The whole team was great! Scheduling with Sheryl was easy and straightforward in terms of availability, estimating the load size, and pricing. The quote was sent the first time. The next time I used the service I only had a couple more bags of trash and was not given a quote so I assumed it would be the same min price. Was surprised to see I was charged 10 dollars more after asking if the price was the same 95 dollars and the gentleman said yes. When I got my receipt I had been charged 105.

They arrived within their suggested time, 7 to 8 am. They had tools to dismantle and carry out the piano. It took them less than 30 minutes to complete the removal. The NOVA JUNK personnels were professional in accomplishing their objective.

This company is amazing!!!! This was my second time using Nova Junk Removal, and I was just as pleased with the value (very competitively priced)and level of service (stellar) as I was the first time that I used them. Nova Junk did an amazing job clearing out our basement. They were on time, quick, and very pleasant. They went above and beyond when we realized there was a miscommunication about what day we scheduled them to come out. They were honest about accidentally swapping times for two jobs, offered a discount and I couldn't be more appreciative of their amazing customer service. It's nice to know integrity still exists and I highly recommend Nova Junk, they will get the job done AND done well. I also have to point out how amazed I am that we were given 9-12 time slot and they showed up well before 12 and even called to let us know they were on the way. There is a reason they have so many great reviews and it's because they go the extra mile. OH and they are very reasonably priced.

We were in a pickle. The non-profit we called rejected ALL of our furniture (???) and we had to be out the next day. We called Nova on a Saturday, they answered right away, said they would be there within three hours, arrived, took everything away and rescued us!
