I had my extractions done today, and I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The dentist and dental assistant were both absolutely amazing. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I was pretty nervous going in, but their kindness, patience, and professionalism really helped ease my anxiety. They made me feel heard and cared for, which made such a difference. If you’re someone who gets anxious about dental procedures, I highly recommend this office. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Thank you again for such a great experience!

I had an excellent first experience with Tatiana today. Quality of care that I received today was excellent and exceeded all my expectations. My comfort level was great. From the waiting room with ample amount of seating and then inside the room, there was a TV that actually had sound and then when I was time to lay down doing with the TV on the ceiling, which was so amazing I also love the way the place is decorated. There was so many things. I really did love about my experience today, but the best was the friendliness of my dental hygienist Tatiana. Her expertise is so amazing and honestly, she’s the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She was efficient and great attention to detail, and she was fast. My teeth cleaning went exceptionally well, considering I have a high anxiety level when I go to the dentist. Also, the dentist was very nice and there was a pleasure meeting her as well. I’m so glad I have changed over to this new Dental place. I look forward to working them for many years and I’m so happy my husband recommended them. Thank you for all your hard work today Tatiana and the dentist.

Kayla was awesome and very supportive. She absolutely showed us great customer service and patient care. My boys and I really appreciate everything and the information that was given to us.

I have the utmost confidence in Dr Ernst and his staff. They address all my concerns and are very compassionate.

The novicane shot I got from my dentist did not hurt at all. Dr. Strong was gentle and filled my cavity quickly. I had no pain at all. I usually have a hard time getting novicane shots and then I usually feel pain during the procedure. I am not afraid to get fillings anymore. Thank you so much.

I am so glad that I chose to go to Pleasant Plains Dental. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The atmosphere is relaxed and I felt very comfortable. All the questions and concerns that make patients feel uneasy, about a procedure, they were able to answer. My procedure was done skillfully and the whole process went smoothly.

Dr Nick was amazing!! So was both Nurses Allyson and Candice. The check in lady was sweet! From front to back they treated me very kindly and professionally! The most important is they explained everything and made me feel comfortable! Honestly I would refer everyone to Dr Nick! I will continue my care with him and his staff!!

I’ve had some poor experiences with previous dentists, to the point that I haven’t been in 2 years. When I came to pleasant plains dentistry, everybody was super nice, the paperwork was easy, and Kayla was just awesome. I’m glad I stumbled upon this place today. I actually “enjoyed” going to the dentist for once. Also I love the interior decoration, the little rooms with awnings are so cool!

I always love coming to Pleasant Plains Dental. I never have to wait and the front staff are always very friendly. I've always had painful dental experiences in the past, however I can't say enough about my hygienist Kayla. She is an absolute GEM. She is kind, always explains what shes doing and she's also very professional. I definitely recommend this dental office.

Kayla is always wonderful with my son. He loves coming to the dentist to get his teeth cleaned by her. Dr. G is very thorough and always explains everything with such detail. He loves the TV on the ceiling and it really helps him stay entertained! Everyone is friendly from the front door to check out. Thank you, Pleasant Plains!

Staff was amazing. Super friendly. Made me feel comfortable. I had a bad experience with another dentist when I was young and they did such an amazing job making sure I was ok during my tooth extraction and I felt no pain. My overall experience was top notch.

Went to Pleasant Plains Dental based off of reviews when I thought I needed a root canal. Everyone from the front desk to the dental care team is friendly and great at their job. The dentist and staff make sure you are as comfortable as can be during the whole process. Althea was great at helping with the process of getting ready for the crown including getting as close to the right color match as possible. Nick was very gentle when doing the root canal procedure. I look forward to doing business with them.

I don't like going to the dentist because of my bad anxiety and Autism, so I was very nervous about getting my 2 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Henry Ernst was very patient, calm, understanding, and easy going. He definitely made the 2 extractions go very smoothly. He went step by step on what he was doing and described the tools he was using definitely made me feel more better and relaxed about the visit. I HIGHLY thank him for how gentle and soft he was pulling my 2 wisdom teeth.
