They were terrific. Very easy to set up appt. Staff cordial and exceptional in explaining the process and the team that was sent to pick up our goods were fantastic!! Roland and his colleague were friendly, very careful with getting everything out our home and extremely helpful. Both young men get a 10+ with all that they did for us. The one thing I especially commend you for is when you set up time for pick up your staff showed up on time! Something not many places seem to think it is important. Within the pickup window on the day of the appointment, I received a call from the driver letting me know that they were on their way along with an ETA which was really appreciated.
