As a contractor that heavily relies on having trash removed after demoing a new job quickly with care and cleanliness to get the job finished in a timely manner, I have come to rely on Nova Junk. We went through a few before finding them about 5 years ago now and have never looked elsewhere again. They are highly reliable, extremely professional, and treat each home with the utmost care to not scratch, ding, or damage anything. Plus they make sure to clean from the location of the junk to their truck. It has been wonderful watching their company grow over the years and see that they still have the best rates around! I highly recommend them for both contractor and homeowner needs!

The crew was prompt and called ahead. Upon arrival, walked through with me to assess the job, and clarified how much of a truckload (which is how its charged). Once underway, the were efficient, courteous, asked questions when in doubt, and always pleasant. Bonus points for not only hauling junk, but donatable items, too. No worries, fuss, or overcharging. Very good value and highly recommended.

My first contact with NJR was with Shirl, who took my phone call and answered all my questions precisely and completely. Shirl is an amazing customer service rep; extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable. After just one phone call I felt as though I had made a new friend. I had to make a couple of changes to my pickup and Shirl didn’t bat an eye and accommodated me each time. The crew that showed up to take my furniture away arrived on time, were extremely polite, and very careful moving items out of my home. They worked diligently and expeditiously. Needless to say, the next time I needed to have some items hauled away from my home I didn’t hesitate to call NJR. As usual, Shirl was as pleasant as can be and flexible once again when I had to make some changes to my request at the last minute. Nova Junk did an excellent job in April 2021 removing a pile of rubble the previous homeowners left at our new house. They showed up with the right number of people and trucks to quickly and efficiently clear the rubble from our backyard. Our yard looks so much better now!

I contacted Nova Junk about hauling away almost 600 boxes. They were very responsive in providing me with a quote. We agreed upon three times they would come to remove the boxes (~200 boxes each time). They called us when they arrived, as we requested. They showed up on time, all three times. I have never seen a more organized crew. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were done very quickly. We will definitely use Nova Junk again.

I called Nova Junk Removal to take away a pile of demolition debris after an old shed was knocked down. They arrived bright and early, and they removed every bit of debris from the yard. All of this was contactless, with payment made very easily via giving them my credit card number verbally. I will call Nova Junk Removal in the future and I would heartily recommend them to anyone else.

I picked NoVa Junk because of all the good reviews. Our experience was great! We were concerned about the removal of things from our finished basement that had to be taken up stairs that had a 90 degree turn then up a tight turn into our foyer. They removed everything with no scratches or damage to walls. I had forgotten one piece of furniture for them to remove and they came back the next morning. The guys were polite and professional. I will definitely use again and refer them to friends and neighbors . This company deserves a five star rating.
