I was happy from my initial email requesting a quote for what I needed to have picked up: I requested the quote on Sunday, got a response on Monday, and was able to schedule for a Tuesday pick-up and a window of arrival time. Tuesday, I received a call when the movers were about 20 minutes away and they came on time. The two gentlemen were very professional and I was pleased with the cost and the service. Thank you very much. I appreciate it.

Great experience all around! They were happy to accommodate me when I called the morning of our scheduled pickup to alert them we had more junk to remove than previously discussed. The crew was also right on time during the window I was provided, and they moved quickly and effortlessly to get all of our junk out of the house. I was also very appreciative of their efforts to get a queen box spring down a narrow staircase without inflicting any damage on the surrounding walls. To top it off, the crew was so sweet to my little boy, who was fascinated with their big truck! Prices were extremely reasonable. Would absolutely recommend and hire again.

The excellent service provided started with the phone call. I was provided with the information I needed and was easily able to schedule my pickup. On the day of service the team arrived within the scheduled timeframe, quickly removed my mattresses, and most importantly wore masks to ensure my safety.

Men showed up on time. Real professional and courteous. Got along great with all as they worked. I had two areas a garage and storage area under my back porch which had been damaged by flooding during several rain storms. When they finished everything was cleaned and you wouldn’t have known a problem ever existed. Great job.

I've used this vendor numerous times. On this last occasion I scheduled a pickup prior to the day of settlement on the sale of our home. They were running a little late and I called and was told that the truck slated for our house had broken down on I95. Cheryl assured me they would reschedule for first thing, 0700 the following morning; yes, the day of settlement. Sure enough, they were there on time and apologetic about the truck breakdown the day before. I highly recommend NOVA Junk to anyone. My experience was awesome! The crew called 30 mins before arrival time, showed up at the time promised. The crew was nice and worked quickly and completed the job in 1.5 hours, which is how long they said it would take. I will refer you to anyone I know and use you guys again for any future needs!
