Prior to our appointment, I got a quick and reasonable quote without any confusion. NOVA Junk showed up on time with plenty of muscle to get two refrigerators out of a walk out basement. They had all the tools needed to quickly take apart the doors of the refrigerators so that they could easily fit through the exterior door to my home. Very fast with no damage. Easy payment on an iPad. No credit card service charge. Will return for future junk hauling!

The movers were careful of the house as they removed the furniture they were picking up. As the truck was really full by the time they put the large sofa and loveseat on it they had to really work hard to fit the 15’ X 18’ roll of carpeting on it but they were successful. I was really impressed with their professionalism and the value I paid Nova Junk. I was also impressed with how quickly I received a quote and a pick up date after I texted photos of what I wanted removed. I would use them again for future pick ups

Norman (the owner) messaged me, and we were able to discuss the details and arrange a pickup via text within the Yelp app. He and his team were exceptionally professional. The truck arrived right on time, and I was also given a phone call prior to their arrival. The quote provided was honored, as advertised. Great services.

They arrived on time with a call 30 minutes before they arrived to alert me. They quickly removed everything I had stacked in the garage and swept the floor afterwards. They were excellent.

The men who came to remove the furniture were lovely. It required a door to be taken off the hinges and they helped me take it off and put it back on! The furniture was unwieldy but the men were ingenious in how they got it through the door. They were fast, thorough, and kind!

They removed everything I asked them to and cleaned up the site as well. They charged exactly what they said they would and made payment easy.
