I needed a company to remove an elderly family members entire home (25yrs) worth of stuff that she wasn’t taking to her new place. After family, friends,and friends of friends took what they wanted it was time to call a professional to remove the rest. That’s where Nova Junk came in. They were timely, professional, respectful, clean & very careful about COVID. It took 4 trucks but we were able to clean out the house & get it ready to sell with a week. I can’t thank you all enough & will be happy to use you when I need to clean up my own home.

I was happy from my initial email requesting a quote for what I needed to have picked up: I requested the quote on Sunday, got a response on Monday, and was able to schedule for a Tuesday pick-up and a window of arrival time. Tuesday, I received a call when the movers were about 20 minutes away and they came on time. The two gentlemen were very professional and I was pleased with the cost and the service. Great experience all around! They were happy to accommodate me when I called the morning of our scheduled pickup to alert them we had more junk to remove than previously discussed. The crew was also right on time during the window I was provided, and they moved quickly and effortlessly to get all of our junk out of the house. I was also very appreciative of their efforts to get a queen box spring down a narrow staircase without inflicting any damage on the surrounding walls. To top it off, the crew was so sweet to my little boy, who was fascinated with their big truck! Prices were extremely reasonable. Would absolutely recommend and hire again.

On-time service as scheduled. Supports COVID-19 with employees who came with Mask and Gloves. All items were in the garage for loading into their truck. All done in 20 mins, paid by CC on the spot and email receipt received in 1 min. I would recommend and use this service again.

The excellent service provided started with the phone call. I was provided with the information I needed and was easily able to schedule my pickup. On the day of service the team arrived within the scheduled timeframe, quickly removed my mattresses, and most importantly wore masks to ensure my safety.
