Professional Efficient Friendly

Nova Junk did an amazing job clearing out our basement. They were on time, quick, and very pleasant. They went above and beyond when we realized there was a miscommunication about what day we scheduled them to come out. They were honest about accidentally swapping times for two jobs, offered a discount and I couldn't be more appreciative of their amazing customer service. It's nice to know integrity still exists and I highly recommend Nova Junk, they will get the job done AND done well. I also have to point out how amazed I am that we were given 9-12 time slot and they showed up well before 12 and even called to let us know they were on the way. There is a reason they have so many great reviews and it's because they go the extra mile. OH and they are very reasonably priced.

We were in a pickle. The non-profit we called rejected ALL of our furniture (???) and we had to be out the next day. We called Nova on a Saturday, they answered right away, said they would be there within three hours, arrived, took everything away and rescued us! The nice men who arrived were courteous, efficient and very professional. The move was a breeze thanks to Nova.

We started with 1 truck and quickly realized others were needed. The crew of the first was so good and quick it was an easy decision to schedule the other pickups. In the end we needed a total of 4 trucks, and all of the crews were outstanding- very professional and quick in the service provided. We shopped around for a junk removal company. Nova Junk offered the best price and was responsive in terms of timing. That is where the good news BEGAN. They then showed up on time, took on three difficult tasks (removal to two garden tractors and a trailer even though their lift gate truck was not available!) and with 3 men accomplished the seemingly impossible. Wonderful job done in a timely manner.
