My daughter arranged the pickup of an old hot tub situated on our back patio. The men arrived right on time and were done in about 20 minutes. I was concerned about moving such a large heavy item across our yard, but the men made it look easy. I was also able to add some heavy glass panels for a reasonable price. The men were very professional, polite and masked. I plan to recommend them to my neighbors.

As a contractor that heavily relies on having trash removed after demoing a new job quickly with care and cleanliness to get the job finished in a timely manner, I have come to rely on Nova Junk. We went through a few before finding them about 5 years ago now and have never looked elsewhere again. They are highly reliable, extremely professional, and treat each home with the utmost care to not scratch, ding, or damage anything. Plus they make sure to clean from the location of the junk to their truck. It has been wonderful watching their company grow over the years and see that they still have the best rates around! The crew was prompt and called ahead. Upon arrival, walked through with me to assess the job, and clarified how much of a truckload (which is how its charged). Once underway, the were efficient, courteous, asked questions when in doubt, and always pleasant. Bonus points for not only hauling junk, but donatable items, too. No worries, fuss, or overcharging. Very good value and highly recommended.

My first contact with NJR was with Shirl, who took my phone call and answered all my questions precisely and completely. Shirl is an amazing customer service rep; extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable. After just one phone call I felt as though I had made a new friend. I had to make a couple of changes to my pickup and Shirl didn’t bat an eye and accommodated me each time. The crew that showed up to take my furniture away arrived on time, were extremely polite, and very careful moving items out of my home. They worked diligently and expeditiously. Needless to say, the next time I needed to have some items hauled away from my home I didn’t hesitate to call NJR. As usual, Shirl was as pleasant as can be and flexible once again when I had to make some changes to my request at the last minute. Additionally, NJR‘s fees for removal beat all the other companies I had called to inquire about their services. I would recommend NJR highly! It is indeed rare to find a business that combines such quality service and competitive prices!

Nova Junk did an excellent job in April 2021 removing a pile of rubble the previous homeowners left at our new house. They showed up with the right number of people and trucks to quickly and efficiently clear the rubble from our backyard. Our yard looks so much better now!
