From start to finish, I always love going to Pleasant Plains. My dental hygienist, Kayla, is so friendly and thorough. I could not see myself or my family going to another dental office. Highly recommend!

Kayla is the best not only is she fast but like years ago you talked to your hairdresser about things we always have a therapy session. LOL. Thank you again Kayla see you in December....

Great and friendly place great doctors

You remembered my birthday!!! I got a text!! I was blown away at that level of customer service Feels like family when I’m there. Everyone is in such a good mood and happy and joking and laughing. The care I get is above and beyond the best. I know that they obviously have a ton of clients but when I’m there they make me feel like I’m their only one. Bravo and thank you for taking such good care of me.

Kayla is an awesome hygienist. She is friendly, always asked about my comfort level, and her quality of care was great. She explained everything she did throughout the entire process.

I have been a patient with Pleasant Plains Dental for years and appreciate the consistent quality care I receive. I needed a hygienist skilled in cleaning cosmetic dental work. Kayla is thorough as well as careful which is important! I feel good knowing my teeth are getting the deep cleaning they need to stay healthy without risking damage to the integrity of my previous dental work.

But your staff is so compassionate and caring they make me feel at ease. Everyone was so loving and answered all my questions and concerns. The care provided here is unmatched and I highly recommend this practice. Your facilities are always so clean and the standard of professionalism is superb. Although I hate the dentist office , I must admit you guys are the only one’s I trust and make me feel welcomed and comfortable every time. Great experience. My first time getting a crown and the whole process was not as bad as I thought it would be Dr. Erst described everything he would be doing step by step so there were no surprises. Staff is friendly and personable. Now to make apps for my cleaning. Will definitely be a patient for as long as I live in Indian Trail area. I'm going to refer my son and his girlfriend. Thank you all for your patience and kindness.

It’s always a great experience from start to finish with yaw , from the time you make the appointment to the reminders which I love to the cleaning and everything else , always professional and polite, I love going to the dentist, Thank everyone for the jobs they do yaw make it so pleasant

Everything has been great. I am getting an interview Kant and was stressing before I got there and it was a piece of cake! No pain, easy process and the Doctor and Assistant were friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable using Pleasant Plains for my dental Care and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality care at a fair price..

I want to thank Dr. Drew and Kelsey for all the work they did on getting my permanent crown put on today. They answered all my questions, were as gentle as can be, and were very thorough. Every experience I have had in the last 8 months since I have been a patient have been positive. Everyone from the front desk to the payment desk are very thoughtful and accommodating. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Once I was brought back to the room, Amber made sure to make me comfortable, explain everything she was doing, and engaged in conversation. It was so reassuring to have my concerns and questions listened to, understood and answered throughout the whole process. Dr. Grobbelaar made sure to answer my questions, thoroughly exam my teeth & let me know what the next steps were. Lastly, the hygienist Kayla did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. From squeezing me in same day since I was already in office, making sure to be gentle and explain what she was doing step by step. Despite my terrible dental anxiety, I had a positive experience and will be back without hesitation due to my first experience. I would recommend Pleasant Plains Dental to everyone!

Kayla was very nice and professional. This was my second teeth cleaning and this visit was better than my first. Not to say my first experience was bad. Not at all. What I absolutely loved about my experience with Kayla was she took her time with my cleaning, ask questions and made sure I didn't have any concerns. Even though my first experience was also exceptional I did feel a little rushed. The scheduling is on point and there's little to no wait time once you check in. I highly would recommend.
