Love all the staff here at PPD!

Everyone here has been super friendly and accommodating. My elderly father is a patient here and they have gone above and beyond to make him comfortable through some long procedures. He has some other medical issues and dementia and every staff person here welcomed him and was patient and caring. I’m very happy we found this office

From the moment I walked in Pleasant Plains Dental it was 10’s across the board. The front end staff was welcoming and friendly. The waiting room is spacious and enjoyable. My Hygenist Kayla is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and caring. My X-rays and cleaning was a gentle, easy experience. Thank you Pleasant Plains for taking such great care of me as well as the rest of my family.

Everyone in office were very polite! Rachel at front desk was all smiles and quite welcoming! I will definitely recommend y’all to family and friends!TY

Ever Since I been coming in for my appointments for my teeth for the past two months, the ladies in there have been really polite and caring over my well being and how well the ladies handle my last appointment for a root canal, build up, and temporary crown was very professional. They didn’t stray away from any of my questions. The ladies made sure I was comfortable before they follow through with the procedure and after the procedure I was a satisfied customer. If anyone ask me for a recommendation for a dentist office or if someone I know is having trouble with their teeth. I’m definitely recommending Pleasant Plains.

I had my 6 month check-up/ cleaning. Everything went great and staff was amazing as always. Everyone who took care of me was fantastic. I always love when I get Kayla she is so sweet and remembers me and asks me how my family is doing. She makes great conversation! She does an awesome job at what she does.

I had a great experience with a dental procedure by Dr. Ernst today at Pleasant Plains Dental. I had lost the bottom enamel on one of my front teeth. Dr. Ernst told me exactly what he planed to do to eliminate the problem and then as he worked, he talked to me step by step. It seems to always be uncomfortable to go to the dentist but my experience was pain-free and I was at ease because of the clear communication. Also, Kayla is a wonderful hygienist and while she is extremely thorough, she is gentle and considerate as she cleans our teeth. I highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental!

It was wonderful so easy to get my and my daughters appointments scheduled and the were even back to back so I was able to be with her. The hygienist were amazing with my daughter engaging her and talking her through the whole process. Transitioning seamlessly in to my appointment with great conversations and a couple great laughs.

Always have a great experience at PPD. The staff is everything they should be 100% of the time.

The friendly atmosphere and staff are so great! I appreciate Marcia for showing that she really cares about the health of my teeth with how thorough and knowledgeable she was. She was detailed and clear with everything she did from ex-rays, gum check, teeth cleaning, and her advice to keep my teeth and gums healthy. She also reminded me of my homework of the advice and tips she provided. The doctor and assistant were also helpful and friendly. Thank you so kindly for the wonderful service l received!

I had visited Pleasant Plains Dental several times over the past couple of years for consulations. The staff was always friendly and went above and beyond to provide the information I needed. However, I never returned to have the work done that I so desperately needed because of my lifelong fear of dentists. Today, that changed. I so dreaded this visit for tooth extraction all day but couldn't turn away this time because I had a tooth ache/infection. After a week of antibiotics, I returned to see Dr. Patel. In one visit, Dr. Patel eradicated my fear. He was so sweet, gentle, caring and very professional. He put me at total ease. I can't begin to tell you how it felt walking out of that office today feeling at peace after 50 + years of total fear! Thank you Dr. Patel and Staff! You guys are awesome! I will be back soon!

Quality of Care, Comfort Ave Friendliness are all of what I recieved from this practice... I do not like going to dentists to begin with and they made me feel so comfortable! They go the extra mile.

I needed to be seen for a problem tooth. Asked a friend who she saw due to all her extensive work and she told me about your practice. Not only did you see me same day but also late in the evening. Your team is very gentle for those like myself with dental anxiety. I currently plan to go back in two weeks to start a dental journey with my new dental “home”. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for taking such good care with me during my dental crisis.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been too. Ms. Megan and Dr. Schacht made me feel the best that you can in a dental office. They were kind, informative and friendly. I had to get a tooth extracted and it was super quick. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have bad health anxiety and they took the time to calm my nerves and ask me things.

I loved everything about this dentist. Beautiful facility and clean! Professional and friendly people! Tatiana is my hygienist, awesome gentle young lady! Dr. Brazile, what can I say, I’m so happy I have her! Treatment Coordinator, Jaclyn was so nice and they are all amazing! I’m so glad God sent me there, He knows the fear I have for the dentist but that is all over! I couldn’t wait to tell my daughter in law about this child friendly big beautiful facility! I have been so pleased with my dental work. Dr. Brita is great, all the staff, technicians especially Amber what a professional. I met with Gene that actually makes teeth. An unexpected surprise. I highly recommend Pleasant Plains to anyone especially procrastinators like I was. Thank you everyone.
