I was looking for a company to remove old wood, patio furniture and miscellaneous debris from my yard and thankfully came across Nova Junk Removal. My experience with Nova Junk was wonderful, the pricing was straightforward and I was given a reasonable pick-up window after making my appointment. Within the pickup window on the day of the appointment, I received a call from the driver letting me know that they were on their way along with an ETA which was really appreciated. The two young men that came to do the job were very friendly, professional and most of all respectful of my property. It was clear that they both took pride in their work and they both represented the company well. If you’re looking for a professional company with employees that take pride and ownership of the work that they do, I highly recommend Nova Junk.

NOVA Junk Removal did a fantastic job removing items for me from 4 locations on the same day. Reliable, on time, and pleasant to work with, they also made a stressful situation far more calming than expected. They were very quick, considering the amount of things I needed removed, which amazed me. I would definitely hire them again.

Omar and his assistants showed up within the time slot specified and called when on the way. The were very polite, professional and did quick work. The price was very good - approximately half of what a more famous junk lugging site offers - and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact we plan to use them again soon.

The quote was sent the first time. The next time I used the service I only had a couple more bags of trash and was not given a quote so I assumed it would be the same min price. Was surprised to see I was charged 10 dollars more after asking if the price was the same 95 dollars and the gentleman said yes. When I got my receipt I had been charged 105.

They arrived within their suggested time, 7 to 8 am. They had tools to dismantle and carry out the piano. It took them less than 30 minutes to complete the removal. The NOVA JUNK personnels were professional in accomplishing their objective.
