My experience was very good. We worked with Charlie and he was very easy going, informative, friendly and patient. We got a wonderful SUV and appreciate everything!

After rolling my last beloved SUV a month ago, I was at a loss as to where to even begin to search for some new wheels. After a quick browse thru their lot, We stopped the next day with a couple vehicles that I was eager to learn more about. Mike immediately welcomed us in and after patiently listening to what I was looking for, handed me the keys to the first one that caught my eye, and after a nice little test drive, I was sold on my RAV4. Mike, Craig and Greg all made us feel very welcomed and made this daunting task for me very painless! They got me in a new vehicle the same day I had just stopped to weigh some options! A quick phone call today to check in and make sure I was happy with my new car really just confirmed the quality of this company’s customer service!

Customer Service was great. Financing was little stressful. So many little things that should had been communicated before appointment that would of made financing approval time less. Car is great has warranty and low mileage.

Very surprised by this dealership. Very friendly, speedy and knowledgeable. Enjoyed working with Kent. Far from being the typical pushy salesman! He was laid back, friendly and was there to answer any of our questions without being overbearing and obnoxious. We purchased a Cadillac and was very pleased with the condition that it was in. No scratches, low miles, clean interior and rides wonderfully. We were skeptical and honestly didn't expect the service that we received. We would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

The selection of vehicles is great, all looked well kept & ready to roll. All we test drove that day was worthy. The one we choose was as good as new, fully loaded & runs great. The staff was so helpful & not pushy. We had special circumstances that day & they were so accommodating. They really made it very easy to leave that day with exactly what I was wanting. I spotted the type of car I was interested in as we were driving by. The salesman T. J. came to assist me and was very helpful and friendly. He helped me with all of the financing and other paper work and made everything a breeze. Then the sales manager who helped me get everything signed turned out to be an old acquaintance of mine. I felt like I was doing business with friends. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They had a wide selection which should suit every taste and meet every need. Really great folks.

Glad I came here. The car is surprisingly very well maintained. Most other lots have cars that look good from the road but bad up close. I love this car. And I didn't have to go through the torturous ordeal that I have with other dealers in town. Thanks for making it fun!

Due to my imperfect credit, I had resigned myself to the notion that I would have to settle for a piece of junk car from a buy here-pay here lot. I decided to stop at Never Say No as my last resort, thinking that their name was probably just a gimmick-I couldn't have been more wrong. I was blown away with, not only the quality of vehicles, but the professionalism, courtesy, and service. Someone with my credit score would have literally been laughed off of the lot at most places and made to feel like a second-class citizen, but here they treat you like royalty no matter who you are or what your score is. They truly want to help you find a quality vehicle you can be proud of. It was such a refreshing experience-far and away the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, Mark Ozark, was the finest salesman I have ever bought anything from. He showed a genuine interest in, not only my vehicle needs, but an interest in me as a person, too. He was never pushy. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford, and he delivered it to me. I now have, basically, a brand new vehicle that I am very proud of versus a 10 year old piece of junk with 200,000 miles on it that I would have got from a buy here-pay here. If your credit is imperfect and you need or want a new car, you are doing yourself a terrible disservice if you don't go to Never Say No. I would give them the hightest rating possible.
