Timely, friendly and professional!

Called Nova on Saturday and scheduled a pickup for the coming Tuesday. I was given a fair price and on my day of choice, Two nice young men called to let me know they were on the way, arrived on time and moved a sofa, love seat and an area rug in 15 mins. Very satisfied and would call Nova Junk Removal again...Thank you.

I recently contacted NovaJunk about removing some furniture from my house and Cheryl was so nice about calling me back and getting all my information. I was so impressed with that they called before they showed up and actually arrived exactly when they said they were coming. I picked NOVA Junk Removal over 1-800-Got-Junk because of all of the 5-star reviews NOVA had, because 1-800-Got-Junk had some serous complaints against them. Anyway, the guys from NOVA called before they arrived, they arrived on time and they took everything that I needed to be removed. It took about 30 minutes and I'm very happy with the results. If I ever need more junk removal in the future, I'll be sure to use NOVA Junk Removal again.

Fantastic! I called and spoke to Sheryl. Sheryl was wonderful and was able to accommodate with a same day service. Omar arrived exactly on time and called 30 minutes prior to arriving as said he would. Upon arriving, Omar and his guys took care of removing all the items as I had described over the phone to Sheryl. They were lightning fast and very professional. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others.

Great communication and service. The team was respectful of our home, taking care to not hit any walls and taking off shoes. They were efficient and friendly. They arrived precisely on time and were finished in less than an hour. They were courteous and professional. All I had to do was point and they took care of it. Our company has used NOVA Junk on several occasions and they exceed our expectations every time. They called within their 3 hour window that they would be there within 45 minutes. The 3 guys were courteous, professional, and were done within 15-20 minutes. I was able to pay with my credit card via an Intuit chip reader. The whole process was quick and easy and I would use them again.

I was researching junk removal services online. I had the name of 2 companies. I spoke with one and knew I would be charged over $600 for what I needed removed. I did not speak to the other company because I could not get any info for them online. They listed only through valupak - the coupons you get in the mail. Also discounts for military and/or seniors. I called and made an appointment for the following Wednesday. The window was 11-1. The crew called ahead and said they should be on time. They were actually early. The three men were very friendly and professional. They worked fast and efficiently and the truck was full, as expected, in short time. The price was as expected, with a senior discount. I would gladly recommend Nova Junk Removal to anyone and would be happy to use them again.
