Steven called to let me know when he would arrive and he got there within that time. He had two other gentleman that went to work immediately.They went through the items to be moved well within a half an hour and was on their way. No issues at all. Great crew and attitude. NOVA Junk had the best prices out of 4 different companies I contacted. The movers showed up on time and were courteous and professional (nice guys who wouldn't even accept a cup of coffee). Look no further! Nova Junk Removal is reliable, timely and go above and beyond helpfulness. I needed to have some office furniture removed immediately and Nova Junk Removal came the same day. Unfortunately, I pointed to the wrong filing cabinet to be taken away. Only later in the day did I realize my mistake and was heartbroken since it had some important files in it. The team went first thing in the morning to try and find it. I deeply appreciated their care and efforts and will certainly hire them again.

The six workers were GREAT!! On time; professional; very helpful and friendly. No one had a problem with us having more stuff than we knew. They cleaned up any mess that was made. Made sure that they did not bump into furniture or the walls. It could not have worked out better for us.
