Everyone was hilarious and easy to talk to which is crazy to say at the dentist.

Another great experience with Dr Ernst and his friendly, caring staff! What used to be something I dreaded has now completely changed! The level of care and caring received with Dental Plains keeps me in awesome dental health. Thank You all for everything in making my visits stress free!

I love my dental hygienist, Kayla! She always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I can talk to her about anything and she always makes me smile. I used to HATE the dentist as a kid and she has made me turn that around completely. The office staff and doctors I have interacted with are fantastic! So thankful to have a hygienist like Kayla who is attentive to what I need and genuinely cares about my overall comfort and wellbeing. So THANK YOU!!

This is the best Dentist office in Union County hands down! Dr. Ernst is truly a professional. I had a lot of issues coming in and was apprehensive about the procedures I would be facing. Dr. Ernst explained everything to me thoroughly; including the procedure and the care and maintenance plan going forward. He was true to his word. The care and consideration they have shown me throughout the whole process has been phenomenal! My hygienist Kayla is the absolute best!! They truly treat you as a member of their own family. I'm so glad that I chose this office for my dental care. They are the best!!!!

my husband has a serious fear and anxiety when going to the dentist and these guys did amazing. He said it was by far the easiest time he’s ever had teeth pulled. Absolutely no discomfort at all.. and Amber was excellent. You couldn’t ask for a better assistant.!!!

Pleasant Plains Dental did a wonderful job on the extraction of my two teeth. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any kind of dental issues. They are very passionate, compassionate and helpful.

This was my first appointment with this dentist office after moving to the area. It had been 2 years since my last checkup so I was overdue for my cleaning. Dental hygienist was pleasant, and thorough, explaining each step before proceeding and was gentle with the tools even though I had some plaque buildup. The dentist was professional and to the point. No cavities or other concerns. Good visit.

I had my extractions done today, and I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The dentist and dental assistant were both absolutely amazing. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I was pretty nervous going in, but their kindness, patience, and professionalism really helped ease my anxiety. They made me feel heard and cared for, which made such a difference. If you’re someone who gets anxious about dental procedures, I highly recommend this office. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Thank you again for such a great experience!

I had an excellent first experience with Tatiana today. Quality of care that I received today was excellent and exceeded all my expectations. My comfort level was great. From the waiting room with ample amount of seating and then inside the room, there was a TV that actually had sound and then when I was time to lay down doing with the TV on the ceiling, which was so amazing I also love the way the place is decorated. There was so many things. I really did love about my experience today, but the best was the friendliness of my dental hygienist Tatiana. Her expertise is so amazing and honestly, she’s the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She was efficient and great attention to detail, and she was fast. My teeth cleaning went exceptionally well, considering I have a high anxiety level when I go to the dentist. Also, the dentist was very nice and there was a pleasure meeting her as well. I’m so glad I have changed over to this new Dental place. I look forward to working them for many years and I’m so happy my husband recommended them. Thank you for all your hard work today Tatiana and the dentist.
