When we arrived at never say no auto in Bolivar Mo we had no idea what kind of car to buy that would suit our needs. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Sanders who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect SUV. The vehicle is clean has low miles and a perfect fit for my family. I will be back for future vehicles just for the wonderful customer service easy financing and great selection of newer used vehicles.

The staff room was great Charlie Davis was my salesman very friendly and courteous just helping us with our experience and buying a new car not just trying to get us into a car but make sure the car met our needs the car is great and smooth ride just what I'd expect from the pictures I seen online getting your car at never say Auto was not just like buying a car it was like meeting new friends I would definitely recommend it to anyone to buy a car here

The car is wonderful, low mileage. The people there were very willing to help. It was a bad experience turned wonderful. I need my car to work and take my clients around town. I was very emotional, but they comforted me and helped me all they could!

I walked up to my salesperson Charlie tell him exactly what my issues were what I was looking for and what I wanted and he was terrific he set up everything for me very respectful let me drive any car that I was interested in and explain thoroughly about them all plus Charlie had a great sense of humor

Best car buying experience ever. No stress, no pushy sales staff, answered all my questions, told me what I needed for down and info, brought it n drove home. Mike is like a old friend not a car salesman, makes things comfortable. I am normally hesitant about buying vehicles from “guaranteed financing” companies. However, I have a coworker that bought two vehicles from them and her vehicle is very nice and reliable and she was pleased. The sales people I worked with-Greg and TJ were amazing. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease. I drove the vehicle I was interested in and it’s not a “guaranteed financing bucket of junk”. It’s incredible! So I signed all the papers...very painless procedure and took it home! And I don’t feel like they gouge you on the purchase price like other troubled credit dealers. The price of the vehicle was right at what any lot would charge. I am going to wind up with a much higher payment of course because of my ‘past credit issues’ credit score. But that’s not their fault...that’s mine. 5 star review! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great place and easy to work with. Was able to get close to my payment range and down payment without being hassled. Truck runs great. Only issue is the check engine light came on shortly after leaving lot. Maybe a sensor?.

I knew with my credit it'd be hard to get approval for a newer vehicle so I was looking at older models but when the numbers were laid out I actually got approved for a car that was only a year old with a low down payment and affordable monthly payments. The salesman Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't overwhelming like most car salesmen are. I will be referring anyone thinking about getting a new vehicle.

Our experience with Never Say No Auto was great! We really loved that we weren’t pushed into any particular car. We were able to choose the one we liked under no pressure. They really tried hard to get us the best financing available to us. Our salesman Charlie was the best! Such a nice person to deal with. He helped us through our process and made it very easy. Markthe salesman was very polite and courteous. They were helpful in getting me my loan and in a vehicle. Everyone that I encountered at the the dealership was polite and helpful. Nice place to do business with down to earth folks.
