The excellent service provided started with the phone call. I was provided with the information I needed and was easily able to schedule my pickup. On the day of service the team arrived within the scheduled timeframe, quickly removed my mattresses, and most importantly wore masks to ensure my safety.

The receptionist clearly explained the process and scheduled the appointment to work with my schedule. The technicians showed up in a timely manner. The supervising technician called me thirty minutes prior to their arrival to notify me they were on their way. Upon arrival, the technicians quickly loaded the items to be removed into their truck and took plenty of care when removing items from inside of my home. All of the technicians wore PPE to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Men showed up on time. Real professional and courteous. Got along great with all as they worked. I had two areas a garage and storage area under my back porch which had been damaged by flooding during several rain storms. I've used this vendor numerous times. On this last occasion I scheduled a pickup prior to the day of settlement on the sale of our home. They were running a little late and I called and was told that the truck slated for our house had broken down on I95. Cheryl assured me they would reschedule for first thing, 0700 the following morning; yes, the day of settlement. Sure enough, they were there on time and apologetic about the truck breakdown the day before. I highly recommend NOVA Junk to anyone. Love you Cheryl and the guys that man the trucks!! 6 stars from our family to you!
