Scheduling the pickup was easy, picked a time based on our schedule. The team arrived within the time window and quickly and professionally picked up the junk, removed it from the house. The fee was reasonable and the personnel were friendly. Will definitely use the service again.

The movers were careful of the house as they removed the furniture they were picking up. As the truck was really full by the time they put the large sofa and loveseat on it they had to really work hard to fit the 15’ X 18’ roll of carpeting on it but they were successful. I was really impressed with their professionalism and the value I paid Nova Junk. I was also impressed with how quickly I received a quote and a pick up date after I texted photos of what I wanted removed. I would use them again for future pick ups

I was very impressed by my experience. Three team members arrived on time, looked at the items I wanted removed and went to work. They packed the truck like they were putting a puzzle together. I will definitely be requesting another pickup before I move.

I was using Yelp to search for well-reviewed local junk removal companies. A feature on Yelp allows you to "create a project" and local companies will message you to provide a quote. Norman (the owner) messaged me, and we were able to discuss the details and arrange a pickup via text within the Yelp app. He and his team were exceptionally professional. The truck arrived right on time, and I was also given a phone call prior to their arrival. The quote provided was honored, as advertised. Great services.
