I scheduled pick up via the website - very easy. The pick up driver called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. The 3 gentlemen that picked up the items were courteous, professional and tidy. I could not have asked for better service and will definitely recommend Nova Junk Removal to friends.

I chose Nova Junk Removal after reading good reviews on Yelp. I scheduled the week of, and they were able to accommodate my narrow timing window. They called to give me a 15 minute warning when they were on the way, and three crew members showed up on time. They were extremely quick and professional. We had a great experience with Nova Junk, The workers arrived at the agreed time. We walked down the job and I was provided a price (for a full truck) which was as expected. The workers were fast, efficient and polite. At the end of the job, the truck was full and the area was clean. iI would hire this company again without reservation.

Everything was fine and I hope the sofa does find a home rather than a landfill. Didn't realize that I had a 1/4 truck or I would have added some additional material that I plan to take to Habitat but could have had NOVA do it. Very happy with the pick up, however.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the fast, thorough, and thoroughly professional job Nova Junk did in dismantling and removing our aging galvanized metal shed and flooring of pressure-treated lumber and three 8"x 8"x 10' pressure-treated support beams beneath. The shed was full of an array of lawn and garden implements and equipment typical of such storage out-buildings. Most of it was in working condition, some needing a cleanup, and some of it over the hill beyond reclamation. I'm pleased that Nova Junk will recycle it, where possible. I'm doubly pleased at how fast the work was completed---they called to let me know they were en route and arrived shortly after the promised time window opened. They came in a large truck adequate to carry away everything and with enough men to do the job quickly and completely. I was really impressed by the crew's courtesy in doing the work as quietly as possible for such a job---these days it seems work crews in the neighborhood too often give little or no thought to the people in the homes all around them, shouting at each other and carrying on loud conversations with unnecessary banging and crashing on jobs that could be done more quietly with just a bit of courtesy and consideration for others. The Nova Junk crew was just the opposite. I heard very little noise on a job where a lot could be generated if the crew took no thought to minimize it. The Nova Junk crew were, in a word, gentlemen, and I was REALLY impressed and grateful. From the time they arrived to the time they pulled out was under two hours. The foreman was excellent at communicating with me and his crew were first rate. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, as well. I recommend Nova Junk without reservation.

Our experience with NoVa Junk Removal was excellent. The crew called to let us know they were on their way, handled everything very carefully so as to not damage our home, and worked quickly. One of the men even helped me carry a large item to another vehicle! Overall we were very impressed and happy with the service. I would definitely recommend.
