The receptionist clearly explained the process and scheduled the appointment to work with my schedule. The technicians showed up in a timely manner. The supervising technician called me thirty minutes prior to their arrival to notify me they were on their way. Upon arrival, the technicians quickly loaded the items to be removed into their truck and took plenty of care when removing items from inside of my home. All of the technicians wore PPE to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The entire experience was very professional and efficient. My initial inquiry was answered promptly, I got an estimate within a day, and they set a date for the work. Men showed up on time. Real professional and courteous. Got along great with all as they worked. I had two areas a garage and storage area under my back porch which had been damaged by flooding during several rain storms. When they finished everything was cleaned and you wouldn’t have known a problem ever existed. Great job.

I've used this vendor numerous times. On this last occasion I scheduled a pickup prior to the day of settlement on the sale of our home. They were running a little late and I called and was told that the truck slated for our house had broken down on I95. Cheryl assured me they would reschedule for first thing, 0700 the following morning; yes, the day of settlement. Sure enough, they were there on time and apologetic about the truck breakdown the day before. I highly recommend NOVA Junk to anyone. Love you Cheryl and the guys that man the trucks!! 6 stars from our family to you!

Look no further! Nova Junk Removal is reliable, timely and go above and beyond helpfulness. I needed to have some office furniture removed immediately and Nova Junk Removal came the same day. Unfortunately, I pointed to the wrong filing cabinet to be taken away. Only later in the day did I realize my mistake and was heartbroken since it had some important files in it. The team went first thing in the morning to try and find it. I deeply appreciated their care and efforts and will certainly hire them again.
