obtain my prescription when my primary care provider was not available Saved the day!!

I brought my 16 month old daughter in because she had a low fever and vomiting. The wait wasn't very long at all, which is very good when you have a toddler patient. At least 3 nurses besides the doctor saw her, and each one was very kind and sweet to her, even when she'd get a little upset. Each one, including the doctor, were very patient and considerate of the fact that she was very crabby because she didn't feel well. We spent 2 hours there even though we were there when they opened and were only about 4th in line, but it was because the doctor and nurses were being very thorough with her. They tested for strep and the flu first after giving her a dose of Tylenol, and when those came back negative, the nurse brought in a urine connection bag for a urinalysis. They continued to monitor her fever, and when it elevated to 102.9, they gave her a dose of ibuprofen. They continued to do their best to make her as comfortable as possible while also being very thorough in their care. I am very pleased with how they took care of my daughter.

Arrived with abdominal pain and had a quick check in with the front desk. Staff were very friendly and helped me figure out where and what the pain came from.

My Second Visit I was taken in within fifteen minutes, had vitals checked and was seen by the Dr in probably five. I expressed my concerns about having pneumonia so an xray was ordered, no wait time. In a few minutes I was told it was bronchitis, given a prescription for antibiotics and cough suppressant and was sent on my way. I spent more time trying to find a pharmacist open on a Saturday night. Youguys a re great, thanks
