I am very impressed by the comfort. The office’s have a TV rooms in the walls and the ceilings ! I was so entertained by them that I forgot that I was at the dentist. The staff are very friendly .

I was provided with quality care at Pleasant Plains Dental. I was very comfortable in their friendly environment. My visit was not rushed and I felt comfortable with time that was allotted to me. Everyone working there is courteous and professional. Dr. Ernst is the best!

This practice beyond met my expectations. Everything from the waiting area to the exam room was clean, spotless and felt very santized. The entire team was friendly and welcoming and I was told exactly what the procedue was and why it was being done. I was comforted in the chair and got a chance to relax. First thing Monday morning in the dentist office is not the most ideal place to be, however, the experience I had was painless, easy and comfortable. I look forward to having my dentistry needs "filled" at Pleasant Plains :)

From the time we walked in until the time we left we had such an amazing experiance. I would never go anywhere else for our families dental needs!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Dr was excellent very sweet and kind. I had a tooth pulled he was so gentle that I didn't know he had the tooth out. I had no pain afterwards. I would recommend Dr. C to everyone.level of comfort and care was outstanding.

They was very nice and pleasant, Even the doctor didn't feel one thing as he was taking the tooth out.

I really appreciate Dr C for applying numbing gel before he gave me shots, Dr C was thorough in explaining to me what he would do. They both asked if I was ok, during the procedure, many times. An absolute great experience!

So, as a person with extreme dental anxiety, I was extremely hesitant about going to any dentist. It was only after having severe tooth pain that I put aside my hesitation and decided to go. Upon arriving, the first thing I noticed is how nice the office is. It is a soothing environment with modern features and a welcoming waiting room. I met with the hygenist who placed me in an awesome examination/treatment room; complete with tv's both on the wall in front of the chair, and on the ceiling to watch while treatment is being performed. Dr. Chokshi was the dentist assigned to me due to my extreme anxiety. He was extremely personable, but most of all very concerned with how the treatment should go in order to ease my fears. His suggestion was to do sedation for my required dental work. He reassured me at every question and was steadfast that he could create a dental experience that was painless and calming. I agreed to the treatment. When my treatment date arrived, I was greeted, again, by a wonderful hygenist. The team at Pleasant Plains took me to the treatment room and began the sedation procedures. After 45 minutes... I was very, very, very comfortable. I spent approximately 5 hours having intensive dental work (root canal, 7 cavities filled, deep cleaning, scaling). I don't remember any of it. For me, that was the best part of the treatment. After approximately 2 days, there was no residual pain at all. I am so happy to endorse Pleasant Plains Dental for their commitment to comfortable dental care. For someone with the extreme anxiety that I suffer from, they are the ONLY option I would ever consider to take care of my dental needs. Thank you so much Dr. C., you and your team are the absolute best!

Great experience and great atmosphere. Megan went above and beyond to assist me with any questions I had and she had a great attitude. Dr Archer was my dentist and he was knowledgeable with any questions I had.

Dr. Aakar Chokshi is the best—compassionate, caring, and most importantly professional and efficient!! My extraction was an emotional-piece-of-cake. I actually cried tears of joy when he said, “it’s out.” Great work doc, keep doing what you do—> I’m grateful :) Namaste’

Great experience! Megan was awesome and super sweet, she answered all my questions and made me feel at home. Dr. Archer was also great! Made me feel better about my teeth than I did. Exited to come back Thursday and would recommend to anyone in or out of the area. Also the waiting room was sick.

Dr Chokshi made my 11 yr old son feel at ease during his surgery. He continuously asked if my son was in pain or if he was feeling any discomfort. The surgery was a success with fast healing. Dr Chokshi even called the next day to check on him. I am extremely pleased with the work and customer service that was provided.

All of my children are patients of Dr. Ernst. He and his staff are always friendly & treat us with such kindness. My youngest had 2 teeth pulled today and Dr. Ernst and his hygienist were truly empathetic. They genuinely cared about her comfort.

I was so impressed with the staff, quality of care, and the overall patient friendly environment. I am usually very anxious about dentist appointments, but I felt very comfortable at Pleasant Plains and will certainly return.

I get very anxious going to the dentist so being a new patient of Dr. Ernst, I told him of a bad experience as a child. The treatment I needed was pretty extensive, but he took his time explaining everything in detail, reassuring me he would stop at any time. I now have my new permanent bridge in and very happy with the results. Dr. Ernst office is a happy place. A friendly and professional staff. I especially liked Armand , who has helped me with many questions. But really all the staff is there to serve with a smile, and Dr Ernst is just the best!

My visit with with Dr. Rosnal and her assistant Megan was beyond amazing. They ensured a comfortable, pain free experience. I had major work and I’m normally very anxious to say the least. I can not say enough of how professional and genuine compassionate shown to ensure me all will be okay. I love the fact that she (Dr. Rosnal) has a passion for perfection and the best results for her clients! Thank you so very much for making my experience pleasurable and left my desire to return a plus! Huge THANK YOU for fixing my SMILE!!!

All of the above. Plus, convenience to our home. I have received care that I was told could not be done by my previous dental provider. Never regretted changing!
