We were in a pickle. The non-profit we called rejected ALL of our furniture (???) and we had to be out the next day. We called Nova on a Saturday, they answered right away, said they would be there within three hours, arrived, took everything away and rescued us! The nice men who arrived were courteous, efficient and very professional. The move was a breeze thanks to Nova.

We started with 1 truck and quickly realized others were needed. The crew of the first was so good and quick it was an easy decision to schedule the other pickups. In the end we needed a total of 4 trucks, and all of the crews were outstanding- very professional and quick in the service provided. The cost was well worth it to us for the amount of work that they accomplished in such a short amount of time. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great customer service! So easy and fairly priced! We just needed an old dryer removed from our basement. We considered doing it ourselves, with a few friends to help, but realized we'd still have to figure out how to dispose of it, even if we managed to get it up the stairs without injuring our backs! When I called, scheduling was so easy. On the day of service, the driver called in advance, and when the crew arrived, they were so polite. They quickly evaluated the job, gave us a good price, and then quickly removed the dryer without any problems. I'd definitely call them again and highly recommend them!

We shopped around for a junk removal company. Nova Junk offered the best price and was responsive in terms of timing. That is where the good news BEGAN. They then showed up on time, took on three difficult tasks (removal to two garden tractors and a trailer even though their lift gate truck was not available!) and with 3 men accomplished the seemingly impossible. My daughter arranged the pickup of an old hot tub situated on our back patio. The men arrived right on time and were done in about 20 minutes. I was concerned about moving such a large heavy item across our yard, but the men made it look easy. I was also able to add some heavy glass panels for a reasonable price. The men were very professional, polite and masked. I plan to recommend them to my neighbors.
