Men showed up on time. Real professional and courteous. Got along great with all as they worked. I had two areas a garage and storage area under my back porch which had been damaged by flooding during several rain storms. When they finished everything was cleaned and you wouldn’t have known a problem ever existed. Great job.

I've used this vendor numerous times. On this last occasion I scheduled a pickup prior to the day of settlement on the sale of our home. They were running a little late and I called and was told that the truck slated for our house had broken down on I95. Cheryl assured me they would reschedule for first thing, 0700 the following morning; yes, the day of settlement. Sure enough, they were there on time and apologetic about the truck breakdown the day before. I highly recommend NOVA Junk to anyone. Love you Cheryl and the guys that man the trucks!! 6 stars from our family to you!

My experience was awesome! The crew called 30 mins before arrival time, showed up at the time promised. The crew was nice and worked quickly and completed the job in 1.5 hours, which is how long they said it would take. I will refer you to anyone I know and use you guys again for any future needs!

I scheduled pick up via the website - very easy. The pick up driver called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. The 3 gentlemen that picked up the items were courteous, professional and tidy. I could not have asked for better service and will definitely recommend Nova Junk Removal to friends.

I chose Nova Junk Removal after reading good reviews on Yelp. I scheduled the week of, and they were able to accommodate my narrow timing window. They called to give me a 15 minute warning when they were on the way, and three crew members showed up on time. They were extremely quick and professional.
