Great people to work with. Very helpful with no pressure what so ever. The salesman Marc was great and actually knows something about cars. Next time I need to buy a car I will definitely go back and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Can't say the same for the bolivar location where I went first wich was no help at all. Thank you Springfield never say no motors for a very pleasant buying experience.

This was my first buying experience and do to events that were out of my control my credit wasn't the best and most car lots would not take me serious and once my credit was ran they basically wrote me off as somebody who wishes they could buy a car. I was thankful that my girlfriend referred me to never say no auto. The choice of vehicles was great and the salesman (Charlie) was non pressure and let me look around. I test drove a few and found a car and the process was flawless! I got approved and when the payment was to high the sales team went back to finance and got the payment lowered plus went out of their way to get my old car that barely ran back to lot so I could use it as a trade in. Thank you all for helping me with my first car buying experience and way to work as a team to make this as painless as possible.

We made a wrong turn, noticed the wide variety of vehicles and decided to stop and look at a few. We were so kindly greeted by our salesman, Charlie Davis. He was the absolute best! He never made us feel pressured into making the purchase! We could feel that he wanted us to be comfortable with our decision and gave us helpful advice in making the purchase. We can't thank you enough Charlie! You have EARNED a customer for life! Will most definitely be recommending everyone to come visit Charlie!

Never say no auto is the best!! We have had some really bad experience with car dealerships mean,car was junk, ex. We came in they all were so nice and understanding they helped us right away and we left in a new car that day!! We will be back and will send everyone we know there! We love our new Nissan altima so do our kids!! Thank you never say no auto you guys are awesome!!!

After coming to the Springfield location I had a great experience. But had a bad experience with the Bolivar location and that is why I went to the Springfield location.

Our car buying experience was tremendous. The helpful staff was accommodating with our budget and still got us into a 2014 investment that will last 8 to 10 years for our family. The dedication to making sure you are financing a vehicle without need for mechanic repair is another area of the process we appreciated. With an additional service plan to ensure we will not get caught in a war of repairing our vehilce or paying our payments. If there were to be an area for improvement within the deal I would say that upgrades to the dealers office can be made to better facilitate potential buyers. A larger space with an area designed to occupy the attention of children would greatly improve the word of mouth advertising you shall receive. We are a family of 5, with 3 children under the age of 10, the nerves of a car buying decision are more attentive without the constant need to supervise the children in the process. This is our 2nd vehicle with never say no. We were wanting to upgrade our van and we knew we were going back to never say no. they go above and beyond for you. T.J is a great salesman we had fun buying a car. they explained everything and gave us space. no pressure whats so ever. buying our first car with them helped our credit a tons. we love our van. Getting financed was simple, I've only been at my job for four months and have bad credit but the guys at Never Say No bent over backwards to help me. Customer service was great had a problem with my headlight and my rotors as soon as I told them about it they got right on it to fix it.My Chevy Aveo is awesome I think I have the only Aveo on the planet with leather seat and a full moon roof it might not be a Lamborghini but it sure feels like it and besides it's all mine, love my car. Once it's paid for and my credit is repaired I plan on going back and getting another one from Never Say No

Getting financed was simple and easy, and we even had two different offers to look at. The staff was friendly, helpful and a great team. The car itself is in very good condition. I have been to other dealerships and felt like I was being pushed into a specific vehicle regardless of my preferences. Mark Ozark was very helpful in choosing a car that I can afford and would enjoy writing a check out for every month. He worked with the staff to get the most out of our trade-in and was able to help me get a vehicle that I LOVE!! They are honest and won't beat around the bush for anything. They explained everything, even the finer details, to where I fully understood! I am very satisfied with our purchase and the service we received.
